Worst haircut experience of my life. The guy immediately cuts halfway down my beard line without asking. I’ve had 100’s of haircuts and never has anyone done anything close to chopping off half of my beard when I asked for a blend into my hairline. THEN he cuts me at the end of the haircut. AND THEN proceeds to charge me full price, and ask for a tip!

Good customer service, but I dont think they usually cut black people hair. I didnt realize until I got home that the guy barely lined up my hairline. If I didnt tell him towards the end of the cut I wouldnt of gotten a lineup at all. Beard and mustache was not crisp.

Excellent experience overall. I had my hair cut JC himself. When I sat down I asked him to do what he thought was best and I am very satisfied. This is not the type of barber who just gives you a fade right away, but he looks at your overall appearance and head shape and does what’s best. 10/10!

Horrible work. I asked for a shape up the guy left alot of hair on me. Worse cut I got in my life. As soon as u go towards the left last row chubby guy. Does not know how to do a haircut. Charged $20 for a bs shape up. Never coming back here again.

Awful customer service, very unprofessional, you call for an appointment they confirm and then you come in at the time scheduled and have to wait, and then see take someone else in with a later appointment go before you, been coming here for year because it’s close to my job, it’s convenient so always tolerated the lack of professionalism but today they lost a customer.

Best barbershop in South Beach, would give 10 stars if I could. Great prices and great service. The employees here all are super attentive and nice, they even provide you with their personal cellphone number to contact them. They are open everyday and the wait time if you just walk in is not long. Henry is the best, you can contact him at any time and you can set up your appointment easily. He works around your schedule for a time thats convenient for you. If youre punctual with your appointment, you will literally walk straight to the chair for your haircut. Great place

On holiday from the UK and needed a hair cut and shave. Went to JCs and had a very pleasant experience. Was offered a bottle of water when I entered. Took great care with the cut, even though i just requested a clipper cut. Also gave a good shave with the clippers (I just asked for a trim). All for 25 dollars. Would definitely go again.

Had a fabulous hair cut tonight by Juan Carlos. He fixed what was a terrible haircut from a few weeks ago (in NYC not here). Very thorough and professional, as were all the other barbers. Recommend!

I walked in to get a haircut. The place was packed except one chair. The guy didnt know English and I asked if anyone could cut my hair (fade) and I got turned down. Took my business elsewhere on the beach. Glad I did. Found a great new barber!

Was referred to this shop by a friend who just so happens to be bearded just like myself. Naturally Im very skeptical about having just anyone touch cut my hair but Im even more particular about having someone touch my beard. Ive been going to the same barber for the past 5 years so breaking out of my comfort zone is no easy fleet. However I was recommended to go with Tito and I must say his work is STELLAR. I came in as a walk-in and I asked for him and it turns out he was the one I was asking for. He explained to me that he had a few clients and that if I didnt mind waiting a little he would definitely take care of me. Luckily one of his clients ended up running late so he went ahead and took me. I showed him what I wanted and he understood everything exactly. He even trimmed and groomed my beard so well it was way beyond my expectations. I am totally coming back !!

Always a good cut. Wait usually isnt too bad. Would be nice if they spoke a little better English since my Spanish stinks, but they spoke enough, and its South Beach and most people speak Spanish so you have to get used to it.

If you are BLACK this is not the place for us. THey use electric shavers. Youll come out looking like the back of a nestle crunch bar. I went back to see if they could recommend something to put on my head and they told me the reason why I have a rash is because Im black and its normal. I asked them for recommendations and they had attitudes because I told them in my 31 years of living Ive never had an infection like this after a haircut.

I didnt need a haircut but just wanted to trim my beard, they wanted to charge the same price as a haircut! I even had it lined up, just needed a trim! They were rude and ridiculous, the prices are way too high. Its just a beard trim for Gods sake

I state that I hate making bad reviews, but when it takes, it takes.Poor professionalism.Bad job quality, I will have to wait for the hair to grow back before I can fix it.Really irritating service, for a small change requested I was threatened with having to pay two services, and at the end of the work they did not even deign me a greeting.Not recommended !!! The worst service in this place. Barbers always just spend on the phone talking or texting or talking to one another without attending clients on time. You have to wait a long time. The last time I waited an hour just for one of them to tell me that it was their lunch time and that the next time they would make an appointment or wait longer for the other barber. The best of South beach. We had a fun afternoon. Better than Turkish barbers in old Europe - I went with a home-cut mess and they fixed it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !
