I was affected by Hurricane Sally 9/16/2020. This team was recommended by my public adjuster. They were so professional and on time. They equipped my house with dehumidifiers and put a tarp on my roof. Incredibly impressed by their quality of work and professionalism. Donovan and his team were amazing! I recommended them to all of my friends that were also affected. Fast and impressive work. I would have had to wait weeks to get someone out to my house to help with the damage.

I was referred to Alberto at JD Restorations. We had a renter flood our second floor which went down the walls and ceilings of the 1st floor! It was a nightmare!Alberto contacted me right back after my call and had a team over there the next day. He and his team came by with special imaging equipment to isolate the worst areas of moisture and where walls had to be removed to prevent mold and further damage. Then they took out the damaged drywall in the ceilings and walls very neatly and dumped the waste as well. Then they put in many fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the moisture.They were fast, responsive and very professional in isolating and mitigating the water damage!I highly recommend JD Restorations!

This company has headquarters in Kissimmee. Once they got paid from the insurance they didnt want to help us any longer. Their tarps didnt last more than 3 months, ripped and sand bags came open. I think it is strange that they dont speak ANY English when you call. I speak a little Spanish, but trying to get them to respond is hard. I dont suggest using this company.

Roger came to my house on behalf of the JD Restorations team to perform a COVID-19 disinfection. The whole service was done in less than an hour and the best part is that we did not have to leave the house. The service is overall very affordable and I will be hiring them to disinfect my store as well.
