I did not have my Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer repaired. However, I did need to have it removed. After 22 years it had rusted underneath due to a slow water leak. The rust damaged caused the roller wheels you can lower or raise broke off on the right side. This humongous thing weighs over 1,000 pounds and was built into our custom kitchen. The wood built around it was measured so precisely there wasnt even 1/8 of inch to work with on either side of it. I was terrified to try to move it on my own because I could damage the floor by pulling 1000 pounds of metal with sharp edged rust spots on the bottom so easily. We want to sell our house so causing damage is the very last thing I want to do. Im actually having the new refrigerator installed because I am making improvements to ready pur house to be put on the market. I have a lot of large appliances to dispose of. Since I am getting 2 houses (with over 200 years of belongings in EACH) ready for the market I will be hiring Zoom Van Lines for any and everything I need, that is a service they provide. Moving, storing, disposal, lawn care...etc. I am a loyal customer for life. What kind, hardworking, intelligent, knowledgeable and unstoppable. Id hired other people to remove this thing but they either declined or outright refused. These guys had it out with no damage to my custom cabinets in 20 minutes. THEY ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS!!!!!

Our Amana refrigerator went on the blink. Anatoli of Sub Zero Appliance Repair came over and diagnosed the problem within the hour and said may refrigerator had no power at all. He made recommendations for a tool that he said had gone bad. We agreed to go with his recommendation to replace the tool. He ordered the part, came back, installed the part, and we were back up and running.
