These guys high end are very bad they sent me a technician to my house to check my sub zero and told me i needed a compressor the price was a bit high and the tek was nasty with me and very Aggressive to sale me the job so I decided to get a second Opinion and found a good company called mr appliance they gave me 300$ less in price to do the job and treated me like a human I will continue to do business with this company in the future but I won’t do business with high end any more etc

Charged $380 for 35 minutes of work repairing the fridge. Need I say more?

Run away fast from these guys I had them come out to my home in coral gables fl to fix my subzero refrigerator they changed a electrical board and charged me a lot of money then I called them back because it didn’t work and they didn’t show up to appointment we had set up so I just got fed up and called another company they came out changed a coil put Freon and the unit works fine now I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone there not so good in fixing and not so good in keeping appointments also not so nice on the phone and technician who came out wasn’t too nice either etc 👎🏻

These guys came to my home to fix my water leak in my sub zero and changed a water valve and the next day it was still leaking water I called them back the next day for them to come back out and they didn’t show up at the appointment time they gave me so I called another company sub zero Miami and they fixed a bad plastic hose and now it’s working fine I won’t call these guys anymore they call them self’s high end / kenco they are not good and a bit nasty their technicians etc stay away!!!!!!!

I had these guys come out to my home to fix a sub zero and they changed a compressor and it didnt work and they came back out again it still didnt work I had another company come out and fix it right Now it works they changed a filter etc i wouldnt call these guys again they dont know what they are doing and the Technician was nasty to me etc beware of these guys they are very bad
