George Mota did an amazing job!! I was on vacation and needed a cut, it was perfect and timely, got compliments from everyone in my group and days after back home. The place itself is well kept, service is great, I was offered a drink on arrival, decorations are interesting to look it. Still wondering why there is a sewing machine though 🤔 Next time Im in Miami will be stopping by again

The barbershop was great. The barbers are so detailed and for the price. In Chicago for that level of hair cut I pay 80+. It is one place I would go to as a repeat customer if I lived here.

The guy that gave me the haircut did a ok job. Not a great shave. He must have put a towel down someplace where he shouldn’t have/ don’t ask me however the manager yelled at him and said that the owner is watching the cameras. Totally not cool..

Really great, chill vibe. The barbers are professional, neat and skilled. No loud, annoying reggaeton music like at other barbershops around town. Very reasonable prices considering the level of care and craftsmanship. The only criticism I have is that the young man needs to be a bit more courteous to customers.

WORST SERVICE EVER.25 minutes late and my barber made almost zero effort to communicate with me which led to a disappointing haircut. BWhen I got home I noticed something I wanted to have fixed so I went back the next morning. I asked the front desk guy whether he would help me find another time to fix my hair and the guy basically argued with me about what I wanted to have fixed then shrugged it off and asked why I didnt come back the day prior.Avoid the disappointment and the bad vibes from this place and go somewhere else.

I am a female, who had hair down to her waist, less than a month ago. I paid $160 to get my hair cut into a fade by one of the best hair salons in Seattle, and they butchered it. I then went to the best barbershop, to clean it up, and they STILL wouldnt give me the cut that I asked for.I almost lost hope, but I decided to call The Barber Job, while briefly in town in Miami. I was given an appointment in less than 2 hours from my call, scheduled with Alejandro.I cannot talk Alejandro up enough. He immediately made me comfortable, and was kind and courteous. It took very little time to explain what I wanted, and then he exceeded my expectations. I have a tight fade, now. He took care of my stubborn cowlicks, and made them behave. He took so much care on the design lines that I asked for and did them with an artistic flair, even finishing them with a straight razor.Im quite certain that I have the best cut in Miami today.When he told me the price, I was shocked in a good way. I got a deal for this level of cut.My recommendation? If youre looking for a good cut, and are worried that the barber wont listen to you and just do it their way, go to The Barber Job, and ask for Alejandro. Hes got you covered.

Do not come here if you value time. Made three different appointments, they’ve been 30 minutes late or more, each time. One time was an hour and 30 minutes late. On-line the haircut says it will be 60 minutes. It was two hours total from the moment I sat in the chair.

It was a nice looking barber shop, clean and the staff were mostly friendly.I made a booking so I didn’t have to wait which was good.They offered me a drink on arrival and made me feel comfortable.The haircut was good, fresh and I felt like the barber knew what he was doing.The only this was the price. $34 + tip per hair cut is pretty up there in price for what you get. There was no wash or got towel included.

What else can I say other than I love this place! George has been my barber for a few years and hes always done an outstanding job! I highly recommend him since hes the best barber Ive ever had. Ive tried all the other barber shops in south beach several years ago and hes the best hands down. Dont waste your time or money at other barber shops.You get a shampoo, hot towel, and shoulder massage with your cut. Not many places do this and George is an expert at giving fades. Stop in and tell George I sent you. The decor and set up of this place is that of a gentlemans barber shop.

Stay away. The service is dreadful, the barbers are not good and pay more attention on their loud conversations that to the hair they’re cutting.Left more the three times completely unsatisfied.The reception in general blasé and dismissive. The services are overpriced as well.

As someone who almost always dislike the haircut he gets, I can highly recommend The Barber Job. Jessie always does great work with the “Executive by day, South Beach by night” cut. Great environment, free drink with your haircut and fair prices.

I went there for just a shave. The Barber was very professional and I appreciated the aroma from the hot towel and facial creams. He took a lot of time to clean up my neck line despite having a haircut a week before from someplace else. I was rather suprised they would use an electric shaver after using the straight razor, but it left my face super smooth. When he was done, he even brushed the hair off my shoes. I like his attention to detail.

Oh my god. Got the Prohibition shave. Fell asleep. Got massaged. Apparently was snoring. Had a good whiskey drink right before! Hector is a maestro! Shaved me good.

Took my husband here for his birthday, he loved it. He enjoyed his spa and a drink was a plus. He left very pleased, we will definitely be back!

Fui por recomendación en busca de un buen corte, y la verdad que una desilusión total. No solo que cuando fui por la reserva y me asignaron un horario, luego durante el día lo atrasaron por lo cual tuve que acomodar mis actividades de imprevisto. Fuera de eso le pedí explicito al barbero como lo queria (fade medium). A mitad de corte ya noté que no iba bien, por lo que le mostré varías fotos de como lo quería y que tampoco siguiera sacando (arriba) el largo del cabello porque lejos era mi intención (solo cortar el ancho de un dedo o 1cm o mejor dichos solo la punta, ya que hace meses lo estoy dejando crecer) y así y todo, me corto casi la palma de la mano completa, dejándome sumamente corto. Me arruino por completo el estilo que buscaba.Realmente no entiendo si los barberos hacen lo que tienen ganas o por su propio ego no les interesa lo que les diga el cliente que justamente es el que paga por que hagan lo que quieren. Tampoco vale los 35 dólares que cobran, cuando por 25 hay mejores en la zona.Sin dudas sobrevalorado lugar.

We were there for two during our holidays. Unfortunately, quality did not convince us both. At home noticed that the transitions were not cut clean and then with the razor in the hotel touched up ...Decor is very cool! The staff were friendly too. Haircut without reservation was possible with us.Ps: First gave 3 stars. But now had to correct this. Unfortunately, many transitions are completely blurred and very irregular. Had the employee taken more time, this would not have happened. Also, I have various cuts from the razor, which I noticed in other shops never so strong.A pity. The store and the staff would be great. However, I go there because of a good haircut and that did not work twice with us unfortunately.

Super furnished shop and friendly courageous workers. Despite Christmas time, I got a short-term (next day) appointment for a beard cut.However, I am only partially satisfied with the work and the result.The beard knife should have been sharper. The machine part has become great, the wet part was uncomfortable because of the blunt knife, has already bled on site and after a few days caused many small pimples which I never have with new blades.
