Not greating her customers the place was dirty full of dry sheets on the floor. In the miami coin laundry there is misleading information not specifying what hours you can go and use the washing machine or dryer.🤔 I got there like 10:30pm and i needed to drye my clothes. Then i guess the owner goes and starting to say that is was closed and that I cant do my clothes. Ohh and goes to add and say $3.00 for each person.(cuz there was 2 more people with me)🤦🏻

It’s just okay…. but I keep going back because it’s the closest to my apartment. If you don’t speak Spanish you might encounter a language barrier. Anyway, the machines work once they’re on, dryers are great but don’t crank the dryer up too high or you’ll burn delicates. Mornings are calmest here. Good grocery store next door if you’re looking to multitask. And .75 cent cans of cola. It’s very fun to be there during soccer games. So - complaints - first few times the same employee kept hassling me, assuming my huge laundry bag that contained ALL of my households clothing would be going into one machine. (I explained to her I simply have one bag) She’s also will stand right next to you to ensure you’re not overpacking a machine - which I have certainly not done. It’s very uncomfortable. I’ve been there many times, it’s the elder of the two female employees, I’ve had only good experiences there with the younger employee. It feels like something always needs addressing, will put coins into machine and it won’t start until they climb on top to flip internal switch, the coin machine wouldn’t dispense coins she made me stand there for eight minutes as she counted dry cleaning tickets until she finally came over to help - I approached her for help twice….Overall, good place but be ready for an adventure!

The only place I wash my clothes on south beach. However they need all new appliances. Alot of the times the machines only be having cold water an the laundry attendant wont even inform you. Other than that, like every laundry mate (some dryers dont work or dont get hot like some.) Its in a decent location of the beach 👌🌻🌈👽🛸

I was walking right in front of their place and saw their vending machine. I bought soda and then I was planning to get quarters with my five bucks. Their employee stopped me in a very rude way like I am stealing something. I didn’t even know coins were only for customers who are there for laundry. I respect if you have such rules but train your employees to be kind to your potential clients. Or be a smart business and bring a coin machine. This way you won’t have to be worried about having enough quarters for your customers. Plus you can attract more people to your business.

This newest employee who doesn’t speak English and behaved extremely nasty & unprofessional toward to every customers whom uses laundry there at Miami coin laundry “laundromat” times always closes by 11 pm except Sundays. She does not speak English or just decides not to told me she cannot always wait for us and all other customers. This was at 10:28pm more than 30 minutes before closing time. What is matter with management team letting this narcissistic young lady worker with heavily red lipstick, dyed golden blonde mixed Carmel color hai always has her iPod on and old lady with short d glasses work there didn’t get cooperative on this term during closing times instead of letting management team take under control of laundromat business it turned out like huge disaster and causing customers like us had to rush instead of taking our time during crazy hours of our schedule. We wonder what’ s wrong with those people whom throw us off the loop had to come back next day because of this narcissistic young lady kept locking doors at nine o’clock without respecting us as customers! Only reason we come here because of parking is easy to find and able afford use these washer and dryer machines even. Those two unprofessional workers shouldn’t have ruined. Every customers clothes and all other belongings during using washer machine and dryer machine they don’t even care kept go ahead do something stupid not harm….

Spacious and straight forward place to do your laundry in Miami Beach. Opens early. You can bring big bills, theres a machine that will make change for you. You can also purchase detergent for $2-$4. Laundry is under $3.

Yesterday we came to this laundromat somehow it turned out big disaster & given us and all rest of other customers unpleasant experience had to put up with this newest employee whom works there has been acting like narcissistic and very unprofessional (she wore sea green tee shirt with black skinny jeans (highlighted hair) always had her iPod on). Unfortunately, miami coin laundry business has been going downhill because of her non stop having bad tantrum (screaming) and shown us disrespect such as unfriendly customer service! Extremely unacceptable behavior we couldn’t get our clothes,blankets,bed settings,and towels barely get dried up well because of most all dryer machines collapsed without giving us time! No one should haunt and attacking customers during their laundry time!Unfortunately, the managements fault for not taking business seriously after this new young dragon witch started working there made all of us wait outside after she choose to close early before closing time by 11pm.. she has no knowledge how to be professional should be fired from this job! Most of customers included us felt disgusted and upset for not able gathering our stuff before closing time.. young dragon witch has golden blonde dyed hair always has iPod on and wore tight clothes she wore hot Corwl mix orange color shirt with tight. Jeans and black shoes……..she doesn’t speak English causing more trouble for laundromat businessBeware wwtch out for this young dragon witch and old dragon witch work there don’t go in when they are working by shift… it’s only best thing go to somewhere different laundromat by more courtesy service without any trouble!;)look at this bright side, nobody would want to come in when she works there or old dragon witch work there for many good reason! Especially, all dryer machines needed to be repair and reducing all costs for using washer and dryer machine would have been more helpful and shown consideration makes our community look better ........ enough by enough seeing how this laundromat gotten worse and worse since coronavirus pandemic situation (nothing changed).......

I go here every once in while when the machines in my building are out of service. Washing machine are kinda expensive so I suggest just using the biggest ones if you have a big load rather than to use up multiple of the tiny $3 ones, dryers are really outdated and bad quality.. 1 quarter for every 6-7 min. My clothing always ends up with dust in those. Machines aren’t the best quality but they get the job done in most cases. Service is okay. The only rude employee I’m kind of afraid to even approach cause she is/looks mean is the older women with very short blonde hair(I think she’s Cuban). She always looks angry plus I heard from numerous people that she’s very mean. This place overall is okay if you’re not picky, it gets the job done

Whoever is the owner or was working here was one of the rudest people Ive met In my life. Literally walked it to do two loads of clothes while on vacation and she stood over while getting change from the machine, told me I could only exchange 5$ to wash and dry two loads of laundry. Then she proceeded to follow me and stand above me the entire time my clothes were in the wash. Would not recommend.

Besides not only some machines and dryers do not work, sometimes they even do not put the sign on them, the stuffers there are never nice, smoke a lot, always busy to help, never friendly service

The washer ate my coins and when I politely asked the woman working there if she could help me she yelled at me and said it wasn’t her problem, then 5 minutes later a dryer literally caught on fire and burned all this poor girls clothes the fire department came and put the fires out and now I’m standing out on the street and I do t know if my clothes got burned too or how and when I can get them out. Worst place ever don’t come here.

Wow. Worst experience ever. Staff (if that’s what you want to call them) is RUDE. Half the machines don’t work. The lady I spoke with made it seem as if it was my fault I put money in a machine that didn’t work as if I should somehow know the machine didn’t work when there wasn’t any “out of order” sign. Asked to use the restroom and the lady pointed at the key then got mad because I went behind the counter to grab it but she never said I had to walk around the counter instead. Seriously. It works until 10 or 11 pm which is convenient. At the same time its not very clean and in comparison with the laundry at Washington and 5th the machines are older and dont show the remaining time (both washing and drying). So if I dont do my laundry late in the evening, I prefer another laundry, which is actually very close to this one.

Grateful this place was open to me at 7:15, as the other place on 5th and Washington was closed 2 hours before posted hours in website. Why was a small load $3? They clearly never spend money on water and soap to clean the machines that had Black Mold in the soap dispenser. In NY, I can find immaculate washer machines for $2.50 and the attendant is not jabbing on the phone. Just pray the detergent did its job in my sweat and the hot dryers take care of any organisms from the machine.

Unfriendly staff. I asked them a question as bout how to buy the soap. The woman did not move and just said something I did not understand in terms of the instructions but she could not be bothered to come and show me. A customer helped. Not difficult to smile and help!!!! Floor not clean.

I was very impressed. It was clean and convenient. The bathroom on the other hand was a little unsettling.

This is our regular stop for laundry and it is generally a fine establishment. Every once in a while however, a simple request is met with annoyed and absolute refusal to help.This was one of those days.The attendant refused my polite( when you have a second, could I have...) request for a quarter in exchange for 2 dimes and 5 pennies. It was clear to me after a followup request that she refused me simply because she could- filling the gap between poor customer service and plain rudeness and leaving me in disbelief. Thats my rant. Csrry on.

99 cents/pound! Cant go wrong! It is true they struggle with english BUT handing over your laundry for 99 cents a pound cant be too demanding with a language barrier. I give it a very good rating because Ive had my laundry folded better but then Ive also had it returned a lot worse.

Found this laundromat spacious and clean. Didnt interact with the staff, so cant comment on that.Arrived at 5pm and out by 6pm.A few weight variants of washing machines for you to choose from.Detergent/bleach dispenser if you need, and a change machine.Tv and restrooms if you need, too.

I said but I put it on hot and she repeated that they are never hot. The rudeness of the Latinos in Miami Beach is out of control. I am spanish and most dont know how to respond with respect. I will not be coming here again. It makes doing laundry even worse.

I have never posted a negative review in my life but the woman who works there is extremely rude & not helpful. Their change machine ate my $10 so I asked for help, (as she was eating her breakfast where customers fold their clothes.) She sent over the manager from next door, who told me to come back when the owner was there, he could not open the machine. I said thats fine, can you please put this in writing for me & tell me when to come back. He refused to write anything down for me, just a quick initial or anything is all I asked for. He was completely unhelpful as well. Long story short, Im out $10 & clean laundry. If you do decide to use the facilities, get change from Publix down the street!!

The laundry attendant asked me to leave because I didnt speak Spanish! There was trash and water all over the floor. And the place smells of mold...

A machine ate my change and didnt start. I was told to ask the machine for my money back and was then told not they are not responsible for their machines eating my change. That would have been funny if it didnt involve cash. I ended up having to go over to the grocery store for them to straighten out the problem.

I arrived before 10am to wash a single load of clothes and the door was already closed and he didnt want to open it (they are supposed to close at 11am).I should have read the comments before I came in regarding the employee on duty.

The lady who attends is absolutely unpleasant, at the simple question of: “Can you explain how the system works please? Answer: I dont have to be for that, put coins there and get by ...Honestly if the place is clean organized or something else, it goes to the background, the unpleasantness of the lady is insurmountable.
