I paid over a $100 on the full detail package. It was a total waste of my money. My car is scratched, looks like they used a dirty towell to put the wax on my car I can see the sand and dirt underneath the wax. They vacuumed inside.. I could of done a better job myself. They definitely are not the best. Dont waste your money on full detail like I did. They messed up the paint on my car as well horrible experience. I wont recommend anyone to go here.

Though the location is convenient, the wash was very average and not worth the price. The inside of the car wasnt completely wiped and the passenger side exterior windows/body had dried water spots. Looks like they overlooked that side. I am glad I just got the basic wash.

Probably the best place and bang for your buck in the area. I would give them five stars but sometimes they miss spots on the car both and cleaning and waxing. Aside from that the service is great.

Super shady - paid $200 for a wax and it was never waxed, just poorly washed. Spoke with manager and employee who cleaned screamed at me. Honestly terrible experience. Beware!

Not sure why people give this place bad reviews. It is extremely busy and they do a wonderful job for a reasonable price. It is also highly convenient if you are going to the mall because they park it for you.

Every time I go here I swear it will be the last. This time it is the last. After I got home, I discovered the rims on my car were barely touched. Usually it is the windshield. The rims were the main reason I got a wash in the first place. $35 +$7 tip. Simply not worth it. A kid would have done a better job. I have used this place for years and they have gotten more expensive and progressively worse in quality of service.

Car washThe manager is more than rude and disrespectful!! Absolutely cero customer service!I want to let him know what happens with my car doors, he just said go to the dealer and turned his back on me! My car smells great, but I noticed the outside wasnt as clean as Id like. The service also took long than what I was told, about 2 hours for an interior shampoo and detail. Its nice though because you can shop while you wait for your car. If you sign up for their texts service, theyll send you discount codes.

Got my car cleaned by Aventura finest today( regular outside wash). I don’t know why people always complaining about the car wash, they promised me my car in 40 mins and I absolutely got it in 40 mins. It’s a bit pricey but it’s in the mall and very convenient. Dropped off my car and went to Macy’s to grab an outfit, when I went to check to see if my car is done, It was red carpet waiting for me.

Very poor car wash. Car was returned to me dirty... didn’t even take time to clean out the center console from crumbs that were in there, even after pointing it out to the manager when I left it there to be washed. Finger prints on windows, dirt still on the surface of the car. Seems as though all they did was add tire shine to the tires...Insulting that after a $35 wash, this was the result.

Seriously people? I regret tipping, badly. I actually regret brining my car here. From now on i’ll wash it myself. Apparently there is no competent car wash in South Florida.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Lousy job done inside my car, or I should say no job at all. Only carpets were cleaned and nothing else inside. Definitely not returning there after being a customer for many years. The quality is not what used to be. Not recommended at all.

Don’t wast your money !!!! I took my car back pretty duty inside, I told them they gave a crappy excuse.

After the repair, I wanted to wash the car. As a result, after 2 hours I took the car with wet seats. The seats were dirty and stained. Beauty for more than a month just stank. The insect was not removed. The wheels are not rubbed. But everyone included in the bill. When calculating, they added tips, although I was very dissatisfied with their work. More I not will come. And I do not advise others!

Depending on who washes your car, it can range from great to mediocre.

These guys are the absolute best in South Florida. Each car is cleaned by hand and with state of the art equipment. They are the real deal. They treat your car like it was theirs. I cant recommend enough.

$40 best option... dont get anything more than that... $199 detailing doesnt worth it, all plastic full of grease...you gonna need a Zeiss lens cleaner to remove the grease out of chrome, lenses and gloss plastic... also check your vehicle outside on the sunlight before leaving. (Spent 40 min to degrease after $199 detailing)

People please save yourself from having a bad time in this place. Starting with the manger being rude and making your customers feel inadequate. The owner of this place needs to work on his employees.

I got the $89 inside and outside wash and vacuum. I was pleased with the results and it was very convenient but its pricey and after leaving I noticed that $1 in quarters had been taken. It was pretty noticeable as there had been 8 quarters in the change compartment and now there were only 4. Its only $1 but its the principle of it. The adapter to my phone charger was also missing. Its likely that it fell off and got vacuumed up but between these 2 issues I will not be using this place again.

Attention.Be very careful.They charged us $139 when the bill was $40 including the tip.Apparently they have done that before, reading the reviews.The cashier didnt give me any receipt, when I asked for it he told me he messed up with the amount (without me even asking anything)....Surprise... he charged us $139.Please check before paying and ask for a copy of your receipt.

I brought my car in to have a regular wash. When I returned to get my car, I noticed that the tints on my doors were messed up. They tried to deny messing it up Thought it was convenient, but it turns out to be costing me more money and time to have it repaired. Safe yourself the time. Go somewhere else. They are a joke! So it has now been 5 days and I still have not heard anything from management, as to how they are going to rectify the situation. I have called them twice, and havent gotten a response!!!

Terrible wash! They get one star for the convenience of leaving your car as you go to the mall. They wash your car on a dark environment which means they miss many areas and have no way to truly see what they are doing! Every time I get my car back I am disappointed! You cant really see anything either as it is too dark! Not worth the 39 dollars I paid. See pics. They should be ashamed.

Wow - So I guess personal has changed because I literally (5:45PM) just got my car back and its Dirty inside and out. The exact same spots i wanted Clean are the exact spots that are dirty. --- I come here for convenience since I get the discount ($3 which they didnt want to apply today) for working at Macys and not only did they charge me $25 I gave a $5 tip (you have to pay before you actually get the car) for a car thats in the exact same condition I brought in. SERIOUSLY. They give you the car key and point you towards the car so that you cant even say anything to them. I feel ROBBED 100%

The horrible dirty experienceHow can I express myself I went to this place for my first time it was a bad experience the lady asked me to park my car so they can watch it I asked for the price and she told me my car was dirty and shes going to charge me more than regular I said okay I know the cars was dirty thats why I came for to this place but the way she treated me was like she hate people with dirty cars she wasnt even finished talking with me when another customer came in and just start talking to this customer and she totally ignored me I asked who do I give the key to and she went give it to me but in a bad manner I feel bad because I never expect to be treated like that I really didnt feel welcome but I need the service I came back after an hour my car was ready to be picked up nobody called me because obviously they dont even ask you for your phone number or give you their phone number customer service there its like they threading on animals I pick up my car and still dirty parts inside my car they charged me $22 including the tip for a not good professional work I would not recommend this place to nobody

My interior was a mess and a friend had recommended Aventuras Finest, they did not disappoint. They did a great job with my car, left it like new! Great service, very friendly staff. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a job well done.

It’s a joke and a bad one too!!!And he didn’t wanted to remove it either!!!When I ask him why he doesn’t want to remove the shoes print, he geve me back the keys and left.100$ for a shampoo wash? I have a carwash here a few times and every time the customer service from the management and the crew is horrible they treat you like s*** they dont they leave a lot of dirty marks on the car and they make some off remark comments about my wife in a way that was very rude and uncomfortable I surely hope that they shake up the staff management there because it doesnt look goodits too bad because of business could be incredible but the the cleaning crew has no manners and should be taught some

Best service in Aventura! It really surprised me and they put moré details than I asked, this is my routine detailing shop, amazing wax protection, the crew has great skills, very friendly, honest and does exceptional work all within a reasonable timeframe.

The worst service that I have ever saw. I had some black spots on my new white car, I even didnt ask them to remove them, ordered just a regular car wash. OMG!!! Look what do I have now! Just everywhere on the car. When I came back and asked to solve it, they even didnt say sorry, didnt offer a polish - nothing! They told they didnt do it, go fix it by yourself or pay us for the polish. Is that really ok to have this service in Aventura Mall? Check you cars carefully, guys, if you are still going to wash your car there!

Aventuras Finest Car Wash at the Aventura Mall certainly is NOT the finest. Got my car back with spots on the hood. Which I had to ask them to remove before I left their facility. My vent windows were not touched (inside or out). My carpet was not washed as I asked them to do. Not happy, will not be returning.

Low quality and detailing...the interior is only cleaned with vacuum...all chromes were left dirty...management is not taking ownership on the final product,....for the price they should deliver a better product....I finished cleaning the interior myself.

October 10th,around 9:40am my wife and I drop our vehicle at this place and headed to the Mall. I saw, at that time, maybe five other cars ahead of me to be wash . We came back around noon, apparently our vehicle was done, perfect!!. I paid $ 20 and tip the guy, no complain so far. Surprise !!!. They perform what is call dry cleaning, never saw that in my live and I use to work in a carwash . The car was dry and cover on dust and I couldnt find no even a drop of water, which is usual to see after a vehicle is washed. Can someone explain me this mystery ?. Ps. to the owner, please be fair

Not inexpensive but the wash is very good.

This car wash gets more and more expensive and its a very mediocre wash. A normal sized Sedan is $25, and the car is clearly not cleaned very well. I get it, its Aventura but uhhh no. I had to get a wet wipe to rewipe the center console and the dash because they were visibly dirty, not just dust but actual spots.

After years of noticing the decline in customer service and decline in quality of car wash, I decided to go back because I needed an urgent car wash. Unfortunately, this had been the worst experience of my life and forever regretful. After leaving this place I got home and not even within 45 mins of being there my tires was completely flat. Not a nail, but a slash on the side of the tire, of course from reckless driving and no care for my car what so ever.

I had a newborn 3 weeks ago and a coolant spill in the car 2 weeks ago. As we all know coolant is very poisonous. I came to the mall with my husband and 2 year old just to get the car shampoo. The manager told me that it would take 2 hours. We walked the mall and bought ice cream to let the time pass. To those who have 2 year olds, you know what my husband and I went through. I did not get a call to inform me that the car was ready as expected, so I came back within 2 hours to get the car. I paid the $89 and tipped the guy who did the job. As I pulled off, I realized that seats were not wet the slightest and the car was exactly as it was when I left it. I returned to inform the manager and he told me to call the police. I wasted almost $100 and an entire day, and still have to get the washed and shampoo at another place. I would never return and would never recommend anyone there. I wish there were a no star option. Horrible place!
