Leo was amazing!!! His positive attitude set us on the right path for the best trip possible. Our flight was delayed coming in and we were in constant communication. He even met us after hours to make sure we were able to pick up the Jeep and head to the Keys. We added 2 more days and he was more than accommodating with any changes we had along the way. If I could give him 10 stars I would. The Jeep would also receive the same rating. It was brand new, clean, and was a dream to drive. Look no further for a rental vehicle in Miami. This is the best all around.

If you will be in Miami, rent a convertible here and don’t bother looking elsewhere. The service provided by Leo is impeccable, and he is both patient and kind. I had no issues contacting him from start to finish, and I was able to have my car waiting at the hotel when I arrived for a minimal extra charge that was completely worth the convenience. Our convertible was picked up smoothly from the same location when I was leaving. We had rented a GT for the day. Everything was pretty easy until drop off, but if you follow the instructions a little better than I did, you will be fine. (I misread the drop off address).Vehicle was dropped off in the morning at the hotel and Ana explained everything to us just fine. We had a good time. Id rent again.

Leo offered great communication and customer service. You’re not going to find a deal like this anywhere else. You’ll pay very similar prices for a more stressful experience with another car rental company. This company will drop the car off at your hotel (which is very helpful) and insurance is included in the quoted price. The car performed so well on our long drive to the keys and back. The car was clean and functioned well. We has no issues at all with the experience. How often can you say that about a company??

Great service and very nice cars

Friends and I hired 3 Mustangs for 2 days and it was great! We originally organised for the Mustangs to be delivered to us for 1pm but the day before we thought you’d try move that time forward and enjoy the cars for longer. With no problem they were able to drop the cars off earlier.All 3 cars were very clean, very good condition and a very good drive. The cars looked amazing and the pictures didn’t disappoint.As it was our first time in Miami and we weren’t sure where to go with the cars, they were very helpful and gave us some great spots with amazing scenery. The guys couldn’t have been more helpful!All round, it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend to everyone!

Honestly I cannot fault the service. Incredible experience. Leo picked us up from our apartment and drove us to the cars, talked us through all the bits of info we needed to know about the cars and we were off in no time. My plan was a trip to the Key West. And so he gave me some very good tips for the trip. The car was nice, clear and comfy. Like a rental-car should be. John was excellent! When I first saw online I was a little skeptical. Then some online reviews gave me confidence. Further speaking to John, I had a good gut feeling. He made everything sound so easy that we decided to go with him. What was told to us over the phone was executed to the tee. Exactly at 7:45am, he dropped off the vehicle to our hotel as promised. He took time to explain to us everything about the car, the route and the return. I would highly recommend Miami Convertible to all and given a chance, I would rent from them again. A few signatures, showed me the parking lot to park it in their garage (I avoided paying 40-70 dollars for overnight parking; it was only a few blocks away from our hotel. I must begin by saying that Miami Convertibles has the best customer service. Requesting a car was very easy and hassle free .John was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We rented a Chevy Camaro and it was perfect for the south Florida weather. If you are looking for a great experience and good price, you’re at the right place.

Called from the Betsy, John dropped a car off in an hour, one signature, initials and paperwork was done. Dropped car with hotel valet at end of day and John came and got it it morning. Whole experience was easy, simple and efficient. John is friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

We were looking for a convertible rental the night before a road trip down to the keys. I personally couldn’t find one, so I happen to call the concierge desk at Loews Resort, where we were staying. I was asked if I had about 5 to 10 minutes and the desk would call me right back.Not only did they have us a car but I got it early in the morning before all other car rentals opened as we wanted to get an early start, oh did I mention we requested a red Mustang?John, the owner met me at 7:30 AM sharp, with a beautiful red Mustang Convertible. I gave him 3 signatures, he gave me a run through on the car and off we went. Easiest car rental transaction I’ve ever experienced. Would I rent again or recommend to others? You bet, thanks John!

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing these guys are! My boyfriend and I are from the UK, and are 22 & 23. The price we paid for this experience was amazing and so much better than other places I looked at before we arrived, and there were no hidden fees. They also allow you to have the car for 24 hours, as opposed to other places I looked at only allowing it for 12 hours, for double the cost. John and Leo were so attentive before and during our stay in South Beach, and answered any questions we had the same day over email. John dropped the car off to our hotel at 8:00am like we asked, and went over everything in lots of detail. He also emailed us just before to let us know he had set off, and once he was outside the hotel too. A satnav was provided, and John filled in lots of destinations for us to stop and good recommendations for the way down to Key West. Honestly can’t recommend Miami Convertibles enough. If you’re pondering about whether to book or not, DO IT! You won’t regret it and our Mustang trip to Key West was the highlight of our trip, and we owe massive thanks to John and Leo for that. Thanks again guys, will recommend to everyone and anyone, would do it again in a heartbeat!

Came to post my 5-star review and see everyone beat me to the punch, and it doesn’t surprise me one bit. I found these guys after a reservation with Avis. When I arrived, the specialty car I wanted (or any other for that matter) was unavailable. I was ready to give up on my anniversary gift to my husband when I did a quick google search and found Miami Convertibles. I secured a car with a human being over the phone within 5 min. and they offered to bring it to me complementarily in Miami Beach within a half hour! Our plans still went off without a hitch. The next day they picked it up again. It seemed a bit pricier, but all insurance and convenience is included truly making it a more hassle free experience than the other folks anyway. Do not hesitate because they don’t have the national name; that’s where they excel. They are trustworthy and of quality and you can see it in every aspect of doing business with them.
