I don’t write reviews but for this I had to.Where to start? We had the 105ft Azumit for the day and was a blast from start to finish. Not only was the yacht a sight to see and pristine as one would imagine, the crew was absolutely incredible. There was never a time when you felt like you needed something from the crew as they were truly made you feel like kings and queens making sure you were comfortable and had what you wanted.Never in all my traveling, whether it’s luxury or non luxury places or events have I received this kind of service from a crew as a whole. I believe the crew is an example of the yachting company and it’s owners and the crew by far exceeded any expectations I had of being out on the yacht all day. It was like each and every one of them owned the yacht and made us feel like we were a part of that.From the first phone call and speaking with Nicole to getting off the boat, I was in great hands. Amazing experience to say the least! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and 100% will be using them for my future boating experience.

Ordered the 50ft Prestige and it was absolutely amazing. Our captain Chris and crew member Victoria was out of this world. If you ordering a boat I definitely recommend you suggest them. They turned that experience into a totally vibe.

I honestly wish I knew about this company sooner! We rented a yacht from here after one of the owners from a rental site cancelled our booking on us just 2 weeks before our reserved date (that was made 3 months in advance!). It was such a scramble to find something on a Saturday for a full day with such short notice. Luckily, I stumbled upon Miami Yachting Company during a web search. After reading such good reviews, I reached out to them via text to see if anything was available. They were responsive and very helpful. They were also easy to reach through phone and very professional.The whole process was so easy and they provide you with thorough instructions. Our captain and crew mate (Jose and Betty) were incredible and timely! They were very professional and accommodating to our group of 12. The yacht was just as pictured, clean and spacious. I will never rent from anywhere else and will recommend this company to all my friends and colleagues. Super pleased with our experience with this company!!!

We celebrated my son’s 23rd birthday on the yacht and it was amazing! The captain and his assistant were awesome. The captain said this is your yacht for two hours, enjoy! And we enjoyed!!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

We rented the 50’ Prestige Yacht. Our whole experience was great. The crew was amazing and super friendly, it was relaxing and perfect size for our group of 7. Will definitely do it again.

Overall great experience! First off, you actually make your reservation with a live person who answers the phone. Chaise and everyone there made it easy including food and beverage accommodations. They followed up frequently and the boat was already at a pickup location we agreed upon prior to our departure time. The crew Capt Manny and Victoria did an outstanding job and were super friendly. Great company to work with and they make everything easy. Thank you again for a great experience!

Awesome, so accommodating. Daniela was so nice and our captain knew so much about everything Millionare Island! Loved it. Such a great time with our girls. I just wish we had booked a longer time!

Captain Christian and Liz were amazing. Took us on a tour of the celebrity homes and various islands before finding a spot for us to relax. The boat was amazing, trip was smooth, amenities were perfect. All around great time !

We had a great time on our boat and our captain, Edwin, was super amazing- he showed us the sights along the way and we even saw dolphins! It was a great experience and I’ll definitely recommend this company to anyone I know who is visiting Miami. It was the highlight of my trip!

We booked a 7 hour excursion through Miami Yacht Company and received exceptional service. The captain and crew were accommodating and so helpful. They helped serve us drinks and took great care of us. It was for my bachelorette trip and it was the highlight of our weekend. WOULD DO IT AGAIN TOMORROW!!! Absolute must do!!!

Liz was our first mate and she was absolutely INCREDIBLE. She got along so well with all of us and made our 5 hour charter so much fun! When we were done, we all wished we could have spent 5 more hours with her!

Loved the crew. Ultimately it’s the crew that will make or break your experience. The boat being in ship shape is expected. Thankfully with this yacht and crew, we got both. Everyone was welcoming, authentic, professional, etc. I personally felt safe and in good hands. The tour, the cleanliness of the boat, the ease of getting on and off the boat...all wonderful. Pro: Of all the yachting companies I contacted, this company was the most consistent, helpful, and easy to book online. The staff, as well as our captain Mike were very friendly and helpful the entire time. The boat was in very good condition, it looked exactly as promised and the jet ski company was able to find us without any issue.Con: You arent able to book jetskis and the sandbar in one trip unless you book 5+ hours. Also, when we arrived to our appointment, I thought that all paperwork had been taken care prior to getting there, but it turns out they needed to take a photo of the front and back of my credit card and license....even though both had already been provided days prior online with the contract. When it came time to get on the jetskis, again, the jetski owner needed pics of all of our licenses and cards before riding. Even the captain was confused on why it was needed. A week after returning home, all of a sudden I received unusual spending alerts from my bank. It was very strange, confusing and concerning that so many pics of cards and identification were needed on the spot especially after you have to upload it w/ the contract prior to arriving.All in all, its a legitimate company, all of the staff was nice but be sure to use a card that isnt tied to anything important.

Hands down an absolutely amazing experience! We parked in the Publix parking garage, and walked over to Bar One as the meeting location. We were a few minutes behind, but they were very patient & understanding. The captain & crew mate were so so so nice. Music was played on the yacht via Bluetooth from our phones as the crew mate constantly made sure we were having a good time with full drinks. Would 100000% recommend!

Everything was fantastic, except I would pick a different boat next time. The 50 ft Azimut expelled exhaust from the back of the boat, even when idle/anchored, that was unpleasant and nauseating.

We loved the experience with the yacht, just wish we would have gotten a bigger yacht! Captain Jason was helpful and kind the entire time!! This part really made the trip over the top...Thank you

Great service and flexibility! Our group booked an outing for a Sunday in October and the weather was not looking great. Chaise Lopez, the manager/owner (?) was very flexible and allowed us to re-schedule with very short notice. We finally went on our yacht outing yesterday and the service from Manny and Megan was excellent. I highly recommend Miami Yachting Company and will for sure use them again.

I booked this yacht for my best friend surprise birthday party and it was the best decision I could have made. The communication between me and Kassandra was professional and always pleasant. Always kept me informed and answered all my questions. Sevy and the captian was also exceptional. Helped me and my friends decorate the cabin, took a million and one pictures, and kept the drinks coming. If you want the best yacht experience BOOK them. I’m already planning to do another yacht.

We celebrated a 40th birthday and it was amazing. They trully take great care of their guests on board. We had 10 guests on the boat and the jet skis met us on the water. Best part of our Miami trip.

Had a great time on the yacht. The weather and people definitely played a role in that but the boat was clean the cushions were comfortable and good quality the captain, Manny, was informative and funny and the rest of the staff was kind and hospitable. Great time!

Do yourself a favour and book with a different company. There’s no customer service. You speak directly to the owner and she’ll find a way to overcharge you with more money supposedly you damaged her boat. $2,000 overcharge to be clear! Bottom line, there are better companies out there.

If youre looking for a great time & professional yachting company then Id advise you to keep looking. This was the most unprofessional yachting company Ive ever come across. A work associate flew myself as well as others out to celebrate her 30th birthday on April 10th 2021 and she booked a yacht rental through this company. The 1st red flag was when they called & pushed the time back an hour. Ok, fine! No problem. Traffic was pretty heavy that day anyways. We went to the beach to kill time, and as the time comes she gets a call saying the ride was cancelled for the day as the engine blew out. What????They not only made snarky remarks and basically laughed in our face the whole time. Mind you, she hired a professional video photographer but we had food and drinks that pretty much went to waste.Fast forward a week later after my associate inquired about the refund, the never even refunded the money, now she has to wait even longer. What a complete and utterly disastrous experience.

Second time on this yacht. Hospitality at its finest. Book with them, you won’t regret it.

I absolutely enjoyed my 1st time out on a yacht charter with my friends and family. Only part that got me was the choppiness of the water and covid rules prevented us from getting on our other charter boat that our other family was one. Nice vessel, the 2 people that helped us and steered the boat were very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely go out again.

Miami Yacht Concierge is the best yacht charter company in Miami. The boats are extremely clean, well decorated and new, and the staff goes above and beyond. They provide ice, water and even a staff member to serve drinks throughout the day. Chartering with MYC is worth every penny. We had the most wonderful time!

He kept the rules on the boat simple, fun, and made sure that safety was a priority. Victoria was hands down one of the best hosts I have ever had anywhere!! She was super attentive, courteous, and caring. She made sure our drinks were refilled, appetizers were served in a timely manner, and made sure we stayed safe under the sun. I would 100% book this company again!!!
