I got stuck yesterday at midtown Miami. I saw white smoke coming out my hood and immediately found a parking spot and called AAA to come get me. Fantastic experience with this company.After a totally disappointment with companies like National or Alamo where during two following week end ruined our plans; they confirmed a car and when we arrived,even with a confirmation number and after taking our money (100,00$) that now they don’t want to refund, we contact with Nelson from Drive rent a car Miami,who was so kind even to pick us up and drove us to the rental office, and gave us a good rate with the car expected (Mustang convertible), and finally we could enjoy our weekend at the keys. Because I was under 25 years of age, big car rental companies would not let me rent unless I paid with a credit card. Thankfully, I was referred to Drive A, which is really close to Miami Airport. I was given a better car for the same price that I had reserved at a bigger rental company.

First they ask $300 deposit on top of that I had to call so they can give me my refund. Then I was charged bout $40 bucks on toll from here to Naples. Worst place NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN......
