No professionalism. Used words like “perfectionist” and “pettiness” to speak to paying customers. The service and repair was subpar the first time. They had to do double the work to do things correct, and blame the customers because they themselves had no idea what they’re doing. After picking up the car, I noticed a few missing from the car. Had to check my dash cam to see that they were up to no good, opening my hood and doing things to my battery and engine while my repair was body shop. There was NO countability from anyone.

This is the best body shop in miami. consistent work at reasonable prices by experienced professionals. custom work. touch ups. a great team always ready to help out. they really take pride in what they do. i would never take my car anywhere else.
