I am a 47 year old Real Estate professional that is born and raised in Miami, Florida. My reasons for beginning my review with that statement is that I have done business with many different companies throughout the years and found that working with Josue form Florida Demolition and Concrete was both refreshing and tasteful. From the beginning he answered my call and answered my questions very honestly and educated in his line of work. I had other estimates done and his estimate on the job was dead on and never swayed from the original estimate. His crew was punctual and polite and as the work was done his crew cleaned up after themselves at every turn,. In summary I would definitely recommend his Florida Demolition and Concrete as a solid company that under promises and over delivers. These facts proved to me that there are still companies in this day and age in Miami that still hold to the values that were instilled in me as a child and that meant a lot to me and my family. Honesty and hones for that work that you are presented with.

I contracted Florida Demolition & Concrete Works to remove a decorative border on my front yard due to water collecting and creating a pond which can seriously damage my foundation. I called and immediately spoke to Josue which gave me the best quote for the work being done. They arrived on time, performed the work and left everything clean with no signs of them being their. Work was done perfectly. I gave them five stars because working in the service industry I know how important that is. They were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone that needs Concrete work done.

Vendor did a very unprofessional work. The restoration of the stairs was supposed to be made with concrete but vendor applied stucco. The finish of the stairs was terrible and hazardous and the size of the steps were not even a feet. The company did even not fix the bad work done so we can finish it properly. They left the site in bad conditions, full of debris, and took the money. When a refund was requested, the owner Mr.Perez did not want to return it, not even a part of it as we offered him. Will never work with him again or recommend his company.

Mr.Perez catered to my every need and gave great suggestions to complete my idea outside of my head for my home renovation....job was done in sufficent time and the price was very reasonable....i would highly recommend this company
