What a shame that they have a good store in a good area but dont have a good staff. I went there to return the chairs I bought from Amazon. I couldnt find the box and I figured they can help me with that. As I was carrying the chairs inside by myself they were just stranding there and staring at me. No one attempted to help. Then I was trying to e mail them the return label Carlos asked me if I have a label which I told them before that I have it. He said that I have to pay $40 for a box. He was very rude and not helpful at all. Thank God one of the guy after I ask him to help me he carried the chairs for me.. but Carlos is not a good fit for a good ups store. I am recommending the owners to find better people to give a better service!!

First off, I’m not a person to write reviews, but I must write this one to acknowledge one very special person- Oscar! This is by far the BEST UPS store! I must say that Oscar is the MAC DADDY! He’s always with a smile, sweet, professional, knowledgeable, kind, respectful and helpful. Even when people have been nasty to him, I’ve never seen him rude or disrespectful to anyone. He always has a way of talking.Oscar is a hard working man and is an honest person! He knows how to work well under pressure and can multi task. He’s always helped me with all my printing needs, laminating papers and he’s notarized papers for me as well. He’s a people person. I recommend anyone that needs printing services or papers notarized to stop by this store and see Oscar! Oscar has been working at this location for many years and it’s always a pleasure visiting this store. I strongly believe that Oscar is an asset for any business. Thank you Oscar for all of your help, services and kindness throughout the years! You are the best! I greatly appreciate everything you do! :))In addition, Donna is also very nice and helpful. She is knowledgeable, can multi task and is very patient. She also puts up with a lot of rude and demanding customers in a positive manner. I’ve never seen her upset or rude to any customer! Beware, they charge $2.65 to print a shipping label. First time seeing such a charge at a UPS store. I wonder if I was just lucky before or if this store is a franchise.

Oscar and the other employees ( esp the woman ( I dont know her name but has dark hair )) are amazing. They get really busy but take the time to make sure each customer is satisfied instead of rushing each person. I appreciate how friendly they are even when they are busy. I literally refuse to go to any other store. Thank you for making this branch easy and as fast as possible.

6+ months ago my 3 year old left her favorite stuffed animal at the Hiton Cabana. Due to COVID we honestly thought we would never see it again. I contacted this store and spoke with Donna who was such an angel. She worked with me to create a label, get in information that was needed and contacted and stayed in touch with me and the hotel to arrange a pick up date and time. She even offered to pick it up on her own- a true hero to a little girl. Long story short, my daughter opened up the UPS box with a cute unicorn sticker and found her best friend. I cant thank Donna enough for the miracle shes brought to my daughter. I highly recommend her and the staff at this storethank you thank you from the bottom of my heart

This review is about the manager of this place. Employees work better when she is away.All the time when the manager is there she is in a bad mood and she is very nosy. Even today, she simply threatened to fine the employees in front of me and another customer.I gave this place a star just because of her bad attention.

Horrible customer service. Staff are not properly trained. They confirm services on the phone then take it back after you’ve driven their, while blaming it on the new guy. Lines were long; staff were rude and did not have their face masks covering their mouths.

Oscar is the best employee! He is always kind and profesional. I’ve always gone to get paper work done for school and work and he always attends me when I go. He’s proficient and knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing and I trust him with any profesional action needed. He has also notarized documents for me and has given me excellent pointers when it comes to laminating, scanning and more. Great store. Amazing employer!

Great service! Very kind employees! It was a wonderful experience! I was actually very nervous to ship my architecture models being that they are very important and delicate. This is the cleanest, most organized and customer friendly UPS store I have ever been to. There are several in the beach area, but for years this one has been my go to store. My experience there, each and every time, be it Juan Carlos, Oscar or Donna, has been one of a five star service. Not only do I have a mailbox there (they let me know the second a package is in!) but I also get my printing, signatures notarized, mail shipped,.. everything at one stop with a wonderful attitude from all of them. I do not go anywhere else, I don’t need to, I am happy with the service and the respectful, professional team at my 6538 Collins store.

This is one of the few UPS store I like to go to. They are very prompt to help with your shipping. The place is clean, very organized, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I always leave with a smile and I do recommend this store to my family and friends! Excellent customer service!

I love this location. I used to NOT like the workers here as they young workers with an immature mentality, but the crew now (2018) from my experience is young, mature and responsible. Very efficient too! I have to thank Oscar, Juan and Florencia for going over and beyond when I had a lot of boxes to ship out and forgot all my shipping labels because my computer was down during prime time hours. They always help me configure the labels and never get annoyed with my questions or amount of shipments I bring in. Although they are extremely busy, you can expect a little wait during prime hours but the workers are always fast and friendly. You cant put blame on the workers when there is a line.( As I have seen some customers get an attitude with them due to waits sometimes, but they handle it with professionalism) So happy I live close to this location.

Have had a mailbox here for years. Honestly they are not very conveniently located for me any more. Every time renewal comes up, I think about switching to another UPS store.I never switch because every employee I have dealt with for 8 years has been great. They have gone way above and beyond to help me many times. Normally you get good and bad service from a company. If service is always bad, it is management’s fault. In this location service has always been great. That means good management that hires good people that understand customer service.

Omg omg ...... I love this ups store at 65 and Collins . A amazing team best customer service in the world hand down . Everyone is so nice friendly and sweet the store is always clean as well. I can go any day of the week and everyone is so great I love them .. ... This Monday I was lost about my amazon return and Oscar came to the rescue and did everything super quick ... BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE. This store is not even considered UPS. I called UPS to complain several times, all leading to the same answer they are The UPS Store not UPS so the UPS customer service and customer relations does not really have any authority to stop them from their terrible ways. The same 3 boys also work every day together as a scheming unit and think they are untouchable because of this. I have had my credit card swiped from them ILLEGALLY, nobody got fired. They only had to pay back the business they swiped my card at so I could get a refund. Also had something stolen from them, nobody got fired. They altered the times on my shipping and have ways around everything. We have pursued legal help and it turns out even the manager Solomon is a liar, uses the UPS store address as a HOME address. The owner was supposed to contact us WEEKS ago, never heard from him because his employees NEVER told him the situation. When I call for help UPS can not do anything but tell us the owner has to deal with us directly. We are going to pursue this 1000% (in the works, has been for months!!) because the damage they did can not even be explained on this review. The money they have taken from me has impacted MANY lives and can not ever be returned to these innocent people. They are NOT an accredited business which has already been mentioned on here and you can also go to the BBB website and view other complaints. Beware of Jimmy, DAngelo Solomon and Alan. They are also MANY complaints of them stealing packages ESPECIALLY around the holidays SO BE CAREFUL THIS TIME OF YEAR. As many of you in the neighborhood know about the big art they stole (or you can look up the articles). Funny the same thieves are still working. Im confused if the owner really knows any of this or if his workers run him. Please, if you want to send things to your loved ones do not be a victim and come to this location.

First and last time I will ever step into a UPS store. I only get taken for a fool once. I went to have something printed, just a few pages, and asked for the price. The gentleman told me how much each page would be, and even though it sounded expensive, I agreed to go ahead and do it. I asked what email to send it to and he gave me the address. When I went to pay, I found a price higher than quoted. When I asked why, he told me that it was because of a $2 email fee. Ridiculous! Reminds me of why I go to Office Depot or OfficeMax.

Juan Carlos is a very rude and mean person. I had extremely unpleasant experience with this employee. Specifically, his attitude. He seemingly does his job correct. However, the way he communicates with a customer is not acceptable. The place itself looks very clean and organized. However, service needs to be drastically improved.

Ugh. I go to this store on a constant basis. Super convenient and I use to say always a great friendly smile and staff to welcome you. Today? Not so much. It was a horrible experience and it made me take time to warn you. I was not allowed to finish asking my question and the (male) employee that was on duty at 1030 this morning on Saturday, was the worst demonstrator of customer service I have EVER experienced. He spoke to me with little knowledge of what I was asking and was extremely rude. I will continue to go to the store, its super close and has everything you need for printing but I will have a punch in the stomach feeling every time I walk in if the employee is working while I am there. He made it VERY clear that he was not happy working on a Saturday morning. I understand his frustration in life. He is on a road to no real path in life, his VW car is put together and multiple colors and he is a sad individual who tries to power other people and unfortunately his attitude and bully tendency was given to the wrong person.

Its 2nd time people are rude at this place. I returned because is close to my house but after today Im done with this place. Store open at 830, i got there 845 to send an email with scanned documents. The guy there told me his computer need to turn on because they turn off at nite. After waiting 12 minutes i asked how long will take it. Simple question huh. He answered back: let me check before i get attached here. My answer? You are pretty rude. Arent you supposed to turn on the computer when you open the store? After 20 minutes he came back...and said: my computer isnt working!Dude what???

In a city where customer service means the customer has to go find an employee and deal with attitude, indifference, incompetance or all three - these guys are a model for the way every service interaction should be. They always offer options to help you save money and time and make sure youre offered insurance if your item is of value or fragile. They ask about the customer and engage them on a personal level. They make it seem more like a friendly community than a slow moving assembly line where no one cares since theyre only here temporarily. What a simple concept, and why its it so absent everywhere else? These guys are great.

Poor service. Extremely rude assistants. One time I was there I had to wait 15 minutes for being helped even though I was the only customer. This time the Assistant first told me that their office computer to print out documents is in use by the manager so that I HAVE to use their computer to log in to my personal email put all the passwords in to retrieve my document. Then he created a story that they dont print documents for customers anymore. So I end up paying almost $3 for printing one regular black and white regular size paper. All that on top of being called Honey! By the assistant who was talking to me with an attitude.

Today is 12/19/18. I went to the store and the guy working today around 3pm is not helpful. He doesnt know which to suggest for first time customers about the shipping boxes that my time is wasted as ups is unlike usps where I can take the boxes by myself in the office and dont have to even ask. He shouldnt be working there at all. Please check your employees.

Do not get memory stick photocopies here!!! I used to get copies done here for a few cents but...Now, In order to make copies here, they charge you for a set time increment to use the computer on top of charging for the individual copies. So it cost me $3.50 plus tax to make two black and white copies on standard print paper. You could go to walgreens and print your documents on fancy photo paper faster for less $. When I inquired as to why it cost so much now, the manager told me that the old manager was giving out freebees and that is why he no longer works here! Lol He didnt seem to understand that he is having customers pay extra for their technological incompetence. (Most competitors have copy machines with integrated memory stick ports.)

I have had good experiences with the assistance. But I left work early yesterday to make sure my packages got there before 6pm. I walked in and asked Sylvio (THE MANAGER) if I was on time and he said absolutely and asked me to give him my two overnight and very important packages. When I went to track them this morning, they never left the store!!!!!!! My two envelopes are still sitting on the counter when I called this morning. This has been such an inconvenience!!!!! If you are going to send something from this store, stay there till you visually see it go in the dropbox! I am going to now get in trouble at work because of this incompetence!!!!!

What a horrible service by this employees at this store, they were throwing my boxes careless and with a rally negative attitude!!! I told them that is glass inside the boxes and he replied this is nothing compare to how they are going to handle your boxes from now and then he said, did you pay for insurance? Horrible experience I will never stop by this place again and I will suggest to anyone to be careful at this location on Collins Ave.

They dont carry cardboard envelopes like FedEx to keep your contents safe, and charged me $3.29 for a piece of cardboard so I could insert it to the envelope they sell, without notifying me of the charge in advance.$13 to mail a few pieces of paper from Miami Beach to Miami (45 minutes away) is a bit crazy. An entire box sells for less than she charged me for a tiny piece of cardboard.

First attempt to send documents: July 8, 2015. Moscow requested sending documents from Miami to Moscow by UPS. We are waiting for the courier on the 3rd day without leaving home. There is no courier. By the end of the third day, we went out to eat and go to the UPS office. UPS barcodes are lying on the ground, picking up, going to the office. At the UPS office they say that the courier does not inform about his arrival, does not knock or ring. We send documents. We are waiting for a week, the status does not change. We call to Moscow, from there they make a request when the documents will be delivered. On July 14, 2015, the status was changed so that the documents are not needed by the recipient and will be returned. The courier arrives and returns the documents, we immediately try to send them again. On July 16, 2015, the status changes that documents are not needed either by the sender or the recipient. Its night, we are waiting for the morning to try to return the documents until they are thrown out and go send Fedex.
