I called about the health program that estrella insurance has been advertising and the representative couldn’t give any information because she said she is new and just started working there and to please call tomorrow because she is the only one in the office and she doesn’t know anything about the program. Maybe before putting someone on the phone the person needs to be trained with everything the company offers. Very unprofessional!

After more than ten years paying a fortune with progressive and tired of being robbed, I decided to stop by Estrella insurance at 1201 SW 8th St. Miami, fl 33130 to find out about a new insurance policy. To make a long story short and to my surprise my new insurance policy with Estrella insurance is less than half what I would be paying with Progressive. Progressive wanted to charge me for my new policy $ 180.The same policy with Estrella insurance costs me $ 74I couldnt be more satisfied, only $ 74 per month, no waiting time, I was out of there in less than 15 minutes.
