The car wash service is good overall, if a bit pricey. You are greeted once you park your vehicle and asked the details of what you want - they offer everything from a basic wash to seat shampooing and specific detailing. Usually takes about 30min-1hour depending on how busy they are. Very strict about the 4:30pm cutoff time for accepting cars.The best part about this place is the cafe next door that you can wait at while your car is cleaned. (The key lime pie is good!)

Good spot. Average time to get your car back is about an hour or more on weekends. There is a restaurant next to it or you can wait in the shaded waiting area

Satisfied with the end result but not amazed. Happy with the outside wash (especially how they got my tires to shine like new) but the inside detailing left a lot to be desired (drove away with a fair amount of sand and dog hair still inside). Overall, an okay experience.

Great wash. Friendly staff and nice place to relax with a drink while you wait. If your in a rush go to the gas station wash. You want quality come here.

I was a regular at this business for years, being a neighbor ... two jeeps usually every 6 weeks for car wash. Today, this era ended - sadly, it appears that prices for service are made on the fly, without any consistency and without any regard...On my last visit I was already charged more than the usual price, which I did not mind paying as the attendant stated they had a price increase. Today, I was being told this price was nearly double than what I paid just a few months ago...because I asked that the interior of the car had to be dusted off...supposedly this is not a regular part of the cleaning for indoor cleaning, it is a $15 extra request...seriously???The cleaning service has always been spot on, never had an issue...but this is not honest business my friends. There are other car wash stations in this neighborhood, for $20 a visit...Thanks and good luck!

I always have a great experience here! The car wash is a smooth and easy process. Also, the interior cleaning service is excellent! Though I wish they would offer a monthly package for interior & exterior cleanings, I dont have any complaints.

Car came out clean enough but I felt the service was overpriced. I paid $41 (plus tip) for someone to vacuum the inside (for like 2 minutes) and wipe down the outside (they didn’t really seem to cover the exterior in soap or anything, just cleaned it with a rag and bucket).For that kind of money I would have expected a really thorough job but they didn’t even remove the leaves from bottom of the front windscreen where the wipers are until I pointed this out to them.Can get the car cleaned as good or better in half the time for half the cost at Busy Bee down the road.

Best carwash ever. So, meticulous. Our car was perfectly washed inside and out. No streaks whatsoever.There are few different stations. Everyone has their job to do and they do it well. The staff is highly attentive and they have a sense of humor which is always a plus.Also, as as added bonus, there is a great place to grab food while you wait called Organic Bites.

I was very surprised Karma was open on Easter Sunday---and was busy. As usual they always do a good job--inside and out. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

They tried to charge me $38 for a Ranger, after asking why so expensive, they say its usually $43. WHAT A STEAL ! Went to 10 av & 79 Street instead $25 (plus friendly attention)

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and love this place. The prices are super reasonable and the consistent quality that they churn out has kept me coming back. There are a lot of other good options in Miami but I’ve always had that “one time” when it was a little sub par, not here.A second plus of the location is if you want to get a bite to eat while you wait. There’s a diner a block away, hot dog shop next door, and a health food spot right in front (they have been temp. closed since covid).

They did a great job washing, waxing, and detailing my car. Good price.

My first time there, left my car for the minimum service wash exterior and vacuum, when I pic it up the car the dash was full of codes, and they said they has nothing to do with that, somebody miss treat my car therethis is going to cost me lots of money to repair, I went to a bmw expert and codes are present because something got damaged!BAD BUSSINESS !!!

Make sure you don’t leave anything valuable in the car. They will take it! They opened my center counselor and took my Gucci credit card holder and today I noticed they made purchases. No I have to call and cancel all the cards.

I have been there several times and always at the same time 5:40 pm and they have always taken my car. But today they said no. The time to clean the last car is at 6pm. It never happened to me.

I’ve been bringing my cars here all 2018. I only have great things to say. They have attention to detail without being harassed about things. When they do miss things (a little drip from the side views), they’re on it immediately and without any fuss.The people there are cool and, contrary to some reviews i see, i have never seen attitude directed at anyone.This is the best hand car wash in miami and fair value. Yes it takes time. It is a hand wash/dry and they do a very good job so this must be expected. Just hang out in the lounge chair under the umbrellas and chill out.I have turned on a bunch of people to karma and everyone is happy.

Karma Carwash an innovative service, that cant be beat. We trust them to care for our entire collection of cars, and find their professionalism, quality of work, and all around attentiveness to be unmatched. My car was filthy when I took it in and when I drove away I was impressed with how good of a job they did. The staff were really friendly and they did a great job. Had my small SUV washed, and vacuumed for $26 which was well worth it. They even took my stroller out of the truck to vacuum it out.

These guys were great. I was in Miami on business and needed to get my car cleaned before going to see some other clients. Im usually pretty hesitant about who gets to work on my car, but having driven 5 hours in rain and bugs, it needed attention. I purchased the Wash & Wax package, and it came out great. Oscar the manager was a sweetheart and very personable. When it came back I noticed a few streaks on the wheels and before I even pointed it out Oscar was grabbing a rag himself and touching it up. A+ Service!

No matter what, I always come back to Karma Carwash! The owner/manager in charge is always looking to provide best quality. If there was something I was not satisfied, they would take my criticism and fix it. They take their time to clean your car. It helps to have Dogma restaurant next to it!

Great place to get your car detailed. Very detail oriented; they clean every nook and cranny. The atmosphere is very chill and the employees are very friendly. You can also have lunch while you wait which is kinda nice.

What can I tell YOU, I have been coming to Karma car wash since they have opened its been 11 years. The Owner Omar is amazing he makes sure that everything is done properly or it gets fixed. They devote about 45 minutes per vehicle and its always packed.While you wait you can always have a drink or bite at Organic Bites which is part of the carwash but separate owner. The food is good and so are the drinks.If you need your car washed then I suggest Karma car wash tell them AJ sent you!

Ive been washing my car there for years but today was different. They quoted me for the basic $5 more than always for the same car, at some point they lost my car keys and they tried to blame me for it (they found them in another car). Finally when they asked me if I wanted to leave a tip (before even I received my car) and I said $5, he got mad and told me that i had to give more! I told him that after that comment I shouldnt give any tip and he got even worse... Unbelievable.

Very poor customer service. Half the time the trunk doesnt get vacuumed. I just showed up at 830am to prevent a usual 45min wait, guy says its 45mins! 4 cars ahead of me... come on. For the higher price paid, thats unacceptable in my book.

First time and last time here. I live in the area so this seemed convenient.My car wasnt even dirty to begin with, John who works there agreed. BTw Thats because I wash my car all the time. I LIKE To take care of my car and asked him how and what kind of wax did they offered, they hace a special for 50 ?Upgraded to wax that is supposed to last 3 months, worst 50$ plus 5 tip spent ever. I got ripped off.its a a small, mostly clean, Fiat, how do you mess that up?its a tiny car in case you dont know. The only one good thing is he removed a stain which he included in the price which was from some burn cream I had from an injury I had on my driver seat and they left the car shiny,BUT the inside needed way more wipe down it almost looked the same, They had to redo the rims because they were still dirty,big nono,easy wipe off when the guy did it after I requested it. The mirrors werent wiped well and back window had rag water marks, My back carseat had dirt fingerprints that I wiped off myself. would rather pay 35 to my mobile car wash and they do the works, leave it better and drive to me without any issues. Not returning, you guys lost a good customer. I tipped for the stain and i dont have it in me for the guys that actually did try on my car, but the rest was mediocre work at best. The kicker, my starbucks gift card is missing from the car and Im hoping it wasnt from this place,I used it yesterday and usually leave it in the car. Waste of time not impressed. The irony is they were telling a guy that he needed to upgrade to get his car more clean but that obviously not true unless they think you need 100$ to clean a fiat.lol ciao!
