I ordered a wood chipper that was being shipped to my residence in NH from Las Vegas. It took a little while for the item to travel across the country, due to weather, transfers, etc., but as soon as it arrived at the terminal in Massachusetts, I was contacted and a scheduled delivery day and time set up. The driver (Hector) and his helper arrived punctually, early in the AM the morning of the date agreed on. He was very friendly, considerate, professional, and did not leave until he was sure I was satisfied with the product and placed it exactly where it was convenient for me. Although the delivery person works for a company sub-contracted by Estes Express to deliver items for them, I could not be more happy with my delivery and great job Hector did!
