Terrible costumer service the owners Winslow Thompson does not know what that means, I’m surprised he’s still in business

I have been an active customer for over 16 years with Postal Place and the owner, Winslow Thompson is a reliable, trustworthy individual who you can trust.I have seen one negative review here and from my keen observation there are a lot of individuals who come into Postal Place wanting something for nothing- this is a business, not a charity case. Ignore the negative review made- its most likely made from some spoiled brat.I would highly recommend Postal Place- they are in every way professional in what they do.

Holy Mackerole! Ive never been too a less professional establishment in my life! Not to mention this guy is the biggest nickel & dimer Ive ever seen. He tried to charge me for other pages that were left in the printer and threatens to call the cops when I say they arent mine! What a joke!I would never trust this guy with my valuables. I was in the store with 3 other customers and I watched each one walk out after a horrible customer service experience.Winslow Thompson is the owner and needs a clinic on interpersonal skills. Plus, the review above looks fake as hell! Dont trust this guy.

Was very happy with the customer service experienced! My package was packed securely and got to the destination in a very timely fashion!
