Nelson junior is the best, usually I don’t stay with one specific barber but Nelson Jr is super good that I’m only going when he is available

Twin has been amazing and he really good at his job . You can tell him what exactly you want and he will perform his job exactly according to you . Edit* dont go to the old barber with Grey thinning hair* he cant take simple directions, Im 49 years old and this is by far the worst haircut I ever got in my entire life, I told the guy dont cut it too much just clean it up and the guy literally shaved my head bald on the sides and it is not symmetrical at all, both sides of my head look like two different haircuts, the way it fades on one side and its even on the other, I dont even know what is wrong with the guy who did my hair, did he not understand what I told him when I said just clean it up, dont cut too much. I feel like Im a victim of some sort of practical joke right now, horrible place, Ive never even wrote a review on Google before and I never say anything negative about a place unless they really messed up, this is the worst

I was at Shave yesterday with my son and the service was amazing. Our barber Geo was great, very attentive, and took his time and effort on the haircut. I love the how playful and nice they were being to my kid. My son left super happy with a great cut. Geo was a great barber, I will be sure to go back and ask for him again.

My barber, Roskiel, does exactly what you want in a haircut. He is extremely clean as well as the rest of the barbers and makes sure you feel comfortable.

Not very friendly. I went in and sat for 30 minutes. Not one word was said to me. Furthermore, there did not seem to be any order as to who got their haircut.I subsequently left and got my haircut elsewhere (Styles)A shame because the barber in the first chair looked like he knew what he was doing.Wow! I cannot believe the response was really from the owner. I visit Miami once a month and have no affiliation to any other business. I do appreciate good customer service which is lacking at this establishment.Believe me, if I cut hair I wouldnt last one day! (and I make much more money than I ever could as a barber)There were only 3 barbers working the day I entered and nobody even acknowledged my presence as a potential customer.I did go to Styles and they were very friendly.The response from the owner just confirms my report. Instead of trying to discount a review, you should use it to better your customer service.

I got a haircut from the barber closest to the door, which is usually the best barber in the place. He lined up my beard, but didnt shave the rest of my neck. The tape looked like a giant wave. Very minimal effort

I passed by the shop spur of the moment as I needed a haircut. As soon as I entered and asked whos available to give me a haircut, one of the barbers made a joke in Spanish and the whole team started laughing. I disregarded it. While I was getting my haircut, another non-hispanic client walked in and the same barber made the same joke and they all laughed again. That tells you something about the level of respect they have for their clients. Forget the fact that none of the barbers speaks proper English nor understand what youre asking from them for your preferred haircut. As for my own haircut, I could have done a better job clipping my hair myself at home. For sure, this is the first and last time I enter this barbershop.
