Stayed at The Alexander through Hora Vacations for Passover with my family. Everything exceeded my expectations. The apt was fully koshered when I got there. Brand new utensils and dishes were waiting for me in their original boxes and the beach setup was perfect. Mark and Evan were both great and very accommodating

It was very beautiful and had a great time. Just the 1st 2days we had no hot water which was not much fun to take a shower with cold water.

Fantastic! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay and experience was! We travelled with three adults and two teenage boys and had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo was exquisite and had everything we needed. The views were spectacular. We normally spend a little less on housing when we vacation, but the price of Mark’s condo was well worth the cost. Waking up to spectacular beach views from the 11th floor balcony was amazing as was very quick access to the pool, jacuzzis, and the beach. (There is a tiny bit of construction going on at the hotel/condo complex, but nothing that affected us at all!) The pool area was great and we enjoyed the Tiki bar which made virgin pina coladas to my son’s heart’s content! (It had a decent selection of meals too!). The teens played in the ocean and the pool for hours, tossing around a football with other teens a lot of the time. Between the pool area and the beach was a wonderful biking/walking trail. My husband biked down to south beach every morning for exercise, ocean views and a coffee by renting a citibike that had a station close by. And I ran north on the trail to a lovely coffee shop/juice bar. We walked to dinner the first night we were here and used Lyft to get around besides that and never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a car to arrive. Mark was very responsive to questions we had. We had a late departing flight on the day we left so stored our luggage at security for free and rented a cabana by the pool for the day to get another beach/pool day in. Again, we can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Thank you, Mark!

We rented an oceanfront condo from Mark at Hora rentals for an extended weekend (Apt 1401). The condo was exactly as represented in the pictures, actually nicer in real life.The condo came impeccably clean and fresh. We were quite impressed at the level of cleanliness, including inside the drawers, and the pack and play we requested was clean and fresh, not dusty from the bottom of a storage closet as is usually the case, and the beds were made perfectly with fresh linens. It came with everything we needed, even a highchair which was clean. There were plenty of towels and more than enough toiletries.Some noteworthy things about this particular condo (1401) - the oceanfront balcony is excellent, and it has many large drawers which made unpacking and staying neat a breeze. The furniture is also great and functional.The building itself has great amenities like the pool, hot tub, and direct beach access which really made the vacation outstanding for our kids, we didnt even need to take them on any trips and they had a blast. There is even a playground one building over, a 60 second walk down the boardwalk.Mark was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and takes great care to see through even the most minor of details. We had all the information we needed at the outset and thankfully everything worked out without a hitch. When we had a question or needed some info Mark responded right away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the rental experience, and we already booked the same condo for our next vacation.

I would highly recommend Hora Rentals for a trip to Miami Beach. We stayed for a bachelorette party and everyone loved it! Beautiful unit with amazing ocean views! Mark and his group were very on top of getting back to me whenever we needed anything. Will be staying again in the future!

Very rude! For the price we paid you would think we would at least have good customer service. You get charged for the pillows if you get makeup on then as if anyone that is going out there to have a good time will take the time to wipe off all of your makeup while being drunk right before bed .. The wifi there is beyond the worst! And if you have an issue they say you have to call Alex the main guy but he is never around and they never pick up the phone so not go here it is not a great place to stay ! Oh and the view sucked ! And it smelt like mold !

Evan and his team could not be more pleasant to deal with. From being patient and helping me find the right apartment to providing very fair pricing. Communication during my stay was super! Anything I needed was immediately given and taken care of. Thanks for the excellent service

We rented unit 702 last week. it was clean, beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous view. Mark was extremely responsive and accommodating.

I wish you good give negative stars. Mark Honigsfeld is one of the most disappointing people I have ever dealt with when booking accommodation and I would warn everyone to be very careful when dealing with him. We travel a lot and regularly use VRBO and other sites. Last year we decided to try Hora as their apartments looked really nice. Whilst that is true and ratings seem to be good when all goes well we had a terrible experience. After being promised a credit for a trip we could not take due to COVID we tried to use that credit. Everywhere else we had booked and then cancelled due to COVID gave us a complete refund but with Mark it was a credit. I guess we understood that so then thought lets get out of the PA winter and spend a few days in Miami to use the credit. Bad decision. Despite booking on the website as instructed, as well as emailing Mark, there was no response. Finally after contacting him again he told us there was nothing available. I know that is true now just 6 days from when we have our flights booked, however there were definitely rooms available when we first starting looking. Mark’s response indicates that he clearly cares more about money than he does people and his communications are not reflective on the actual situation. We now have been left stranded trying to find somewhere else to stay as we are meeting our son. It’s not as simple as changing dates which was his only suggestion. Clearly we can only use the credit when it suits Mark and he can’t rent the apartments to anyone else and hence he waits until the last minute to let you know. We feel very let down by him and have been taken advantage of in a difficult situation for everyone. Thankfully there are many good people in the world who do understand and I would definitely recommend we all reward them by booking their places rather than someone who has his own interest at heart and causes such distress.

We had the most awesome time at this place. Our suite was immaculate clean, newly renovated, spacious, modern style!The only mistake we made, was to leave!!!Cant wait to go back!

This place was great. Me & my family did a cousins trip & we wanted to be under the same roof. I found this place. The outside is deceiving but once you open the door & go in very beautiful.The rooms were extremely comfortable but the entire unit had more then enough space. Everything was clean & up to date. Only thing the unit didnt have was a full length mirror.Only recommendations I have is that the door going into the unit is very dated, the carpet in the hallway needs to be picked up & the carpet in the elevator definitely needs to come up. Overall great experience for our first time doing this.

I am sorry but this place is horrible. Still under renovation. God know for how long is been in renovation. I dont understand how this place is getting this reviews. The apartment that we stay was ok. But, the hotel smh. The place is disgusting.

Suite was nice and roomy but lot of construction and we werent notified. The path to the pool is disgusting saw a roach on the way. Also saw roach on the balcony.

The company as a whole is one big rip-off.

And I HAVE NOT BEEN HERE ONCE AND NEVER WILL BE! WE HAVE NO MONEY FOR IT! WE SIT IN OUR RASH ON THE BEDS AND COTTAGES! BUT I BELIEVE THAT IT IS VERY BEAUTIFUL, WARM AND COMFORTABLE THERE! I AM PUTTING 5 STARS BECAUSE IF I COULD BE HERE AT LEAST ONCE IN MY LIFE, I WOULD GIVE EXACTLY SO MUCH!
