I never left a review anywhere but want to leave this one for crew and everyone to be safe.On 8/14/21, we went on the “big deal”. Everything started off great, then our trip began and multiple things started to go array.1. We were headed straight towards a Carnival cruise line and water police had siren for our captain to stop going towards that so we would not collide.2. The high water alarm was going off and the crew was not sure how to fix the issue and had to FaceTime someone for assistance. After that, whenever something went wrong they had to FaceTime someone for assistance.3. They could not anchor the boat but I understand that could be difficult.4. The most traumatic incident for me was, they let us go in the water but had no way for us to get out. No metal ladder or rope ladder provided. They told me to grab onto to some part of the boat. After that my finger got fractured and lacerated. I needed to have emergency surgery.They did not refund our trip back, reach out or reply to any of my messages to acknowledge this.Please do research before booking. Double check that boat has a ladder (which is needed to pass inspection), if you are allowed to get in the water, you need a way to get out. Here is some pics of our boat and my injury. I imagine the other captain and boats might be better given all the positive reviews on here but please do not sail on “Big Deal” to be safe.

This Yacht experience was so amazing! Mari was the only yacht company that was professional out of the other yacht companies I googled! Her response was fast! She gave me so many options and was patient until I choose my favorite boat! And speaking of the boat it was amazing the Captain (Ed) and assistant (Taylor) were so amazing!! The boat was clean spacious and up to date!! My friends were telling me how much of a good time they had!I would recommend Mari Starlux Yacht to all my friends! Our friend Carlos recommended to us Starlux Yachts. We reached out and booked an 88’ Princess. Mari helped coordinate the charter every step of the way. She helped us with the catering and alcohol for the trip. On the day of the charter she meet us, and walked us over the yacht. The yacht was in great condition and we enjoyed the service of the crew. We will use Starlux Yachts again, and happy to give them 5 starts.

The only reason Im giving this company 5 stars is because I cant give it 7, or 8... or 19 stars!! Mari hooked my crew up with an amazing yacht and we went out to a sandbar and partied like a scene from a movie or a music video!! Best service I have ever had!! Made us all feel like kings and queens for the day!! I will use this company every single time I want to get on a boat!! Amazing!!

Mari is your girl for a Miami yachting and lifestyle experience! We had the pleasure of celebrating a good friends birthday and Mari made everything so much more fun. The crew was so wonderful and prompt to help and serve, especially our stewardess who was truly great. We enjoyed a stunning day out on the water, played with the jetski and partied alongside other boaters. As well we enjoyed amazing drinks, music and time in the water. The cruise part was really something else, we got to see some amazing homes on star island and dance, laugh and enjoy each others company is style. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. MARI is your GIRL!

Mari is amazing person to do business with. I was throwing my boyfriend a surprise yacht party and Mari went above and beyond my expectations. She was very punctual, fun and accommodating when it came down to what was needed for the surprise. She found us a beautiful luxury yacht for an affordable price. She is so amazing to work with, I’d recommend her to anyone .

Let’s start from the beginning Mari was so helpful and very responsive throughout the entire process. She even followed up with me prior to the time to ensure everything was going well and that we would be arriving on schedule. We were celebrating a 30th birthday and it was amazing ! The boat was just as described and it met our needs as there was 7 of us! The captain and Evelyn were so great they were fun and informative! Evelyn was so attentive ensuring that we always had drinks food even playing music from her phone when ours wouldn’t connect! She even bandaged me up when I cut myself (totally my fault lol) we docked and they made sure we were safe in the water and even allowed us to extend our time because we were having so much fun ! FYI they took great pics us of us as well from the time we stepped on! This was my first time Chartering a yacht but this will not be the last time ! Starlux has a customer for life !!! My partner hired a boat for his mother’s 70th birthday and asked if I could sort out a boat. I have no idea about anything to do with boats but I was so glad that I got through to Mari at Starlux as she really held my hand and guided me on the choice of boat for the day. She even handled the catering. My partner’s mother was over the moon with the birthday surprise and my partner gave me the credit for how smooth it all went but really it was all down to Mari as she was an absolute angel and was there every step of the way for every little question I had. I booked a charter with Starlux at the beginning of 2020 but we unfortunately couldn’t make the trip due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. Mari gave us a credit for our cancelled trip which we were able to transfer to a group of friends that will be going in a few weeks. Throughout the initial booking process to the transferring of credit and rebooking with a different group, Mari has been nothing short of amazing. The customer service at Starlux is superior! Mari was extremely accommodating to our issues and answered every question we had thoroughly. When things return to normal I will definitely book a charter with Starlux the next time I travel to FL!

I rented a yacht for a group of friends for my husbands birthday. The experience with Mari was fantastic from start to finish. She is always available and very responsive which is huge for me when I am planning anything. She reached out to me a week before our yacht day and there were some concerns she had with the yacht I originally booked and she called me with a solution already which was such relief for me. Many times when there are issues, people don’t always have a solution right away, but she did and the yacht was awesome. We had a yacht with a jet ski and my husband had the best time. Captain Joe was so much fun. I will definitely be doing this again and will use Starlux in the future.

I want to thank Mari from StarLux Yachts for working with me to setup the perfect day trip on one of their amazing boats. I was planning a surprise private sunset cruise with my girlfriend and everything went smoothly. The captain and crew were friendly and amazing and they gave us space when we wanted and were attentive to our needs. Nothing like being served drinks with someone special watching the sunset hearing your favorite music! Will definitely be doing this again on my next Miami trip!!

If you are ever in the Miami area, and want to rent a boat for the day, look no further. Mari is awesome! After reading reviews to find a company to rent a boat for the day for a bachelorette trip, I decided to go with Starlux Yacht. Mari was very knowledgeable and responsive. Things you would expect to find in customer service. But Mari took it to another level. Days before we board a plane for Miami, we are notified that the boat we rented had issues that could not be fixed by the time we arrived. We were sad we could not do this excursion, but things happen. Mari however, never gave up! She constantly worked behind the scenes to find us another boat....and she did! Once she had it secured, she notified us of the option. She continued to work the problem for a solution. That is what I call great customer service. And as it turns out, this was the highlight of the trip for the future bride and her bridesmaids. Thanks Mari! You are truly the best!!

Great yacht and worth the rental!!!

Absolutely most difficult and inefficient broker! Please beware as Mari lacks detail, fails constantly & makes excuses for being lazy. I feel terrible for the Captains who work with Mari as they will lose business due to her rude demeanor and lies.Mari was late yet called the clients asking for their location. Sent them to wrong location, making them walk five minutes, without offering assistance. Never took responsibility for her down fails, blamed the client, the driver, while she did nothing!Seek elsewhere and avoid the headache l!!!!!

I traveled to Miami with 15 girlfriends to celebrate my milestone birthday. Renting a yacht was the highlight of our trip. Initially I was concerned about the weather. Mari was very sweet and helpful- even picking up the food that I ordered. The crew on board was great! Very friendly. Made our drinks, took pics and assisted where needed. Would definitely rent with this company again!

My (now) fiancé chartered this yacht for his proposal. The ship is huge, new, and beautiful. We made use of the entire boat, the state rooms to change, the dining room, and we laid out on all of the sunbathing decks. In between all of that we were also able to jet ski and paddleboard both courtesy of the yacht! The crew was wonderful and it was an amazing day! Can’t wait to go again!

I recommend Starlux Yachts 100%. The service is amazing! Its very simple with electronic paperwork, fast and easy. Mari Mata was following up with me at all times. I had to use different payment methods which am sure was more job for her but she didnt hesitate and accommodate all my requests, Answered all my questions and met us at the dock which we didnt expect. We thought was very professional. She introduced us to the Captain and made sure we were all set. I was celebrating my bachelorette party and I was concerned because it was a very rainy and gray day, we thought our fun was going to be cancelled, Mari reassure us that everything was going to be alright and so it was. The Captain knew exactly where to go, we had sun, no rain and went for a swim at sandbars. The sound system is amazing at the Miss Undestood, we were 6 of us and had plenty of room for dancing. Wanted to spend a relaxing fun afternoon alone with my wife. Mari found us a beautiful boat with a jet ski and a great crew. From beginning till even after end ( we left a pair of sunglasses on the boat and Captain Trey and mate Joseph were kind enough to get in touch with us through Mari to return them) Mari was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My experience with starlux yatch was incredible, thanks God a friend of mine recommended it to me, Mary (she speaks Spanish and English) was very accommodating and patient with me and my bf from texas, deposit its required but the remaining you can pay cash or credit card. Since the beginning Captain Phil was very down to earth, he helped us with to unpacked our supplies, he gave us a tour too. Room was cleans, sheets very fresh and clean, cooler,refrigerator, microwave were working, two bathrooms workin well too,ac was workin properly too, the aqua games were working too and Capitan Phill was able to set it up for us. Overall yatch was impeccable, for our next time I might rent a bigger one though. Just try to be 30 min early the arrival hour coz it can be a little complicated where to park. U have to park at Marriot hotel, but Mary was extremely patient with us since my bf who is not from Miami was driving lol. I highly recommend it, and ask for Mari and captain Phil they are the best!

I booked the yacht with Mari for my 30th bday and had amazing experience from the beginning till the end. Great selection of boats. Menu available on board. The crew very nice and professional. We had also two jet skis for our guest. Mari is very responsive, always helpful, and made sure we had a great time. We will definitely book with Mari again in the future.

Best Day EverI cant say enough good things about Mari and Starlux Yachts. I recently helped coordinate a trip for a group of 11 girls on a bachelorette party with Mari - who handled everything masterfully and made it easy for all involved. She was extremely responsive right from the start, and helped recommend the right boat and direct us to a convenient caterer... All we had to do was show up... she handled the rest.All 11 girls were so excited leading up to the trip, and I think it managed to exceed all of our expectations. Our captain was friendly, knowledgeable, and capable... Our server was attentive and personable... We had the best day ever cruising the coast (with our captain pointing out the sights of interest) and then docking for a few hours for fun in the sun - jet skiing, laying out on the lily pad, and balancing on the paddle board. Our awesome server, G, kept our drinks full, set out the food for us throughout the trip, and snapped pics for us. It truly was the best day ever.This is the perfect day excursion for just about any group I can think of... Girls day, guys day, couples party, family outing... And I wouldnt do it with anyone other than Mari and Starlux Yachts.I will absolutely be contacting Mari again for another best day ever.

They were great to answer all the questions I had while setting up the charter. The paperwork was succinct, clear and quick. They offered a nice catering menu to go along with the excellent boats they have in their fleet.The day of the charter, i received a call from them about an hour before we arrived giving directions on where to park, where the boat was and where to meet. Mari introduced me to the captain, staff and answered any questions. Captain and staff were courteous and fun. After a quick rundown of some rules, we were off boating. The day was great, weather cooperated and we had a great time. The boat was great, included a jet ski and floating island which made for great fun. We returned back to the marina on time and all in one piece.I look forward to the next time i can use Starlux Yachts. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a boat for any occasion.

I booked Starlux Yachts for my birthday celebration. Mari met us at the dock and escorted us to the yacht. She introduced us to the captain made sure everything was set up (she coordinated drinks, food and music) even helped us load the yacht. I had an amazing, time she was very accommodating and did not place any obstacles in our way of enjoying our party. They did not rush us and all along the way made sure we were ok with anything that we needed or requested. I asked some friends that lived in Miami and they suggested Starlux Yachts, I gave them a call and she was able to work with the dates we had last minute. We had a ball!! BEST DAY EVER!!!!! My husband rented the 68 Azimut and it was spectacular! The crew was amazing, the toys on the boat were so much fun, the weather was ridiculously beautiful and Mari, the owner of Starlux took such good care of us there are just no words. This was one the best times ever! came down for an awesome times with a group of friends. We spoke with Mariliuz and gave us a good deal for a yacht around the miami beach harbor. we had a stewardess and a cool captain! idk when ill be back but this was something id want to do again.
