I was a little skeptical at first but decided I had to leave a review after my amazing experience. The staff was friendly and nice. They were also very informative because it was my first time getting on a jet ski. I had a great time and would recommend this place. It was hassle free unlike other places I checked out. I personally enjoyed my experience.

Location is between 16th and 17th street on the beach behind Loews hotel (the area is pretty visible and marked with big red signs). Its jet ski, pedal boat, canoe rentals. Its convenient, pretty new equipment including life vests but its expensive and time starts as you step on jet ski.

I just finished my jetski ride with bouyah water sports by loew’s hotel. It was really fun and engaging. Our guides were Dairon and Alfred who were experts on jet ski instruction and navigation. They made everything so simple to follow and even took some really great photos of us on the jetski. Dana and Patty were both very informative and made the entire process simple, everything from the boating license to getting things set up. Overall, would recommend to everyone who visits the area!

What an awesome experience! Patty helped me out with registration and was beyond helpful getting me set up to jet ski. I had Stephen as my tour guide and he was amazing! He showed all around Miami and knew the ins and outs of every island. Ill definitely be coming back and I would recommend anyone who is interested in touring Miami to take the tour with Stephen!

I watched the kids they hire run over our people’s valuables on the beach while trying to load load and get the jet ski past the slope of the beach with their ATV!!!When. I approached the kid and let him know he ran over their bags and belongings (he said his name was Pedro N) he was rude, stand-offish and didn’t care.If that had been a small child - you guys would definitely care then. These people your hiring will end up putting you out of business with a single lawsuit.If your staying at Lowes - stay away from this company and find your water sports activity elsewhere!Good luck.

They told us to be there by 09:30 AM, but showed up at 10:20 and told us today is canceled due to weather condition without letting us know ahead.Literally ruined our morning

Annoyed, just paid $150 for the kids and husband to ride the banana boat for 15 minutes. Apparently they start the clock when you are putting your life jackets on. Based on the time on my pictures they were out there 11.5- 12 minutes at best. When you’re paying that much I’d hope for the full 15 minutes. They also allow 6 and up to ride but only had 2 kids life vest and no kids sized helmets

If you are in Miami Beach. This is a MUST. I highly recommend a jet-ski tour with FERNANDO as guide. He shows you all the great places, takes the most awesome pictures and makes sure you have an unforgettable experience! A really nice guy!!!!We really enjoyed our jet-ski trip. And we will certainly meet Fernando again when we’ll be back in Miami. Thank you Fernando!!

I have always wanted to ride a jet ski in the ocean and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. The jet ski’s were fast and had great stability. Stephan was my tour guide and he was excellent. Definitely will do it again and I highly recommend this to anyone

This was a last minute decision to our trip... and was maybe one of the best JetSking experiences we’ve ever been on. We did the 120 min tour with Stephen... who probably also made this experience beyond amazing!!Thank you so much if you’re reading this Stephen!!! You were the best!!

Jet skiing was so much fun! Nicole was lit and helped us find the best package. She was funny and boosted us to ensure that we had the best time. Stephen took us out on a tour and made us feel safe. Definitely come to this water sports but!

They really shouldnt be launching jet skis from a public beach where people swim. A lot of noise pollution, the whole beach stinks of gasoline when they refuel, they disturb the marine life, including sea turtle nesting areas. The jetskis break down and float into the public swimming area dangerously close to swimmers.When I told the kid working on the jet ski he should be on the other side of the line where the jet skis are supposed to go in and out (he was at least 60 feet passed the line in the middle of swimmers, his response was very rude. They clearly dont have regard for the public, just milking tourists of their money.

Stephen was an excellent jet ski instructor and went through all of the procedures and protocols with us. The two women at the both were also very well informed and friendly. Their equipment was amazing and jet skiing on this beach was an unforgettable experience....10/10 would recommend! :)

Had a fantastic time! My wife and I did the 2 hour jet ski tour. Stephon was an amazing tour guide! He took us all over Miami Beach and key Biscayne. It was definitely the best part of our vacation in south beach. Highly recommend this place!

We had some problems with our time slot, but the crew was really sweet about the mistake and gave us an extra 15 mins! Wolfie is hilarious.. Steven is great explaining how to use the jet ski.. and Patty was really nice. We’ll definitely return before we leave!! A+

This place is awesome, we did a waverunner tour of Miami and if you decide to do this you should ask for Stephen. He was super patient in the beginning when we were fighting the choppy water and it took us a little while to get the hang of it, then he took us to see all kinds of cool stuff (including but not limited to the Scarface house and downtown Miami) and also took 32 pics of us in the meantime. When we booked the tour and checked in Jayleen and Patricia were really helpful and even held our stuff for us in the booth. Highly recommend this business, would definitely do it again

Great experience. Patty checked me into my reservation. She was super friendly, informative, and really helped me with it being my first time and all. Jerimias, the argentinian, was our banana boat tour guide. Great personality. Really worth the price. 10/10 would recommend.
