Single mom here! from Miami! and a new (first time) homeowner!I’m SO HAPPY to have found and connected with RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY people!having recently discovered that I am super reactive to mold, I decided to have my new home inspected for mold.A fellow Miami mom from a FB group posted about this company and highly recommended them, so I reached out.Edgar responded immediately and scheduled a FREE inspection for the following day. He came over with one of his team members and checked out my home.He gave me some new homeowner tips too which I super appreciate as a new homeowner!Being a remediation company, OTM wasn’t able to test for mold in the rooms we suspected could be an issue. So he connected me to another company, MOLD ASSESSMENT SERVICES (check out my review for them too) that helped me out just as good!After results were in that there was in fact mold in these areas, OTM came back and serviced my home - while I was out of town!I have to mention that because the fact that I could trust someone with my new home while I was out of town is a BIG THING!! for me anyway!Not only did we have to remove mold and sanitize the entire home, we also had to replace the drywall and paint the ceiling AND get the air ducts and A/C unit cleaned - so much I know!!!The A/C company that came out was SO FLOW AC - check out my review for them too!!Thankfully Edgar had a contact for everything that had to get done and scheduled it all to be done before I arrived back home - so APPRECIATED!!He was the lead on the project and stayed in touch with me the entire time. Sent me updates along with pictures of the process everyday!EVERYONE that was involved in getting my home back to a healthy and safe place to live in did an AWESOME JOB!I am so impressed by and GRATEFUL for Edgar, OTM & their willingness to help me and my family!THANK YOU!!!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Edgardo and the guys from On the Map Restoration for years. Unfortunately, I recently experienced a big leak from my AC drain line that resulted in water going underneath my floors, baseboards, and door frames. That’s when On the Map Restoration stepped in and saved the day. They measured all of the moisture levels to see how severe the damage was and how far the water spread. They then strategically, and successfully, set up their machines around the affected areas to make sure everything dried out quickly and in the most efficient manner possible, all while having smiles on their faces. I am confident that the damage would have been much worse if On the Map Restoration hadn’t helped. I highly recommend On the Map Restoration to anyone in need of restoration services from a company who truly cares about its customers and does an amazing job!

Best experience I have ever had with a service company. On the map was on time and very professional. I had called them about water damage that had occurred to my dry wall and roof on the first floor of my home, they were very thorough on identifying my problem and guiding me through the proper steps to fix my issue. They even sent me a file with all the pictures they took of the the water damage and their findings. Will definitely use again.

I had an amazing experience using OTM after my fish tank cracked, leaking 50 gallons of water onto my floor. They were quick to respond, professional and respectful of my property, and had equipment delivered to my house almost immediately!Highly recommend!

I highly recommend On The Map Restoration. I had a water leak in a guest bathroom that spread into a closet and the garage. I was worried the damage spread behind the shower, but on the map was so knowledgeable as to the issue they were able to remedy it without having to damage the bathroom. They were incredibly responsive and left the problem areas clean and dry.

Can we give more than 5 stars? Since the start speaking with Edgardo was easy. He was responsiv, explained the process and was super professional. We found the price of the work to be very reasonable for the scop, not to mention how detail oriented they are to finish the work timely and leave it cleaned up! Cant recommend enough - definitely will use when needed and recommend their services blindly!

On the Map restoration helped me with my cleanup from my Hurricane Sally flood loss. I could not recommend a better company. They dealt with my insurance company and all. Would highly recommend.

Edgar did an amazing job at explaining everything clearly. He was very responsive and punctual. They value your time. They did their best to accommodate everything due to the work being done around Christmas Day. They even cleaned up after everything, but I mean REALLY cleaned up and got rid of all the debris and garbage. Thank you!

On the Map Restoration was very fast & efficient. They came in & took care of a carpet issue my 3 frenchies created. Carpets ended up like new with an outstanding smell. I will recommend them to anyone who needs help with carpet issue or restoration.

I needed my carpet cleaned since my dog decided to use it as a bathroom. I tried all those over the counter products and even rented out one of those do it yourself machines, but no matter how many times I tried the stains and odor just wouldn’t go away. I finally contacted OTM and they were able to take care of my problems fast. Now my carpet looks better than ever and smells great too! OTM were very professional, quick to respond, and most importantly affordable. Will definitely use their services again.
