One should experience it at least once🙂

The experience was terrible everyone in my party Which was a total of 6 people only received 8-9 minutes in the air and was supposed to get 15 minutes. Duke also said we would get pictures mine was not on card cause they didnt start the camera that ((I had to hold on to while in the air)) my Opinion that takes away from the experience ... When I contacted them about my video not being there they try to blame us And then said there was nothing they could do about it... so if you would like pictures of your memories dont go with them I have seen other companys with a actual photograph on the boat and then you wont get 15 minutes in the air!!! But he did take a photo with use from my phone... the only picture I have from experience

Was looking forward to the experience after traveling 17 plus hours with 7 other members of my family. After being informed that each pair will get 15 minutes air time and free photos/video on a SD card my 5 family members and I were ecstatic about our decision to go with this company.Unfortunately not everyone in our group received the allotted time of 15 minutes and the last pair to go didnt get recorded at all upon viewing the footage on the SD card later that evening. They were shorted the memory of a lifetime that they cant even share with their loved ones that wasnt there. The company was responsible for starting and stopping the camera and they failed to do so for my family for the reasons stated above Ive rated them as such.

People travel from afar to create memories. I came over 17 hrs via car to do just that. Parasailing was an activity my family and I chose and was enthused to use this company as they offered affordable pricing and a SD card with video and pictures for those memories. Well when viewing my SD I noticed My family not only received the allotted time hence giving us shorter rides and not everyone received video footage and/or pictures. When these things were brought to Dukes attention. He offered no compensation. No coupon or discount and had no concern for our dissatisfaction. He blatantly said oh well. With a business, you have to right your wrongs that is proper customer service. I left that experience quite dissatisfied.

One pair in my group did not receive their recording. We came all the way from columbus Ohio only for them to not get their sd card of their experience because they didnt record it. Also the time was suppose to be 10 - 15 minutes. It was only 8. The owner didnt seem to care.

Checked parasailing off of my bucket list! Tom and Leo, ( also the paperwork guy) were fantastic!!! Enjoyed the music, thanks boys!! You made the experience great!!

Very cool activity to do with the family, we love parasailing Scott was very helpful on the phone he helped us find the place located right on Miami Beach which was walking distance from our hotel

This place was OK it did not last for 15 minutes but we were promised 15 minutes it was only 8 minutes and was promised pictures and a video but did not receive and was told there was nothing Could be done I suggest about it I suggest you make sure you have all of your video before you leave I missed out on pictures and video ...dnt promise something that you are not willing to deliver

The service staff waited very early on the beach and had a good attitude, although in the sky only 15 minutes but you can see the entire Parasail
