Jayleen and Andres were awesome. They were very thorough with the instructions and guidelines. We had such a blast. Make sure you arrive a little early to fill out your waiver/info.

Stayed at Eden Roc on Miami Beach and this was right next to our section of the beach. Friendly staff and great jet ski ride ! Would go again. Most places I’ve looked at required a security deposit for the jet ski, this place did not which made booking easy! 10/10

I would recommend everyone to come to BouYah watersports by Eden Roc. Tiffany, Mia, and Alejandro were so helpful when I came to rent a jet ski for a half hour. Mia helped me get a boat permit on site which was super helpful which took less than 15 minutes.I would totally come here again and Tiffany helped me find a spot to go site see after as well. Very helpful staff!! Family friendly!!

We just went here to rent 4 jet skis. One hour each. Almost $1000 worth of business. The guy (fernando) was the rudest person we had ever seen. He didn’t care abou the business at all. No hello. No smile. Just full of attitude. No questions answered. We asked if we can get the fourth driver license after five minutes. His answer was then you will be an hour later to book! Never go there again.

Amazing 2 hours Tour around Miami Beach! My husband and I booked together with another couple a 2 hour jet ski tour through Miami Beach with BouYah on Miami Beach. We were very excited.It was one of our best tours we did in Miami Beach! Already at the start Sandra made sure that we knew all the important rules and information. She also took care of our personal belongings while we cruised 2 hours through Miami Beach. We also got a safety briefing and a short introduction to the functionality of the Jet Skis. That took about 15 - 20 min. Julio our tour guide was great. He tuned in directly to our group and always made sure that everyone had fun and all safety regulations were observed. Even if one of us four weakened, Julio was immediately on the spot and either took a short break or let the others drive on and took care of the one who just had to slow down a bit. Besides that, he gived us interesting information about different spots we saw on our ride. Great Job! We were so well supported and had an unforgetable trip! Went for the jet ski 1 hr tour, was amazing ! Def recommend the tour over the normal 30min rides. Sandra was great and Zeljko was a good tour guide gave us a lot of space and took pics for us. Would do this again for Sure

Terrible. Try not to fall from the jet ski because their staff would just let you float in the water for a long time before they come around and check in with you. This is after numerous, exhausting attempts at getting their attention while you’re in the middle of the ocean (helpless) whistling all you have for help. What a mess. What a shame. Don’t waste your money here.
