This agency had been around forever. Mary is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Ray does a great job with the commercial piece and Jackie has been the best customer service agent I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for personal or commercial insurance.

Jacques and Raymond were very rude and harassing. Called me back 3 times harassing me about my boat. In NY I Had Allstate for cars and my house. I will never go with Allstate again because of how harassing Jacque has been. Do not have her call my house again.

I have tried to resolve an issue with this insurance company. They have provided great rates so far. However, we called them to discontinue insurance on a vehicle that we do not own anymore. They refused to give us back the full amount we paid on the motorhome even though I provided them with the bill of sale to show that we do not owe them any money. The continue to try to bill me for it. I find this very unethical and will correct myself if they do the right thing. I however cannot understand how you can bill someone for a vehicle you show you dont own. This seems this would be fraudent blilling that they refuse to resolve.
