It was wonderful family vacation in November, 2020! Clean and nice. Not too expensive. Everything was great! Reception service was excellent! We took a room with an ocean view on a 15 floor with kitchen. Absolutely recommend this hotel for a family staying!

The views are gorgeous! We stayed on the top floor. And I love the floor to ceiling windows. The furniture was dated though and wasn’t in good shape. And the elevators went out several times while we were there. Lots of places to eat in walking distance. Beautiful beach. I’d wouldn’t mind staying again especially if the furniture was updated.

Stayed here for three nights. Full kitchen was great and was clean...mostly. There was a grape underneath the bed and we most definitely did not bring in any grapes. The beach is great and they have Cabana style beds if you get there early enough. Complimentary bikes were amazing and there is a grocery store within a five minute walk. Will definitely visit again.

Our first stay at Mare Azur was in 2017 and we had nothing but great things to say about the hotel. So, when we were planning another trip to Miami, it was our go-to hotel to book. Our experience in 2019 was drastically different.The biggest negative: cleanliness, or lack thereof. Our feet were (not exaggerating) black and covered in sand/crumbs/etc. within a few minutes of walking around barefoot in the room, which is just the tip of the iceberg with respect to how thoroughly our room was cleaned. We used the mop and bucket provided in the room to clean the floors, the concept of which was a first for me in terms of things I expect to do on vacation and could literally see a lighter shade of floor where we really scrubbed.The two sleeper sofas provided in the room had cushions that are ripped apart and are frankly embarrassing to have in a hotel room, and the mechanism that operated the actual pull-out bed function of the bed was bent and made for a mattress that was sloped. To their credit, management did provide us a roll-away bed for this. We did notice a pallet of brand-new couches standing in the parking lot on the way to and from the beach; we did not think it was unreasonable to replace the couch entirely, given this. However, I won’t pretend to understand the logistics of hotel-room furniture replacement.The walls are long overdue for a fresh coat of paint to cover up all the scuffs, marks, dirt. The dining room chairs were in a similar state to the couch: the leather material is coming apart and very-worn out. On top of this, the white leather was very visibly dirty and had to be cleaned with Clorox wipes we got at the store. Like the floors, this made the chairs a few shades lighter.The door knobs in the room are improperly/lazily installed, with holes cutout that are too big for the knob mechanism, resulting in doors that regularly got stuck in the frame.Further, when we went to management asking for fresh beach towels, we were told that “this is what the in-unit washer/dryer is for; clearly, we are familiar with the concept of a washer/dryer, so this suggestion came off as incredibly condescending.If these are things that would not bother you about your room, I will say that beach access/proximity is very convenient, a grocery store (Publix) is very close by, and there are two pools and a hot tub at the hotel. However, until these folks get it together, I think that your money is much better spent elsewhere. Thanks for reading.

Beautiful building and solid location. Poor layout of the building and bad signage to get around. A handful of companies own and operate throughout the building which was strange at first but it was alright. Service of Mare Azure was great and our unit that were in is absolutely lovely

Ok the place is nice the apartment was clean and nice the only reason Im giving them 2 starts is because there is no customer service at all the guys at the lobby all the do its get your paperwork set and thats about it the valet its 20 wich its fair for the location but again customer service its a mayor key we ask for a extra bed for our small kid and they never got back at us we ask for extra towels and nothing the guy at the lobby mention that we had a washer in the room to used it after 3 days the only communication we had its that we need it to check out at 1 pm or we was gonna get charge a extra day again people place is nice and clean customer service GARBAGE!!!!!!!

Unfriendly hotel staff (receptionist, valet attendants, window cleaning ladies). Unit was not ready at check-in (4pm) so much time was wasted sitting by the pool. However, the staff from the company that owns and operates this particular unit (B34) was pleasant and helpful. Although the oceanfront view from the third floor was decent, the area around this hotel location lacks activities and excitement (many abandoned high-rise next to and a few blocks from hotel). Its worth paying more to stay near or around South Beach.

I had an amazing experience. From the minute I arrived with excellent service of Valet, and then at the office with Pablo. Pablo was great.The apartment was super. The views were breath taking. The inside of the apartment was very nicely cleaned and looked greatThe beds were comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and kitchen was gorgeous.The apartment was very spacious, plenty of room.Thanks you for an excellent experience.

The staff was very nice and professional. They provided everything we needed: dishes, pots, pans, detergent, linens, etc. They even set up excursions for us. The room itself looked exactly like the picture on their website. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view was great. Wifi was free. The shower was a bit cramped, but that was the only downside to our room. There was construction going on next door, but we hardly heard any noise from it.

Ive stayed in numerous rooms at the Monte Carlo Miami Beach. Room 1810 with Mare Azure by far is the best room. Corner unit with ocean view, bay view, city view and wall to wall windows. Manger Einav is great! Helpful and very professional.

Beautiful hotel, clean, spacious, the rooms (apartments) have an amazing layout. This is not your average holiday inn dont pass up a beautiful hotel with an amazing view. Ive stayed at many hotels throughout the world and this one so far has topped the cake! The staff is friendly, accommodating and even offered complimentary wine for or stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the Beach facing suite. The view was spectacular. The suite was well furnished. Contempary design. The construction beside the hotel kinda ruined the mood when relaxing in the balcony. But other than that the service is good and the overall stay was pleasant.

First time staying in an ocean view apartment. Had many amenities available with many attractions nearby. Apartments are also well stocked and offer privacy.

The facility is beautiful and clean. I am not a snob. But, I must warn people this place has a lower end feel to it when it comes to the people that stay there. Im not talking about the staff. The staff was fine. The vacationers were rude and low class. We had people throwing food on our terrace from upper balconies and theres no way I would go into the hot tub after seeing the acts that were being performed. If you have a few dollars to upgrade to a higher end facility do it. Also, I did not get the condo I booked. They told me it was an upgrade. But, it really was not and I wanted ocean front. I booked a premiere room and did not get it. Buyer be warned if you are use to higher end properties.

This place is COMFORTABLE! A home! It has the best view of north Miami and best accommodations!Everyone so friendly! I enjoyed my time there! You deff need 3 or more nights to take everything the hotel offers in!! The Mare Azur staff lady was so beautiful and nice! She bought me a roll away crib all decked out comfy for my little one!! Full kitchen, room, bathroom, laundry in room, seating in balcony, with EVERYTHING you need!! We will be back!! Family hotel with a private beach!!!! You won’t miss out a thing! Although valet is a bit expensive, I wish I could have tipped the valet staff better but due to the cost I couldn’t. But still amazing! you have a new FAMILY with us MONTE CARLO MARE AZUR!

So the hotel and our room is nice. The problem we are having is the tv doesn’t work and with a 15 month old this is an issue.I called three times to get the tv repaired and I keep getting the same answer. Someone will be up to fix it. No one has ever come.I ask for some compensation since they refuse to fix the tv. They keep wanting to give me gift cards to movies. We said were not going to the movies with a 15 month old.So a day later another email with an offer for gift cards to a bar or restaurant. Again I have a 15 month old. I can’t go to a bar with her and only certain kid friendly restaurants.Now we are here almost 3 days and still no one has come to fix the tv with offers for a gift card we clearly can’t use.I don’t see what the big deal is. Just fix the tv. That’s all we wanted.

We had a great time at Mare Azur. It was clean, everything they show on pictures. The wash and drier added a lot for us with two girls. We will be back.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Big room, clean and up to date, and very well priced. The staff was incredible. Recommended an Italian restaurant close by that was fabulous. Taking the Grandkids to Miami next year and will stay nowhere else but the Mare Azure.

Different - things to improve. For this kind of appartment and price range we think its time to do some updates. Although everything was very clean the interiour looked a bit worn. We missed some cushions for the furniture and Table on the balcony - which had such an amazing view. Einav was super friendly and showed us everything - thank you very much 👍

You guys are very unprofessional to leave 3 stranded guest outside from New York. I referred 3 family members to stay and help book their room. They paid for service and was left outside. I had to rebook them another hotel. Then they charged both cards which is ridiculous for incidentals fees and wasn’t even checked in. To leave 3 people outside is unheard of and unprofessional.

The place was great, those that work there was great as well. The place was nice and spacious, the view was great in the living room as well as the bedroom .You have to pay for parking $15 a day .

When it comes to hotels Im extremely choosy. I want clean, modern decor and great customer service. I have received all that and more from the staff at Mare Azur. After I booked my reservation I had various questions I emailed and always usually within minutes had a response to my question. Upon checking in, the concierge Rami has gone above and beyond out of his way to make our trip comfortable, convenient and pleasant, we truly felt hes looking out for us and Im sure the other guests have felt the same way. Nothing but great things to say about this stay and Rami in particular. If we are ever back in Miami I would look forward to staying here again.

There are apartments, they dont have cleaning service so all your stay could be a mess. Also if u took an ocean view apartment you must know there is a demolition just beside the building.

Large apartments with all the comforts of home cable tv, ultra fast internet, induction hob, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, sea view terrace and windows overlooking the city, gym, games room, 5th floor swimming pools and ground floor swimming pools free outdoor parking during the night and internal parking by the sea a few meters away 2 min on foot playground very close and bike rental in the outdoor parking with free use etc. etc.

It is just beautiful in 2014.The bedroom and the living room were large and comfortable, and the view from the balcony of the ocean view was the best.There is no restaurant, so you have to eat at the restaurant or buy food at the supermarket and cook in the kitchen in the room.There is a subway and a New York deli across from the hotel, and if you walk a little there is also a liquor store, so I think that you will not have trouble eating anything.

The hotel well located. Very bad the attention of the reception. There was no signal on the TV. There were never any towels for the pool. If you dont get to the beach early, you run out of umbrellas as they have few.

My stay was excellent, the service folks and wonderful staff, Flat has everything one would need for a quiet stay, complete with utensils. Beatriz was very attentive in the service and Mr. Henry who takes care of the beach service is a show, the valets are great, anyway its well worth it.

A disaster the attention of the employee who belongs to Domio. The bad disposition that presents dulls a pretty place. He does not place the least cordiality in speaking in Spanish, when his colleagues say he does. The receptionists of the Montecarlo entrance sector are very attentive (David and Alexandra) and cordial as well as the lords of the valet parking. The equipment of the apartment is missing elements to use the oven and we have not replaced any towels or bath towels. Nor did anyone from Domio contact us to make himself available. Sincerely waiting for the high cost other services from the accommodation.

We rented an apartment from November 19 to 30, 2018 and everything was incredible. Einav, our hostess, was from the beginning very kind, friendly, patient (she quickly answered all our demands) and attentive. We are very happy with the stay and will return the next years. The attention of our hostess made a big difference and makes us feel at home.
