We swung by on a busy Saturday afternoon and they were able to take our car, no problem. Carolina provided us with incredible customer service. And the car looks and smells amazing. We’ll be back!!

I took my car to the Dadeland location after using it to go the the beach for a couple of days, evidently it needed some extra care due to all the sand in the interior, for that reason I chose to go with the option that they suggested, it was $179. I had never been to this place before but it is really close to my house and it has some good reviews online, I was skeptical about taking my car to an ecologic place because they use no water at all, nonetheless, I was swayed by all the positive reviews online and decided to give them a chance.They kept my car for about 3 hours and some change, they were supposed to clean the interior, condition the leather seats, clean All the glass (my car has a panoramic moon roof) and detail and wax the car at the end, when I go to pick up my car I immediately notice some smudges and I bring them to the attention of the person who was helping me, she tried to remove a couple of them but ultimately told me that if wouldnt come off and that I needed to pay extra for some clay bar that would get rid of that ( at a water car was they wouldnt have been there in the first place, because after I left I used a BABY WIPE to remove some of them. There was too many of them to remove them all), also the interior console and all the door metal frames looked smudge as well as if they were wiped using a dirty rag, I dont have a picture of the interior console because by the time I decided to take the pictures I had already cleaned it myself but you can see some of the streaks in the interior metal frames of the doors, on the outside, because they were supposed to wax the car I thought I was going to receive an spotless car, it wasnt the case, but I left it like that and didnt complaint at the time, I figured if they had more than 3 hours to get to this point while I was gone and they didnt get it right, it was pointless complaining about it so they would give me more excuses and offer me add-ons. As a few hours passed I started noticing that the matte plastic pieces on the outside started looking all white like when you use the wrong product to clean a surface, I tried to capture it in the pictures but I doesnt translate too well in the images as it does in real life, nonetheless, I posted the pictures for you to judge.Bottom line now that I realize how long this review has become and that nobody will read it (thank YOU if you made it this far)Im giving them 2 stars solely on the customer service, she was better than that but the final product brings the average down, I believe the name of the person who helped me was Carolina, she was very attentive when I was there with her, she explained the entire process, and the products they used to clean different areas without water, she even gave me a one time promotional coupon for a free exterior wash at a different day due to the package I had purchased.Taking in consideration all of the above I wouldnt go back to this company ever, even if the customer service was great, or even if I have a coupon for a free wash. I ended up paying $179 + taxes + gratuity to a grand total of $229.84 just to end up going to a $30 water car wash a couple of days later to have my car clean again.First and last time I go to this place. Trust water and soap, theres no substitute.

Great work! I got my car detailed and they surpassed my expectations. It looks like I got it from the dealership. Super convenient— I was able to go shopping and have lunch while the car being cleaned. Definitely recommend!

The business was amazing and the manager definitely turned me into a client for life. Not only did she go out of her way to explain every service in detail and alos looked over my truck and recommended the correct services but also i was low on time and she did the job in half the time.Love this place

Fantastic service. My SUV hadn’t been washed since the start of the pandemic. They cleaned thoroughly the interior and exterior. Removed all dog hair and child messes. They returned my car in perfect, spotless condition in 2 hours, after saying the service would take up to 3 hours. Underpromised and overdelivered. Very happy with them. Would recommend to everyone.

I visited the location at Dadeland Mall. Unfortunately for me the team was busy attending other customers and I only had 30 minutes before heading back to work. Carolina must be the kindest person I have ever met considering the way she approached to me explaining she was sorry not to be able to attend me during my short time frame.Definately attention makes a difference and creates a bond with the product. I will be back for sure, ! I can’t imagine how my car will be detailed if it receives half of the attention and kindness received by this company’s representative. Worst service ever, they charge 130$ because my car is a xl suv and they don’t even clean the truck, just 1 week since I wash it And the car has white spots, because they didnt know how to put the wax well. I will never use your service again and I don’t recommend it to no one

What a wonderful Auto Wash and Detail experience!Especially after my most recent disappointing ones I had elsewhere.I truly got my moneys worth with ProntoWash Dadeland Mall.I now have a reliable Car Wash that I can rely on and that pays attention to detail.By the time I picked up my vehicle, it looked like brand new!Both on the exterior and the interior !I was unexpectedly impressed !I noticed too that the other vehicles serviced shined as well as mine.I was also able to be productive instead of loitering around by going inside the mall while the Pronto Staff was performing their job and by the time I left, I practically had a [NEW] same old vehicle.I have an Navy Blue Audi A-7, I cant remember it looking so well.It felt like the day that I was driving it off the Dealership Parking Lot.Carolina, the Manager and her Staff attended me with courtesy and professionalism right from the initial point of contact until the moment I drove it off.Carolina was clear and precise in communicating fees and that was what she delivered. Oh wow! The service and end result here was amazing. Being an always working individual, I don’t have the spare time to clean my car. Also being very picky on how car is cleaned and having high standards when it comes to my car’s washing, Pronto wash really does an amazing job. They not only clean the car, but they detail it to every aspect! I haven’t seen my car shine this bright since the day of the showroom at the dealer! The leather seats and interior feel brand new and polished. Highly recommend this service when you’re shopping at the mall. It’s quick easy and convenient! The manager helped me get this started and she is the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet! Very bubbly and kind! She really takes her time to give you a clear run down of the services and benefits each package has. Will definitely recommend!

Carolina is both an incredibly kind person and incredibly hard working. I made a last minute appointment through the site at 5 pm and she didn’t know but still let me in, did both interior and exterior of my mini suv, and went above and beyond what I had expected!! My car hadnt been washed in a LONG time and despite the condition and showing up at the end of the day, she still took her time and did more than what was necessary - it seriously looked as good as when I bought it. She was so patient and kind with me and I couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work. I am sending her info to everyone I know, I can’t recommend her and her team enough!!

I had a great experience in this location. I was visiting Dadeland mall and saw the Pronto Wash station. My car was super dirty. They took care of everything, and it came out looking brand new. Carolina and Team did a great job!

They didnt get it right the first time. They were super busy during the holiday season, I got my car back at closing time and didnt really inspect it as well as I shouldve. I went back the next day and the manager (I think Mario) took great care of me. I showed him the interior and he agreed. They redid the WHOLE car and this time did an amazing job. The washes are pricey though. Not you typical $30 hand wash. Be prepared to spend $50 to $100.

GPS gives directions straight to their location in the mall parking deck!Carolina is the main reason I drove all this way as she use to work at the Sunset Plaza location and I can’t RAGE enough about her. Not only is she super sweet but my car looks amazing every single time. INSIDE & OUT. My first experience here and it could not have been better. My car is not old, but I was still shocked how clean and shiny thru made it. Then they asked me to please look it over and point out any detail spots they may have missed. When I did, they touched it up with pleasure and thanked me as opposed to being touchy about it like some businesses might be. They went far beyond my expectations and I will certainly be coming back.

The service was amazing. Carolina had great energy and really emphasized the benefits of the service. There were 3 cars behind and time of service was delayed, but in the end it was worth it. Will stop by the next time I am in Miami.

Been coming here for years, around 2 years ago they had told me that they had new ownership. So the price went up 10 dollars at the time it was 39.99 before new ownership 29.99 which I was ok thinking maybe they will do something new, which ended up being exactly the same. Now today they tell me 49.99 which is overly high priced. Not only high priced, but the woman approaches me in spanish and takes about 15 minutes talking to a new customer. Then when I decide which service I was going to get. The woman says but I recommended this one which I didnt understand because Im the one that chooses what I want to get done in my car. She was recommending the $79 and she was like and if I were you I would get the $149 oh and one last thing to top it off. I had never ever had none of you open my car to inspect it before getting the job done. I had you guys check for bumps on the outside but inside? Terrible. This place went from excellent to horrible. The new owners messed this place up. And please start acknowledging people in english atleast if you expect atleast a $149 pay I expect a $149 service from the start.

Every week they change there prices. I went 4 weeks back a lady carolina told me regulas wash $60 for a regular 4 door car, over price so i ended up leaving. yesterday i was in dadeland and stopped to ask for price and same lady now told me $49 meanwhile i have been washing my car there for the last 5 years and it was always $35. Good luck to them i dont think they will be in business for to long.

My car is from 2011 but it was like new thanks to the professionals at this Pronto Wash location. My car has never looked so good after a wash. They cleaned it in detail inside and outside, even the wheels. They also waxed it and it looked like another car. They even disinfected it! All this discussed and previously agreed with Carolina, the manager, who was very professional and at no time pressured me for service. Yes, the service is expensive, but I absolutely recommend it.
