I have lived on the beach for over 15 years and I have been going to Supercuts many times. They people there, are nice and professional. I stopped going due to work and now the pandemia. I have had many of the girls cut my hair and so far it has been great. But since the pandemic, I finally went back to them. I was there in July and Veronica was pleasant to talk to, she is professional, takes her time and definitely knows what she is doing. If you go there, ask for her. You will be satisfied with hair color, highlights and even hair cut. She thinks outside the box and that is awesome, it makes your decision hair style easier. Best place to cut your hair. The quality is great and it is inexpensive. The hair stylists are always very professional and welcoming. I always cut my hair with Esmeralda, who is the best one Ive found in a long time.

Please do not get your hair cut here if you are a girl. I have long straight hair. Was going in for just a trim. Ended up with a total botch job. Went back and they weren’t able to fix it. Now have to pay a real salon to fix and get use to the idea of having my hair above my shoulders.

One of the best haircuts I have gotten in a long time. Very thorough, and matched the picture I brought. Lovely smelling shampoo and conditioner. My hair wasnt dried, but I didnt need it to be. Cant beat the price.

While visiting in Miami Beach, I was having a particularly bad hair day. I researched options in the area and was impressed by the rating by Supercuts and the comments regarding Natalie. I was planning to go from mid-length to super-short.Natalie was wonderful! She discussed my hair type and recommended the best short cut for me. She also took her time with the cut. I think this is the best short cut I have ever had! I wish she were closer to our home.

I had my hair cut at home before coming to Miami. I knew when I got here in the warmer weather that my hair was too thick to dry or style easily. I read reviews of Supercuts on Washington Ave and decided I would give it a try. The salon personnel were very friendly and the space was clean and comfortable. Barbara gave me a great haircut. She thinned out the bulk and gave me much needed layers that have made my hair easier to style. She was very patient, taking care to give me exactly what I wanted. A great hairstyle with a stylist who genuinely wanted me to walk out of the salon happy all for under $20! I made a great choice going there and asking for Barbara.

It’s incredible how management works against it’s own goals. Whilst the staff members are dedicated professionals through and through, there is no way they are capable of servicing the clientele when payroll is restricted the way it is at this location thus limiting the service standards. Kudos to the employees who put up a nice front faced with the volume they have to deal with. Two stylists on a super busy Sunday? Hope they get better treatment and ownership reconsiders its bottom line.

Natalie at Supercuts on Washington Ave is by far the best. She has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now. I have curly hair so I am picky about who I allow to cut it. Natalie never disappoints and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

I tried a few places in South Beach. Once I came across Nathalie at SuperCuts I knew I could stop looking elsewhere. Nathalie is a great stylist and manages to smarten me up with a good cut each month. Service is excellent and price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

Been going here for about 2 years. The entire team is super friendly and give great cuts and great service! Rebecca, Natalie and Patricia have all done an amazing job on my hair. I recommend using the online check-in to avoid a long wait in the evenings.

A possible short wait time, but great service. Our two boys 9 and 14 were somewhat grumpy having to sit and wait for their turn to get the haircut. But they came out wide smiles happy about how they looked. Really good service. Worth the short wait.

This is not your typical Supercuts... the ladies are friendly and welcoming... they have created an atmosphere where they greet and treat each other, and guests, like family. Whike visiting the area from Atlanta, i had my hair colored on a rainy Saturday afternoon, and marveled at how kind they are to everyone, and so respectful to each other. It was an absolute pleasure.And my hair came out fabulous😊 Barbara was wonderful!

Great service and no wait! I went for a shampoo before leaving Miami Beach to head home and Natalia was great! Never have I been asked what water temperature do you prefer, luke warm, warm or hot - I was shocked because I enjoy warm water and she gave a great scalp massage! The salon was also very clean!

After moving to South Beach I have been a regular at this Supercuts. I have almost always had a great experience getting a good cut. Service is usually fast and everyone I have had speaks English. Recently I starting color blending and have found Maria is absolutely the best at cut and color blending. I have had many complements.

I also take my mother to Barbara to cut my mothers hair . She listens, has exceptional skills as a hair stylist and so patient . If she is busy my mother and I wait for her . Buy a hair clipper, cut one of your hand and you can apply for a job at Supercuts...The guy doesnt make any effort to understand what you want and the result is very bad.I always ask for a very basic regular haircut and I didnt think anyone could mess it up until I visited Supercuts.

Patricia washed my her with cold water, no conditioner, no detangling hair products used during the haircut, my haircut was lopsided uneven, one side was longer than the other, no towel refresher service. My haircut was cut short and very jagged. A bunch of devil worshippers that act on the hurtful guidance they receive.
