My first driver was (Daniel) and he was amazing. Once he arrived at the airport he sent a text letting me know of his arrival and where he would be waiting. He also let me know where to go to get my bags. He knew a lot about the area and along the ride he gave great ideas of things to do. He paid attention to the road and drove with caution. For the remainder of the trip we had Freddy and again, we had a great driver. Very informative, great attitude, people person, and drove like he was carrying precious cargo.. lol... great team. I will recommend this company any and every time.

Wow is right! I used them to and from Miami airport with my 3 year old. They have clean cars with car seats available. They were on time both legs of the journey and very communicative via phone/text which was awesome. Will definitely use them again!

Absolutely excellent service. I had to book last minute on a Sunday morning for later that same day. The driver,Freddie showed up early and was very friendly and very professional. The beautiful car was spotless inside and out. I highly recommend this service to everyone. Was worth every penny.

Chose this service because it had such a high star rating for a pick up from the Miami airport. This service was NOT 5 star service. The car smelled like smoke and the driver had to stop for gas a few minutes after the pick up. When hiring a car service I expect high level of service not having a smoky car and stopping for gas. Called in the next morning to speak to someone about our experience and he was very unprofessional. I asked to be compensated for the poor service and he outright refused and said that he would black list us from this company nation wide as well as any other car service company that he owns ( he said he owns 7 in Miami). Think twice before you chose this car service.

I used this service to pick me up from the Miami Airport, and drive me to Islamorada Florida. I then used them to pick me up at the hotel and drive to the Fort Lauderdale Airport. The drivers were both VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, OUT GOING AND FRIENDLY. It was well worth using this company. Both of the vehicles they used for the transportation were top notch, clean (2021 Mercedes Benz Van, & 2021 Lincoln Navigator). These vehicles both started and ended our vacation on a high note.

Our driver Jose got it done for us. On time, in the correct location, great car, great service at a fair price. Met us with luggage cart ready at the airport to take us to our cruise, then saved us who-knows-how-much time and hassle picking us up in the mad-house of the cruise terminal when we came back.Will use again next time in South Florida, no doubt.

We used this company to transfer our large group of people (5 adults and 2 babies) between MIA and our AirBnb. They were the only ones we found who could provide us with a large enough vehicle with 2 infant car seats for our twins.
