2002 Toyota Sequoia. $190 interior detail.Cupholders remained stained and sticky. Carpet floor was noticably less dirty but still dirty, nonetheless. Dog hairs remained. Interior cabin, in general, was given a quick passover. I dropped of the SUV at 11am and was promised it could be picked up 2-3 hours later. At 5:40 pm is when I was able to pick it up.I expected better. I paid the money and left as I was busy and anxious to pick up my Sequoia but will not recommend anyone to pass by.

Let me just start by saying that since I have a Tesla Model 3, I am very particular with who gets in my car, let alone cleans my vehicle. It is not your typical car despite the low price compared to other luxurious, exotic cars in its bracket. With that said, I was taken aback by how experienced and detailed the workers were. I’ve had this car for a year now, and they made it look like I had just picked it up from the dealer/store. Their attention to detail is incredible! I will be returning considering their work ethic and low price for inside/outside regular cleaning of $20! You cannot beat this anywhere!

Mommy was busy with customers, which is good for business. I had a wash and wax for my car, and was very happy with the end result. It about 2 hours to complete, so patience is expected, but the chairs and tree shade were a plus. Few spots on the interior could have been wiped a little better. I would recommend this location and would like to visit again.

Staff was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I didn’t have to wait at all, they started working on my car immediately and did a great job and were very thorough. Price was reasonable, so would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Gloria was incredibly friendly and helpful, the work they did on my car was really outstanding. I have two large dogs that shed and slobber a lot so the service I typically get on my car is somewhat disappointing since no one will be fully thorough, but Detail Express did an impressive job and left my car like new. They have Immediately earned themselves a loyal new client, and if youre looking to make your car look like new again this is the spot for you!.

Come here at your own risk. I recommend you pay double, triple, or even quadruple for a high quality detailing place that doesnt damage your car and then charge you for it. Dont risk coming to this trash business.

Incredible experience! Brought my car with many scratches on the hood from a kitchen sponge, thought I was going to need a new paint job. They took incredible attention to detail and 3 times using the orbital buffer, and the results were amazing! Will be back for all car detailing needs. Highly recommend.

VERY dissapointed in the service my friend received after I RECOMMENDED this place. This is exactly how you lose costumers. Will never go here again nor will I ever recommend this place.My friends review below;What a horrible experience! Around 3:30pm on a Tuesday I asked for a full car detail because I want to sell my car, they told me they would leave my car like brand new and that it would take 3 hours. After waiting for about two hours, the owner came to tell me that back windshield broke because a “nail” flew out of the trunk and broke it....it looked like someone hit it so hard with a bat that it shattered entirely. My car had to stay overnight and she paid an Uber to take me home.....she promised it would be replaced the next morning at 11am, but that didn’t happen.....around 1:30pm I was notified that they brought the wrong windshield and my car ended up not being ready until 6:00pm on Wednesday, meaning my car was there for over 24 hours in total. Additionally, they charged me FULL PRICE (see receipt pic; $166 dollars) with no discount, despite that I asked for it and told them I lost a full day of work because of this. After leaving, the front hood of the car magically wasn’t working, it would not open. I know they broke it there because they were supposed to detail the engine and didn’t ever mention to me that it wasnt detailed because the hood didnt open, mind you this means the service was incomplete and I was still charged full price. I spent hours at the dealer the next day getting this repaired, which cost $177 dollars (see receipt pic). To top things off, they left so much broken glass in my back car seat that I cut my hand cleaning it out (see pics). I called the owner the next day and asked her to AT LEAST refund me the cost of the detail, which took over 24 hours, was incomplete, and just generally a tragic experience and poor job. The owner gave me some serious attitude over the phone and told me she would not refund me because they did their job and provided the service. What a joke of a business. Do yourself a favor and seek services pretty much anywhere else, as I cant imagine any detailing place in Miami that is worse than this one. Stay away from this highly unprofessional and cheap car wash and detailing place.

Needed a last minute car wash and called the 3 places that I was closest too. They picked up the phone at 8:15am and said they could do the exterior 20 minutes. I got there by 8:35, they had 2 people washing the car immediately and the car was done before 9:00am.

Hands down, the very best wash & wax Ive ever had on a car!!! The owners wife Gloria is very professional and runs a tight ship, making sure my car is perfect before I pick it up. I have been taking my car there for a wax every 6 months and each time, my car shines like a mirror!!! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who lives/works in the JMH/Civic Center area. The rates are very reasonable, but regardless, the detail of the work is what I keep going back for! The BEST!

My son wanted to go to this detailing business on the recommendation of his best friend, but what a serious mistake he made. They dont know how to do their job well. They broke the glass on the back of the car and took more than 24 hours to replace it. They left so much broken glass in the back seat that my son cut his hand cleaning it. They also damaged the engine cover and did not give the full detail. They charged us the full price of $ 166 with no discount. The owner was very unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to come here. As they say over there, cheap is cheap, or cheap is expensive. My son and I were terrified of the service, and we felt a lot of pity for the workers who looked scared and overworked with work. This is not the way American businesses should work, we are in a democratic country where customers and workers must be treated with decency.Response to owners:It also seemed strange to us that they broke the glass, left broken glass inside the car, the engine cover magically did not work, they did not give details to the engine, they did not tell us about the engine and that they could not give details, they charged us full price, they took 26 hours to get the job done. Everything is very strange, right? What a shame your business, really.Update:As the owners hinted that we have financial problems, attached is the photo of the expensive new package that we bought today. You can be sure that we will not get you into this terrible business, we will pay whatever it takes to receive acceptable services elsewhere. They already gave us three respectable detailing business recommendations.
