Always clean, machines are great did six big boy machines full. That was a lot of laundry. Got in and out fast. Lady at counter was very accommodating. Watched my stuff while I had to go to store. No stress, good vibes.

The place is always clean, good price and great machines, and the attendants are always helpful and happy to assist.

Wash her all the time. Site says close at 10, last load 9pm. Showed up at 8pm and was told 8 cant even use the change machine. Not kind. So rude. I regret leaving a tip/propina the last time I was here. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Woman stole $10 from me. Wouldn’t give me my change even though I was coming back to do my laundry. Refused to give me my quarters. Awful service lol

I switched to sobe suds from my old wash and fold place and am so happy with their wash and fold service. Everything is always returned to me in excellent condition and smelling good. The prices are reasonable as well. One time I thought i was missing some items and the manager, Mike, was extremely responsive and helpful. Turns out I was the one who misplaced the items. I will continue to be a loyal customer of sobe suds.

Walked in at 815 they are suppose to close at 10, was told 9 because people had to leave, i would not recommend this place. Go down a bit farther on alton open till 11 and nicer staff

Ok if you want to meet rude people this is the spot and the woman there who is approximately 60 years old is very rude...I asked her for change and she said and I quote “No, get it yourself” and I said wow how can a person say that. And my son was sitting in the chair and people with money came in and the lady was nice to them and told my kid to get up and go away. How is this acceptable... this lady should be removed she doesn’t do her job. Thank you and never go there.

If you would like to get to know unfriendly people in Miami - Go straight to this laundry. Asking for soap will make you feel like an alien. Whoever is the owner of this laundry - not offering soap is like driving a car without insurance...AND it seems that your staff gets paid for doing their private phone calls.

Horrible experience i am handicapped and walk with crutches and the staff had no remorse to help. The clients helped more than the staff. I was washing clothes but also a huge comforter. The lady said it will take 5 quarters to dry it took 17 quarters and 1 and 47 minutes and it was still damp. Then she tells me you have to move it around. For me its difficult to do that. No help.

Run down. Detergent filling ports gross. Machines are 2.50 and 2.75. Drying starts at 25 cents so prices are fair? Theres another review about a remodel from a year ago. Yeah right. The ladies that work here are nice though. Hope theyre not the owners because damn is this place bad. Gets the job done though.

She is extremely detailed to wash, fold and pack your clothes by type, color and....many well shaped packs. if you are two months behind because ‘someone’ that use to care of your clothes, has moved indefinitely to another location, then you are at the right place. My best friend uses their drop off service and is always raving about them, so I decided to try them out. They folded everything so nicely and coordinated all my items. Huge bonus was that everything smelled so nice and looked so clean. I will never go back to washing my own clothes again. I will try their dry clean next time too. Their prices are very reasonable.

The machines are at a decent price and so is the drop off service. The service has always been very nice to me so Im a bit surprised by some of the comments about the staff. The only time I ever not helpful to someone was when someone wanted change, but was a customer, but even in that situation they were very professional. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because the place is a bit run down. Nothing any worst than a typical laundromat, but not worthy of a 5-star rating.

Great place to come and do laundry. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The laundry is very spacious and the machines use several loads of water. Most of the other laundromats i have tried on the beach barely use any water, and I can tell a huge difference with my clothes using these machines. They offer wash and fold service, and they seem to do a good job, so i will try that service next time.

I used to be a client at the oxxo dry cleaners and when they closed I stumbled upon this place. I dropped off my dry cleaning and it was ready the next day. When I came to pick up, they had done a beautiful job. I brought my laundry to also be washed, dried and folded. They did an impeccable job and my laundry smelled great and was categorized so neatly! Im not sure why some reviews on here say the staff is rude. I was helped by two different girls on two different occasions and they were both very welcoming and very nice. This place is definitely my go to place from now on.

All I needed was change and I understand that these types of businesses have policies (which is nonsense) so I couldnt, that was fine. I told the lady I was going to wash something in exchange for the change, she said no, that was fine. Whats not fine is the blatant disregard for common courtesy, just say no and be done with it. However, if youre going to respond to a simple request in an abrasive, disrespectful and just plain rude demeanor you got another thing coming. These disgusting beings (2 females) not only treated me with disrespect but insulted my partner as well and went as far as shutting off the coin machine when I had placed an item in the machine to be washed...seriously?! They said the amount was more than what I needed for a load...huh? Wait, where is the logic in denying a cash flow in exchange for the service youre already providing?!?! WOW...all in all they treat anyone no matter what race (referring to previous reviews) or how polite you are as a delinquent. Simply put theyre mad at the world and hey its okay maybe you didnt think youd be running a crappy laundromat (poor conditions & I had to skip an entire row of broken machines) at the age of 55 but you know what its more than most people have. Do us all a favor either go back to where you came from and call it a day or change your attitude. Im a young Hispanic female and even speaking Spanish in an attempt to level with them didnt do any good. Its a real shame to be witness to this kind of treatment in this day and age.

I did my own laundry here. $2.50 per wash, $0.25 per 7 mins of drying. Painless, affordable and the staff were nice and helpful. They sell soap, have change machines, a drinks vending machine and a few seats around to sit and wait.

Its one of two laundromats on Alton road, its the larger of the two and a bit run down, but the staff is nice and there are quite a few restaurants and coffee shops near.

I went here with a friend who like me, lives on the beach but unlike me he doesnt have any washers or dryers in his building. If youre walking there youre ok getting there ( but I do not recommend going there ), forget parking, its impossible. We had issues with one of the washers it leaked but we werent the only one, two other customers had the same problem on different machines. After inserting $4.00 worth of quarters in front of the attendant on a different washer and not working, the attendant refused to refund the quarters. We ended up paying $8.00 for the wash. The weird thing with this laundromat is the machine look somewhat new, yet not maintained. Its also understaffed. Only one lady to take care of the front pick up /drop off service and the entire laundromat . I dont recommend Sobe Suds Coin Laundry. The bottom line is they need to maintain their washers and dryers (they too had issues drying) and get more staff to have better customer service.

Not only did they try to over charge me for same day pickup but when I did go and pick my clothes up a few days later, there were several pieces of clothing missing. They are overpriced and extremely RUDE! I would not recommend the wash/dry/fold service unless you dont having your clothes stolen from you.

Why is one star not a option with this place. The website says open till 12 so I tried calling in advance to get info on pricing but no one answers. I show up at 8:30pm and some rude old bi**h tells me with a mouth full of food we are closed. I politely say your website says open to till 12 then she screams we are closed with another mouth full of food and food comes flying out of her yuck old mouth all over the counter. Are you serious, I should have stayed away from this place after reading the reviews but i was the only place that was supposed to be open till 12am.I would rather wear dirty close then deal with business like that. The laundry is open till 9pm, not 11pm, I came at 9:05pm, the lady angrily told me they accept last load till 9pm and shut the door in front of me, I only needed washer, no dryer, I could be done by 10pm, this unprofessional approach cost them a customer.
