Jesse was amazing to work with. His customer service and communication were too notch. He provided several options with detailed differences of each yacht. He ultimately helped us make the perfect choice with a great boat and crew. Captain Phil was extremely attentive and even helped teach my son all about driving a yacht. Our stewardess Dani made sure all of our needs were met and went above and beyond for our guests.Will definitely be a repeat customer!

We had a fabulous time on Why Not. Towels, water and some soft drinks were provided and the boat was perfect for our group. Camilla was so so helpful and took wonderful care of our group during the charter. Communication was a little lacking with our captain before and after but he was fantastic during the day. Miami Boat Experts created a magical day for me and my 12 friends. We charted the C-Weed, which is a 77ft Yacht for a half day. It was the perfect balance of classy meets Miami boat party. The boat came with a Jet Ski, which the Captain anchored at a sand bar and let us rip it around - SO exhilarating!!! The Boat Captain and First Mate are very professional and safe, but at the same time they wont impede on your fun. The ONLY REASON why Im NOT GIVING 5 STARS is that it is BYOB and they arent quite clear with pricing... so please read the fine print before booking. Other than that, Miami Boat Experts provide a memorable journey for all!

Amazing experience. Jesse from Miami Boat Experts was very professional. He answered all my questions throughly and was very patient in doing so. The yacht that I had picked was a 70 foot Azimut and exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well maintained and looked every bit as a million dollar yacht should look like. Captain Graham and his crew, Evelyn and Joey, were absolutely amazing. They made the whole experience one that my family and I will always remember. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. We went on a full day chartered cruise on the Bettsy to celebrate a birthday. Could not have asked for a better experience. Great captain, nice boat, excellent staff, and plenty of toys for the water. Highly recommended!

Jesse was easy to work with and very accommodating. First boat ended up having electrical issues morning of, and he got us a better replacement option within the hour. If half of our party didn’t get food poisoning the night before we would’ve taken the deal.

Absolutely fantastic. The crew was willing and able to wait on us hand and foot, soaring through the ocean, and giving a tour at the same time. Food, drinks, music, and water toys were provided. The yacht was absolutely comfortable. It was like a home away from home on the water. I would highly recommend this yacht.

We had such a great time on the Sea Ray! Angie and Jesse were so helpful and answered all our questions before the day arrived. They made sure we had everything we needed and even decorated the boat for my fiancé’s birthday and we didn’t even ask them too! So sweet. Highly recommend this boating company! I have rented from multiple boating companies, and this experience was one of the best. We had two captains that ensured we all had the best time! They tracked the radar to make sure we stayed out of the rain. They were also super helpful on the boat with drinks/food/towels/cleaning etc. The level of professionalism was highly appreciated. Jesse and the team were FANTASTIC. They treated us like royalty from the moment we steeped onto the dock. They were really helpful and flexible they even went out and got us food after the charter. In a town were getting a straight answer from anyone is tough, these guys tell you exactly what they are going to deliver and then they deliver it.

Ive been on a lot of boats around the world and by far this is my best experience. Jessie the captain made us feel very comfortable in his abilities to maneuver around the city and he was really funny as well. Angie was like a superwoman between being an amazing deckhand and filling every one of our drinks before we even had a chance to ask. Definitely coming back soon!

My friends rented a yacht here for their birthday. What an incredible day we had thanks to MBE, Captain Jesse, and our hostess Angie! We had an awesome time partying on the yacht, riding the Waverunner that was on-board, and jumping into the water. Captain Jesse even got out a drone to take some great photos for us. After we left Miami, I realized I had left some things behind and they were even kind enough to mail them back to me. Great time, incredible service, I wouldnt hesitate to come back again. Try them out, you wont regret it!
