Anchor Water Damage Restoration did an amazing job with helping with a leak issue. They were quick to come out, thorough, and provided a good value for their services. More importantly James and Prince were great at explaining and educating me on the inspection and the insurance claim process while also giving sound solutions to the problem. I would recommend them if you need help especially being educated on the entire water/mold restoration process as it can be frustrating, intimidating, and very very stressful.

Very professional service agent (Hector) who was helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. The response time was great and they quickly addressed the bathroom moldolet issue i was having. They completed a dry out and referred me over to Stellar public adjusting services who later did not perform much to my satisfaction but this was not due to anything anchor restoration had done. Overall would highly recommend there services.

We are happy with the service this company is providing us. We have a leak in the shower that is damaging the walls in the master bedroom. Very profesional people, always showing on time, they Know what they’re doing.

After Hurricane Michael, this business offered me a free inspection to determine if there was water within my walls and ceilings. They used the latest technology and found water within specific areas of my walls and ceilings. They only removed sheet rock in select areas, so they could remove wet insulation. They removed all moisture and sprayed to keep mold from growing. Andres and his staff worked hard and fast. They are professional and very polite.

Let me start off my saying.. Amazing service! I was so pleased with everything. From meeting Andres the owner and his staff. They are very prompted,organized and flexible. Also, what really left me pleased was how clean they left my home after setting up/picking up their equipments; they respected my home and that meant a lot to me.

Anchor restoration came to my house during the most devastating time of my life. A pipe broke in my upstairs bathroom and completely flooded my house. Anchor came out immediately and even referred a plumber to come assist. They got all the water out and removed all my carpeting. They were really nice and explained everything they were doing. I am so happy with there service and I highly recommend them. They work until your house is dry. Best part of it all is they bill your insurance company. Update... it saddens me to say but although everything written below is true, beware of the (unknown prior to work) price tag. I do not agree with many of the erroneous and excessive charges. Hurricane Michael hit our town three weeks ago. After it hit it was hard to find anyone to help. This was my first storm as a homeowner. I tried to go through my insurance and do things right. Unfortunately, they couldnt help me and for a week to two weeks after the storm i couldnt find anyone to help with water and mold restoration. Everyone was at full capacity and werent taking anymore people. So i looked on my neighborhood fb page and found that everyone there was raving about this company anchor water damage restoration. So i called them. They didnt turn me away at all and actually came out a few days later for the free inspection and started work right away. From the start this company was so helpful. I had Maggie and Andres and his men. All of which were so polite, respectful, and very neat. They cleaned everything as they went along also. If you need a company for water and mold restoration, call anchor because you wont be disappointed. They are the best in a already stressful time.
