Very helpful experience locating a miss-shipped package. Clerk was thorough and supportive right through to the finish line.

The staff inside the post office is friendly and helpful but the mail delivery especially recently is why it does not get 5 stars

This post office delivers mail to my mom and grandma. Randomly, they just decide to not deliver mail some days. Nearly once a week they just don’t come. Unacceptable.

Great customer service! Bob is awesome - even when they’re long lines the customer service surpasses the Lawrence branch experience.

Theres usually only one gentleman behind the counter but his positive and humorous attitude make you forget youre in a line, if there is one. I only wish the self packing area was bigger and not in the middle of the office.

Second time doing a vacation start and stop and second time I am waiting days for my mail. Not happy. And I call to look into it and they dont answer the phone.

Convenient downtown parking can be tough but there is a lot out back
