Good facility. The prices are decent. A cool environment that makes the whole process smooth and simple.

Came here to do a load of laundry before heading out of South Beach.The staff did not speak English, but she was friendly and the facilities were good enough for what we needed to get done.Not too crowded, located in a fairly safe neighborhood. I would visit during the day if your a solo female traveler.You will need to purchase a laundry card for $1.00 and load it up. They do not take coins. They have soap and fabric sheets, liquid softener and bleach starting at $2.10!! They even sell pods for $.99. To wash a large load was about $5.00 and a little less to dry. Overall we spent a little over $10.00. My friend also bought ice cream which you also nees the laundry card to purchase.Overall decent.

They lowered the drying time on their machines forcing you to spend more to properly dry your clothes and etc.

Relatively clean. My big gripe is that you must purchase a payment card for $1 and then the minimum amount you can load on it it is $10. If you need to do one or two loads of laundry, this is an incredibly uneconomical choice.

All the dryers don’t work. No hot water. Avoid at all cost only in emergency situation

You hardly get a greet back from anyone at the front desk...nor in Spanish nor in English, You come in say Hi ...and theyll ignore you and look at you as if you are the strange one . Thats all ...rude .. its clean, need more seats, not many out of order machines .just do your washing and leave

The last time will go there bad costumer service . If she don’t want to work there she can find somehow her else for a 25 cents. If she talked nice o would accept it and said it is my mistake but this why she is working there to solve issues . Don’t go there and find somewhere who treat costumer better

Lots of space! Clean, friendly and helpful management. I dont need change - I can charge up my card with either cash, coins or credit card. A laundromat geared to the individual customer. They also have ice cream and soda machines if you like, plus Wifi.

Good but the girl was not even speaking English! Pretty fun, I though English was the language of the USA but my friend taught me that actually in Florida it is not! 😉

Very clean and very helpful friendly staff, bearing in mind I don’t speak Spanish and the lady hardly spoke English we got by!! She showed me how to purchase a card and how the machines worked, being from the U.K. this was so helpful and I will be definitely returning

Dirty machines

It was good before, but the new staff, who appeared recently just awful, do not speak English, get to the toilet is not possible, I watched three days they say have lost the keys to the toilet - but they have a key and use it. (That is to change the lock? Or is it supposed to do client? I waited until freed dryer and when it happened came officer and said she she needed than me. Dear owners, take better to the selection of staff. You have great equipment and location. I I take you 5 times a week for 10 washes a day. be attentive to your customers. you can buy a bucket and put in the hall, to customers who come to wash for 2-4 hours could piss.)

Clean and the staff is super helpful and kind. This is coming from a guy who doesnt normally do his own laundry.Oh! And the prices are fair!!! $2.75 wash load.

None of the dryers were working properly, after putting my clothing trough four cycles and 1 hour and believe is wasnt a lot; I still took them home wet. I better use the one down the road, just a few blocks away, Lupes Laundry.

I like it clean and there are tv screens to kill the waiting time. Helpful staff too. Every thing you need to clean your clothes is available.

Staffs are doing good monopoly. On Google it says they close at 11 but they lock the gate at 10:10pm. Lazy people.

Years ago it was one of the best laundry in Miami Beach, today half of the machines do not work and those that are enabled do not wash or dry the clothes properly. Every year it gets worse and worse.

It is an atrocity 7_27_2019 one of the dryers my clothes came out with gasoline pain and the only thing she said was that according to normal clothes is baby and it did not help me she just smiled saying that she was not going to spend 4 dollars to wash the almoada of my baby. And I had to put in my money.

It does not have air, only three carts, it is very hot, very dirty, many washing machines and dryers in poor condition, the one they serve is inattentive and complicated, besides being dirty, it is expensive

There is no washing with hot water and they do not clear it to the customers.Washing machines dont take off very well.In the bathroom there is no soap, no toilet paper, no tohalla paper
