The worst hand car was in Miami and the worst customer service too!! Bad attitude, smoking while cleaning the cars, took forever because 3 or 4 smoke breaks, after more than 30 minutes the car was soaked inside with car scents (did not want any scent) and the dashboard and inside doors never were cleaned. Avoid this place, take your car to the closest gas station and pay way less for a better service!!!DESERVES 0 STARS... DO NOT GO TO CRISP AND CLEAN.Paid and full + tip... No grupon.

Today the car wash is malfunctioning, it’s a Bad look because this place is new! I spent about 30 mins trying to get my car a simple wash! At the End the guy says- the dryer is not working after the 2nd time of me going through, and then he says they have towels at the free vacuums🤦🏽‍♀️ I just left with my wet car. The car is clean though!

I took my car to wash on Saturday and left it to be washed.On Sunday I saw that my sons scooter was not in the car and I go immediately, the office was closed.I returned on Monday morning and they told me yes, that my sons scooter had remained and that it was kept in a deposit, information confirmed by 1 person employed there.today Monday afternoon they are looking for him and he was not there. The employees tell me that it was in the vacuum cleaner but that it is no longer there. In other words, an employee from the same place took home my sons scooter, which they themselves confirmed was there and now its not there and they simply tell you its not here now. They stole it from them, it seems like a place at all. reliable to go to wash a vehicle where you have personal things ... I demand that my sons toy appear or that they pay me

NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. A Once Great carwash with great customer service has turned into a poorly tan car wash. The bigger round bald guy who runs the place is absolutely horrible. Rude, doesnt care about any bodys time. Dont go here

I had a good experience here. The service took a little longer that I thought but they did a very job and I’m happy with the work they did. I had the interior of my wife’s minivan shampoos and vacuumed. In would recommend and use again.

I had used this business in the past, from Groupon, without issue. But today, at 10:30 am, I was told to use my Groupon, I now had to make an appointment. This is not what the Groupon mandates. Nowhere in the fine print does it say that. And I was the only person waiting. The employee told me the owner, from Orlando mandates the appointments. ..really?I have called there on other occasions to check on availability to come in, and no one answers the telephone. So how does one make an appointment?,Crisp and Clean, youre a Princeton local business, how about you stop the nonsense.

If I could rate this place a NO STAR, I would. Very unprofessional, no customer service and rude. I’ve given this place a second try, to see if it worked out, but it was worse. It’s 1 man, cleaning, washing, attending uhaul orders and the store. This is not a 1 man place, and management needs to hire. The worst part is the man that washes the car, smokes a cigarette, goes back to drying, smokes another cigarette, cleans the inside, smokes another cigarette, by the time my car was finished, it didn’t even smell like a clean car. I don’t need to tell you what it smelled like. In between all the washing, the man spent more than 30 min doing “other” things. My car wash took more than an hour! Avoid this place.

The gentleman named Maurice cleaned my car inside out and left it looking spectacular.. I highly recommend them and will continue to take my car to Maurice

Unprofessional and rude! I called the day before to make an appointment. I gave my name and we agreed upon a time. When I arrived my name was not written down and the employee rudely questioned me about it. He then proceeded to let me know the employee who would be doing the cleaning was not there yet, but I could leave the car. He also proceeded to tell me they would be charging me more money than the Groupon I already paid for due to the amount of dog hair in the car. I agreed because yes there was a lot of hair but I needed it done. They instructed me to return in an hour. Upon returning an hour and a half later I was informed by the clearly inebriated other employee that he refused to clean the car because there was too much dog hair! Both members of staff were verbally aggressive throughout my dealings with them.

I went in on a Sunday and I was pleasantly surprised my wait time wasnt too bad and my car is so clean inside and out. The young guy named X took good care of my ride. I enjoyed leaving a tip. Great job

My experience at this carwash was extremely terrible. The staff was very unprofessional and rude, she was on her phone the whole time talking and yelling loudly. My vehicle took over an hour to wash, after inspecting the car was full of dust in the cup holder and dashboard. I would not recommend this place.

I went there this morning around 11:30 AM for a interior/exterior clean. The staff was friendly and I got some of my questions out the way speaking with whom I assume was management. Time management was slightly off but I didn’t have anything significant going on (yet) so I didn’t mind waiting. They did an amazing job with the interior but after further inspection the exterior could’ve used a bit more time, regardless, they did a decent job considering how many cars there were in the lot.

I usually don’t come on weekdays and now I know why. Terrible service, unfriendly staff on their phones and owner (I think ) was cursing the whole time he was there. The wash took longer than always... about 50 minutes!!! I would always come on Sundays and the girl would always take care of me. I would not return on weekdays or if she’s not here.

Honestly completely disappointed with this business went there to get an odor after spilling a coffee in my car when I called they said it would be financially better to just do the full detail, 130 dollars later car looked clean but odor was still in full after the next day which is the only reason I needed to go and everything was sticky in the car. Called to let them know how displeased I was and they didnt offer anything now I am going to have to bring it somewhere else pay again to have the smell taken care of absolutely ridiculous I will never use this business again.

Had my car washed, vacuumed and waxed there today by Chris. Car looks great. Friendly service and reasonable prices. I would definitely go here again. Also, the prices for all their services are posted inside the office (the $15 price on the sign outside is for cars only, not SUVs or Vans).

It is so hard to find a good quality carwash in Miami...but i found one. This place is amazing! Took one of my vehicles to get clean and service/job was so great that i actually drove all the way home just to bring my other vehicle to get cleaned. Fong (the manage) and her crew were ok point. These guys went in and out and all around to get the job done. Me rating them is the least i can do after what they have done. Thank you Fong and Crew! You guys rocked my Sunday!

Too much automation not enoughs people interaction. They do not do you car interior you have to do it youself. If am paying to wash my car I want the interior done.

If i could give a zero i would. First they have a drunk/druggie running the place so i should have left right there but i got the wash anyways. They charged me $20 bucks for a wash and when I looked at the car it was COMPLETELY dirty. When I brought it to their attention they try to charge me again for another wash!! This place sucks sooo BAD. DO NOT GO THERE!!

The lady in the front was extremely nice. However, after waiting an hour my car wasnt cleaned properly. All inside pockets werent cleaned, the third row not even touched. Very disappointing.

Car was left sticky on the inside. Plus I was told over the phone the day before that it would be $15, and all the signs when I got there the day after read the same. When I entered the employee told me it was $20, so I asked him since when and he told me a week ago, obviously lying.

This is my third time coming to this car wash . Every time i come I’m not greeted with a smile . The wait time is ridiculous. It’s to long . I was not happy about that . Don’t get me wrong they do a good job with the wash but the time I have to wait when it’s no other customers but me is crazy . Their taking smoke breaks and complaining . No I would not recommend my family and friends to this car wash .
