I went there to get a nice and simple haircut after almost 4 months of not cutting it. I wanted the sides cut off and the top cut off slightly. The barber who took care of me, if I remember his name correctly, was Frank at chair number 5. I told him what I wanted and told him to keep the beard. He told me from a barber’s point of view that if I kept the beard it wouldn’t look good with the style I had chosen for my new cut and recommended to get it cut off as well. At first, I was hesitant but then accepted. Turned out to be a great choice. Very professional people and very friendly staff. (Also forgot to mention that the wait was only 30 seconds).

If you want to get your haircut here, I highly recommend you dont go with Joel, unless if you are looking for your everyday balsero look then sure. He told me that cutting my widows peak is useless and he did it poorly... he likes to go about his ways rather than what you want, ironically enough as he speaks to you about how percision and complexity is the key to a good haircut.. that didnt age so well... I understand that this is one barber, I encourage you to try other barbers at Blade, but not Joel. Gladly never going back.

Worst barbershop ever!!!! I came at 4:45 PM and the guy whos attending on front desk tell me they cant accept more customers because they close at 6:00 PM. This barbershop shouldnt even get 1 star, a zero start would be better.

This Barber shop is excellent, a bit higher with the price these days but they offer you the best quality and nice cut. My hair has been cut by different barbers here around 7 from this place, and they always perform an excellent job. The place always is clean, organized, and very entertainment, love going here always. They have nice sofas with a great customer service. The barbers are always happy talking with you, having a good relation with their customers. You can pay cash or credit card, and if you want you can leave them tips. Parking Space is not that good, but you have a big plaza with multiple business, so you can find a bit away from the business, but not that far. They are accessible for wheel chairs, and they make you feel as a part of your family. They have people working here from different countries and all of them they love working on there. But the most important part is that, they care about who ever access this business place. Thanks again barbershop for providing the best experience.

I asked for a simple clean up on my eyebrows and the man did horrible. Didn’t listen to details of what I told him I wanted, which was curves and pass the machine to trim them and didn’t do it. The man needs practice if not don’t be in this business. First thing I asked, “who does good eyebrows”, and the guy in the front desk said everyone just to get clients in.

I have been going here with my two sons for all my hair cuts for two years. However, I went this time with my two sons and there was new guy at the reception desk. He told me that there were six people ahead of us and may have to wait around for 40 minutes for our turn. All the other times that we have been coming here, weve have never waited more than 15 -20 minutes. Well, after two hours of waiting, I decided enough was enough and left. The reception guy didnt even care! On top of that, I noticed that people arriving after us without appointments were getting their hair cut while we were left waiting. Again, this WAS my favorite barber shop, but after the treatment we received from this new reception guy, we will never go back to Blade and take my business to another barber shop.

I Highly recommend this barber shop ! . Had a good service with the shop and barber himself . My cousin got a very nice cut by One of the barbers name Jonathan . I recommend taking your kids or family to this shop . 👍🏻

I have been coming here for a while now and never had any issues. Donald is awesome. A BIT OF FEEDBACK THOUGH... the situation with the A/C 🤯 Maybe you think you are saving money by shutting it down at the end of the day but this is the second time I come and I sweat like a glass of cold lemonade sitting in the sun.( Less than 10 days ago, I went through my hair cut waiting for someone to bring the key to unlock and turn it on 🤦🏻‍♂️) If this was my business and opening time was 10am, I would probably show up 10 to 15 minutes earlier to make sure the temperature is pleasant for my customers who have been waiting outside in this great/humid Florida weather and that everything else is in order for the day. I look forward to this issue being resolved since Ive been hearing the complaints for a while now. Thx.

Arrived, few people getting cuts and few barbers waiting for appointments . Sat down 30 min and still waiting to get attended. Not sure where they get the 20$ price point on a fade with this kind of service . Thats 20$ with out tip to be waiting for half hour plus with place not busy ? Dont waste your time theres other barber shops around the corner with more reasonable prices .

Dont waste your money, the games that they have dont work and are just for show and they dont return your money back that you put into their broken games. The barber that cut my hair took an hour to cut my hair the way I didnt want it and was on his phone arguing with someone about his tax return.This place is ghetto.

Excellent service. I went to this place for the first time and Sebastian helped me. I definitely recommend this place and him as a great barber. The only reason i am not giving 5 stars is because of the price. $20 for haircut (not including tip).

I went to visit this place because I was recommended, very good service. The lady that attended me sent me to cut my little brothers hair with Sebastian. He is very good and talented with his work. They cut hair well but the service is trash. How is it that on a slow Monday it takes someone more than an hour to get a haircut? I know one can make an appointment and it’s faster. But even a last minute cut should not take an hour and a half to get done

The barbers are all skilled and Do a great job. The place is big and clean and has lots of seats, comfy. The barbers arent the nicest or most polite except for one, nicest guy. Wish I remembered his name.

I love this barbershop. They cut good and usually have plenty of barbers so there is no wait. Best of all they accept debit and credit cards. I have seem them cut all kinds of hair with different styles.The service is good, just make sure you let the front desk person know you are there to get a haircut.

Asked for a simple cut a fade with a thin beard 2 on top 1 one the bottom El 🇵🇷 cut me up, not only is my hair all a 2 but he cut the beard thick and says thin Beard is not in style and charged me $25 SMH where has the respect for a customer gone? And I normally cut with him before that got cut with JR next to him but he cant get his appointments right waisting peoples time.

I liked the spot. My barbers name is Jersey and he is good. I have been going there for a couple of months. Price to value is pretty good and I have to say this but I am African-American and my barber knows how to cut my type of hair.

One day, I went in to get a haircut. They sent me to this elderly man, so ordered a line on to be done, cut a bit on the top, a one on the sides, he left me it misshaped and uneven and the line was uneven. I was unsatisfied with the hair cut and I was sent to an other person to be fixed. Got fixed but was still uneven due to it passing the point of no return. So later the person who fixed my hair, I sticked with him to be my barber. And the last time I was with him I told him if he can do the line, Didn’t do it. And today, Date 6/22/18, I went in and asked for the line to be done, 1 one to be done on the sides, and cut slightly on the top. Once he was done I saw how terrible my hair went! On the right of my hair he left hairs poking out and swaying, and the line wasn’t even done! 0/10, unsatisfied.

Horrible service, i wouldnt go back even if it was free. Waited 2 hours on Joel cuz he supposedly had 3 people in line. Turns out it was more people he had and i wasnt told. Lady at the front was all nonchalant about it, not even an apology. I know they did that on purpose cuz they did not want to cut my 2 y/o son. Useless place. Shouldve said so instead of making us wait 2 hours for nothing.

I used to go there before but now they increased prices. Very expensive for an average hair cut. $25 for simple shape up and beard plus $5 tip. Total $30 not worth it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Old man in there almost destroyed my haircut before I told him to stop. Luckily I found another barber in the area that could fix this guy’s terrible barber skills. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
