I was very happy and satisfied with my experience at Braman Motors Collision Center. They are very busy there repairing many cars, including very high end cars. I was very happy with their Hyundai service department ( Sergio takes great care of me in service) so I wanted to get a quote on a sunroof panel repair. I trusted this dealership for their professionalism, so I decided this was the place I wanted to get my car repaired. Erick, my service rep in repairs provided great and friendly service including executing the necessary insurance documents, ordering part, then fixing car on time as promised. I dropped off my car for repair on way to airport the other week. Joe, the director at the collision center was there to greet me with kind quick attention and made sure Erick knew I was there and would be with me shortly. Upon return from my trip, my car was ready in time for pick-up. My car looks great and I was really impressed by the clean detailing once I got into the car. So nice!! Erick went through all items with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I have a stain on my back leather seat and asked Erick how I could treat it. He mentioned that he would take care of it next time I brought my car into Braman for service. I was impressed that he offered that kind gesture.Like many of us, we know how frustrating and is NO fun having to deal with car issues and bad service to get things done right.Thanks to Sergio, Erick, Joe and the kind staff/team at Braman Motors for making my experience with your business a pleasant one.Dawn

Joey provided a quote the same day I brought the car in and called me to go over the detail of the estimate: great communication! professional service! The car has been washed in detail and got it back within 5 days as promised!Very satisfied!

Very disappointed. We are very easy-going, understanding business owners that extend the latitude we sometimes need in doing business, but this is ridiculous. Id highly recommend finding a local body shop recommended by someone you trust. They are more likely to give your car the attention it deserves as small businesses live and die on referrals.My issue and my review, Im just a small fish in a big pond that wont effect their bottom line. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

I was rear ended in January and brought the vehicle in for repair. The back bumper was replaced, but now a reflector has already fallen off of it. I am 1,400 miles away and cannot bring the vehicle in, but I am told that I need to physically bring the vehicle in to have the warranty honored. That’s clearly unreasonable, and frankly insulting to even be told as much.I was then told I should just rely on the manufacturer’s warranty, which is complete nonsense since the manufacturer isn’t going to cover your defective work.Anyway, I’m posting here in hopes that someone actually reasonable will contact me with a solution that doesn’t require a 2,800 mile round trip road trip.“We provide guarantees on all labor and parts, and we make sure that your vehicle is fixed correctly the first time. If its not done correctly, well certainly remedy the problems.” I’d suggest adding a note to the effect of “but don’t harbor any misconception that we will make it easy or convenient for you if we do need to remedy the problem with our work.”

My Mini Convertible was rear ended, I decided to come here because they work with the Mini dealership next door so I thought Id get better service. Boy was I wrong. The service took a while, about a month and a half, which I was fine with as long as they fix it right.When they called to tell me the car was ready for pick up I was very excited. When I showed up I inspected the car and noticed that there were some paint chipped off in a few places and I pointed out to JC. He walked back in the office and took out a paint pen and just dabbed over those spots like a little marker. They did not even blend in so if you look closely you could tell that they were painted on afterwards.Thats not even bad compared to what happens next. I turned on the car and noticed that the convertible top does not open. When I asked him about it he literally said the car was already like that before the accident. Um what?! I was the driver before the accident and I could assure you that the convertible top worked perfectly fine before. I told him I used it before the accident and never had any problems and that I would not accept the car in that condition. He said hed talk to the manager and let me know.Next day I showed up and he said yeah they checked again and even had a mechanic come out to show me where the part was and that itmust have been broken before because its further inside the car and there was no way the accident would impact that area and cause damage to that part. But guess where he pointed at... the EXACT spot where I was rear ended. I told him this is exactly where the car was hit (mind you the accident happened on the highway so the impact was pretty big) and he still refused to believe it. He then told me to go next door to Mini dealership and that the Service Department could take care of it. I went, NOPE. They said they could clearly see thats damage from an accident and they dont service that.After all this back and forth and Braman Collision Center refusing to take responsibilities luckily the insurance claim agent agreed with me and they MADE THEM fix it for me. And of course that took another few weeks.I will never ever in my life consider this place again or recommend this place to anyone if youre looking for a quality auto body shop. They just dont care.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been treated completely passive aggressively. After submitting written complaints, and BBB complaints, I finally got an update for something they did not have an update for some hours prior to me putting them in place for.I only followed up on the delivery of parts for my vehicle twice (once via text, another via phone - days apart). Joey Zwecker advised, almost verbatim, as an advisor, “you calling in every day will not speed up the process of repair for your vehicle”.Ive had my vehicle at the shop since April 5th and an adjuster appraised the repairs April 7th. Apparently they’ve had their systems down, yet they sell rolls royce’s and bentleys.

Braman Collision Center is a scam:Estimator Carlos Castaner charged me $3,500 to paint a hood and roof of a Mini Cooper. They charged me $900 for removing and reinstalling the headliner and sunroof assembly so they can paint the roof! Then after supposedly removing the headliner and sunroof assembly they ended up taping off at the roof seal anyway and got paint all around it which was the whole point of doing the extra labor!... Im sure they just taped off the whole sunroof assembly and kept the $900 for removing the sunroof as i had asked them to do originally and as any other body shop would have done. I dont care about the paint on the seal, i care about being lied to and paying out $900 because Braman only does the highest quality of work but it turns out the same as if they would have just taped the sunroof and saved me 1/3 of the price.I asked if there was anything to do about the rates for a mechanic at $179 an hour and he responded that i was lucky because their standard rate is $280 an hour .... $280 AN HOUR!!! HAHAHAHA.in conclusion i would NOT recommend getting any work done on your car at Braman Collision Center here but i definitely do recommend applying for a job as a mechanic!

This collision center had my car for over a month to repair a minor collision(that shoudlve taken 14 days) and didnt want to take responsibility for the additional days of my rental that the insurance wasnt able to cover. I made the error of choosing this body shop to repair my vehicle (thinking that it would be a quick and painless process).

Brought in my RSX to Braman Collision Center and was satisfied with the staffs friendliness and quick work. I had my bumper and fender liners replaced. My car was finished within three days, as promised. I would definitely come back here if I ever need any body work done since the price is reasonable and the service is wonderful.

Words can’t describe how much I appreciate and value how they treated me — my car was there for quite time because of back ordered parts but I still had top notch service. Carlos Castaner always gave me information on the process. NEVER AGAINa truck side swipe my new 2018 on the passenger side and I took it in for for repair, it start off with the crazy first thing I heard, they dont take American Express for deductible payment. I keep reading about how service adviser JC kept them inform of the repair process. I had to call him once a week for any information on my car, even after asking him to please keep me informed. it now going on 4 weeks and I still dont have my car back. I would NEVER take my car back here.

BRAMAN BODY SHOP “DOUBLE” THE PRICE OF SOUTH MOTORS BMW. I was happily servicing my i8 at Braman BMW until my service advisor Chris introduced me to Joey at the body shop for repair. The estimate was so high I proceeded to contact South motors BMW an honest advisor Manuel (Manny) who gave me a price of 50% less that was realistic. I then reached out to my service advisor Chris at Braman, who introduced me to the body shop advisor, that the price was very high and as opposed to him offering to help negotiate, his response was “take it to South Motors”. So now I will take it to South Motors BMW and I will do my service, buy my tires and no longer go to Braman. Very disappointed in the unprofessional response from Chris. Totally arrogant person who comes off as a nice guy initially. It’s funny getting ready to spend 1500 to 2000 on my car in tires and other maintenance issues service etc. I’d love to show the service manager or Mr. Braman a copy of the text message so he can see the true character of this advisor and the attempted ripoff in the body shop. I wonder if the guy Joey would’ve tried to rip me off if I wasn’t paying cash and I was going to make an insurance claim. Unbelievable what a scam operation that they allow these people to try and rip you off.Update 12/2018: I tried again to get in touch with Joey at The Body shop. He told me that I should pay more because they have certain equipment that South does not have hahahah. I’m getting a rocker panel repaired which anybody can fix and does not require any special equipment but he tried to rationalize being double the price because they own equipment for my car that Was not needed but I should pay more. So I ended up taking my car, as told by my former advisor Chris, to South Motors. I fixed my car for $568 with an awesome body shop advisor named Manny (honest awesome body shop advisor) and it far less than a $1225 that Joey in the Braman body shop tried to rip me off for. It’s really disappointing that Braman dealership tries to overcharge you when you know it and they try to rationalize it vs being honest and adjusting the estimate. I’ll never go to Braman again. I went to South motors for service met Armando got four new tires put on, service on my car and was treated the way I’m used to be treated from Mercedes Benz. I almost got rid of my i8 over this but I’m glad that I met the people that help me at South Motors. A much better experience from the service department at South motors I was treated very well and my car was taking very good care of and I saved a good amount of amount of money. Nothing to do with the Braman usual service. I have a broken glass, rainy day. I called, they put me in wait until the line was lost. I went in person. The repair part was not available until next week. I have the car full of broken glasses they do not offer me nothing for the meantime. No way. Couple of phone call and I found the part in Duque. A lot of auto celebrative picture in the wall to testimony their efficiency but this it was for the past i guess.

Poor customer service as well as lack of ownership for not having properly inspected my car after a hard hat flew off a worker’s head who was in a crane and hit my car. They did not facilitate payment from a third part because the third party was asking me to sign a release form, which never even mentioned Braman. No willingness to accommodate the client. Service agent has attitude issues and the minute he is questioned about anything, he quickly becomes beligerant. You can’t have people like that serving your clients because then it becomes a non-customer service or inexistant customer service. Every time the agent wouldn’t respond to emails in a timely manner or call me to tell me when I could bring my car in, I’d loop in his manager and every time she’d recite the same response, that’s Joey, essentially not her. Ownership, people!!! If Joey needs to be chased, it ultimately falls on his managers to pick it up. Braman is great at getting you to buy a car but the post-sale is horrific.

I bought a CPO 2015 BMW 428I from Braman a couple of weeks ago which was in brand new condition inside and out..............until I decided to check out the front undercarriage on a whim. The prior owner had had serious parking issues and the front air dam area was totally scratched up from parking over concrete stoppers and backing up again one too many times. The scratches were not visible at all unless you literally got underneath the car, but just knowing they were there was enough for me. The car is in such great condition, I had to get it repaired/repainted. I checked out reviews for Braman BMW service advisers & read 2 great ones on JC Barbosa. ALL TRUE. He is the ultimate professional and pays absolute attention to detail. Kept my car an extra day cuz he didnt love the way it had come out the first time he saw it. I would highly recommend him if you need an honest, detailed estimate for any body work you may have done at Braman Collision Center.

Terrible. Two weeks for a repair estimated at 5 days. Repair coordinator blew 3 delivery dates in a row and never called to follow up ever. Calling made no difference or did email. I returned an insurance paid rental based on last date promised and now Im without a car or explanation. Im very dissatisfied with the experience and would use the insurance repair shop instead.

Took my car for a small dent in my bumper the service guy said it takes 3-4 days after a whole week NO ONE called me to update me on my car. Every time I called no one could help me bc the service guy was busy on the phone with insurances. When we called again the next day and we couldnt get a hold of him again we left a message with the manager bc I needed to know when my car would be ready he called us back with an attitude. Dont go to braman they are only nice to you when you are buying their car other than that all the other service departments suck. The south BMW is Has way better customer service.

Exceptional service! Brought in my 2017 430i Grand Coupe right after Hurricane Irma, I was immediately greated by JC Barbosa who was kind enough to explain the entire process to me as I had never sustained any vehicle damage in the past. He took the time to wait until my insurance provided me with a rental and helped me transfer all my items from my car with a great deal of patience. Throughout the entire process, he communicated all updates regarding my vehicle without me having to call him first, maintaining upmost proffesionalism when dealing with my insurance company. The receptionist staff was extremely courteous and provided me with a details of all repairs and expenses. The car was ready before the promised time and delivered without a scratch in sight and running perfectly. It is never a pleasant experience when getting into a car accident but the Braman team went above and beyond to make the process seamless and efficient as ever.The Braman body shop was truly the best choice.

I wrote a review a few weeks ago I was very upset because my advisor Eric wasnt keeping me updated as promised about my vehicle. I wasnt sure if hed even touched the vehicle while it was in his care I just didnt know, I was constantly initiating contact...well I finally received my vehicle. I must say that Eric Limatju did a fantastic job. Looks spanking New all over again. These guys are very busy, they have several other cars their working on. They dont have time to keep calling & emailing everyone, itll slow them down I realized. Thanks Eric 😊

Car was in a minor-medium front collision. Airbags did not deploy.Hood, bumper, radiator support and headlights are the major things that had to be replaced. Hood did not have major damage.Along with AC Condenser because it was damaged...I definitely had AC working good (even after the accident) when I brought my car to BMW Braman Body Shop in Miami for repairs. I know this because I drove my car for at least a week after the accident and AC was working just fine.I brought the car to Braman on Oct 15 and Duwayne Hughes accepted my car for repair.Repairs took about two weeks! After two weeks of not having my car I finally got it back on October 30, 2014.Repair cost was about $8,000.I was happy to get it so I did not check everything right away. From what I did check I noticed that hood was not aligned very well and was grinding on the left side when being closed. I did mention it to them and they took additional 20 min to realign it. I also noticed that left headlight was fogged up from condensation, I really wanted my car back so I did not mention it right away.Later that day I turned on the AC and had only warm air coming out. I also noticed right away that when turning the AC on I could not hear the Compressor start when standing outside or having the door open. So to me it seemed like Compressor issue. I came back to them the same day at 5pm and was told to come back the next day to get the car checked out.With all these issues its obvious that Bramans Collision Center quality control is close to non-existentNext day I came at 9am, they took the car back in to check whats happening.First they said its freon. They refilled it. Then they thought its some springs or other connectors that connect to Compressor and my rep told me the are a lot of them. After this runaround and waiting at their Collision Center for almost half a day until 12:30pm, I was told to wait another 30 min. I decided not to and left with their shuttle service and said I will come back at the end of the day, since the car will be ready. Receptionist told me that shuttle runs until 5, so I made sure to call them at 3pm and schedule it with the same receptionist for 4pm. She took my phone number and I considered my shuttle scheduled. At 4pm I get a call from my rep saying that they will not be able to finish that day and that I can come and get a loaner, they are doing me a huge favor. I said I already scheduled a shuttle for 4, he told me that it stopped running at 3, and that receptionist gave me the wrong info twice! Fine, I got a ride with a colleague and got the loaner.Keep in mind that after making me wait half a day, telling me 20-30 min multiple times, messing up with the shuttle, and with misaligned hood and fogged headlight, not one person told me We are sorry for the inconvenience, we will make it right. Everyone seems offensive or defensive there.Next day I come to the body shop to get updates and they told me that they connected the diagnostic computer (I know it was connected since the day before at least since 12, because I went to my car to get my laptop from the trunk and saw it connected...) and its telling them that its the Compressor thats faulty.After a few days on Nov 4, 2014, I get a call from my INSURANCE and not Braman, and they are giving me the update, telling me that they cant cover it because its not related to the accident. To me its a little bizarre that I got a call from my insurance... Another proof of Bramans non-existent customer service.I call Braman and they are offering me to either take the car as is or they will give me an estimate for the repair that I will have to pay out of pocket.I personally went to Braman to talk to my rep but all for nothing, they dont care that I gave them a car with working AC, all they know is that its not working now and to fix it I have to pay...So all of this after giving them a car with working AC and getting it back with broken AC!

Hello. 45 days ago I took my car to have a red Honda CR-V fixed. They took too long to fix it (6 weeks). The car was delivered to me yesterday and I have reviewed it and I see that it lacks sheet metal details to fix and also lacks a nut on one of the wheel where the blow occurred. It is a shame that they do not realize to put the nuts on it or think that the owner is not going to notice. When I called they told me that I had to wait for the nut to appear or for them to buy it as if we were talking about something unimportant that does not involve the safety of the car where I go to work every day and where I take my family. I phoned to speak to the manager and said it was urgent to get it fixed right away. And they didnt want to. Then they said he was in a meeting. I thought it was a good place but it is the opposite, they are slow and work very badly.
