I feel confident by having this car insurance. The customer service skills in the Bravo’s office makes me feel comfortable.

I switched my insurance for my home and car beginning of Feb to Allstate. Was given a quote, paid it and 3 weeks later got a letter saying my policy was increasing. Called my agent and she said she would check it out and call me back. I called 2 more times till she finally told me the underwriters wont budge and I have to pay the increase, nothing more can be done. I called Domingo Bravo who owns the agency and was told he was on another call and will call me back. No call so I called back an hour later and was told he isnt in the office today. Wow this agency just lies and doesnt care about their clients. I feel like they low balled me to switch and then raised the price after I paid and signed the contract. I am not in good hands with Allstate. I called Allstate customer service and they were very ambivalent and said nothing could be done. I have had home owners insurance for almost 50 years and never had a company give me a quote and then revise the price afterwards because of underwriting. Terrible experience with Allstate.

I gave this “Bravo“ Agency is more like dishonest and trustworthy, who is under the auspice is of Allstate, With the ironic slogan of “your in good hands “,BS. Don’t get me wrong the girl that answers the phone the guy Jean that wrote me up for the cars they’re super nice, cordial answered questions, it’s when I went to Steve to sign me up for homeowners Ins, with “Universal “,” & Tower Hill I believe was the other insurance company that are F rated.Both of these crooks, took my money & 3-4 months later or less they cancel the policy, at the end of the day I’m sorry that I left State Farm who I’ve had 15 years and have served me with excellence, honor and truthfulness. I thought I was going to say with this company, and then end up costing me more than if I would’ve stayed with my original Honorable State Farm. NEVER AGAIN .PS

This is my honest review and very first time doing an insurance claim. I must say that AllState was responsive and timely in assessing and disbursing funds for the claim that was put in. I dont know nay better but I was pleased in the way they responded to my claim.

We have been with Allstate almost thirty years, and they have always been helpful and caring and always had our backs. You couldnt ask for a better insurance company. Thank You.

Yes, Allstates offering was a major competitive advantage. Thankfully I have had no claims since I switched to AllState. So I have only good things to report. AllState premiums for my auto insurance were less than half of what I was paying to GEICO., AllState customer service is much better than GEICO I only wish I could get Homeowners insurance through AllState.

On two separate occasions (one with odd circumstances) AllState has been responsive, expedient and respectful. This includes all the staff that I dealt with. While we all wish things were less costly or free AllStates prices are reasonable and they are certainly NOT a cut-rate outfit

After our recent car accident we were so glad for our agent. In spite of there excellent service we still sought quotes from other insurance companies as we thought our premium would increase.What we found was, even with employer sponsor discounts there priceing was still the best. One company we received a quote from even told us if we increase our deductibles they could be competitive, even doing that they werent.

You’re insurance is ok, but I found a better auto policy ( better coverage) with Progressive, for less money.It’s not YOUR fault, it’s ALLSTATE, that has the high policy prices.
