Everything was perfect and so professional. I highly recommend this office for dental care.

Been coming here for 10 years or more and this place used to be good back then. Now it’s trash because of the receptionist and new office manager. Don’t even waste your time coming to this place as a new patient.They will never answer your call, ever! I always have to go in person to make appointments or ask questions.The young ladies in the front are not friendly and rude.The times I’ve booked an appointment recently, they then text me confirming my appointment a whole other time. So then when I call to confirm witch one of the two is my appointment yet they never answer. So again I need to go in personCustomer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. Working in the health field for 11 years I’ve never witness an office so sloppy and awful with how they treat patience. Disgusting receptionist and awful customer service. Don’t come here!!!P.s the dentist are good!Just be warned you’ll need to go in person for questions or booking/canceling appointments because the receptionist won’t do they’re job and answer calls.

I had an appointment today at 11:30am and showed up at 11:20am. I went ahead and confirmed via text message that I will be here. Once I came in today they told me that I didn’t pick up their phone call and I will not be seen at 11:30am.I was told that I can be fit in at 12:00pm and I was stuck waiting here till 12:11pm (50+ minute wait) listening to the receptionist argue with a customer on the phone…Once I was brought in the visit went by fairly smooth and professionally by the dentist and staff.

Dr. Thakkar was very patient, thorough and took his time with me. I was very satisfied with how the filling came out on my front tooth it was very seamless. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends or anyone who needs to see a dentist.

The dentists are very courteous and listen to my concerns and needs. The entire staff is very welcoming. I am very grateful for the way they gently treat my child with special needs. She loves going to the dentist because of their gentle care. They always try to accommodate my children’s appointments as quickly as possible. I’m happy with their service.

Been to Dr. Dental in Methuen several times for soft tissue infection treatment with effect, and cleanings. Staff and the dentist Dr. Thakkar are very nice, knowledgable, professional. Cleanings are with Cavitron by dentist which I like. There are no hygienists that I could see. Polishing teeth with prophy paste after is done by dental assistants which is new to me. Sometimes more thorough than others. Overall a nice experience and I would recommend.

I don’t like Dr and Dentist but I don’t like being in pain either, the last time I went to the dentist my face was black and blue and was in more pain than when I went in . Come to find out I had a dry socket which hurts a lot after going back again they put some medicine on a cottenball it did work but my face was black and blue never went back, I had a loose back tooth and the only thing that I felt was the novacain going in anything after that no pain, now I can eat and it’s been great thank Dr Dental I’m still a little bit afraid of Dentist but your making it easier for me to relax about getting my teeth checked

Youll be in great hands. I still drive 45 mins to this office- all to be taken care of the front desk extraordinaire, Brenda. Shes calm and collected, shes on top of everything and productive even when shes talking to you and making you feel right at home— that human touch you didnt know you needed so bad! The dentists and assistant staff are great, too!

Dr. Vick Thakkar did excellent dental cleanings for my husband, my mother-in-law, and me. Clinic was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Thakkar and Dr. Dental of Methuen.

The dentist in this office is rude and has no patience. Unfortunately there is absolutely no one that you can complain about him. The dentist name is Dr. Tucker. (The spelling is probably wrong).

Ive been coming here since the place opened and have always had the greatest experience. They always make sure Im comfortable and always explain everything for me in great detail about my coverage and payment plans and my procedures. They have a great schedule so I can make it there when I need to no matter what. The level of professionalism and amazing customer care isnt something you can find anywhere else.

The dental hygienist although efficient and competent was not very communicative. She did not introduce herself to me and was very stoic and unfriendly. I have no issues as I said with the quality of her work but her personality left a lot to be desired. Let me be clear. She was not rude just uncommunicative and gave me no instructions about proper brushing or flossing. I found this to be odd since all hygienists I have had in the past have always instructed me on proper techniques of brushing and flossing. I had no issues with the dentist. He was very friendly and imparted some good advice to me about my brushing technique and other info.Thank youMark K

The staff are all very kind, the dentist is great with kids. The office is clean and professional, even has a small kid area where my 5 year old twins were entertained while we waited. The only complaint I would have is the wait time was a bit much, my 12 year old was getting anxious in the waiting room, our appointment was 530 and we werent called til just after 6. It wasnt too bad, and thats to be expected, but that is my only slight complaint about this location. Over all very happy with our experience when we go there.

I was shopping for a Dentist that would accept my new dental plan (Fallon Sr). After going to a dentist (Dr Lewis at Family Dental) for about 20 years, after my insurance changed he refused to work with me to negotiate lower prices on crowns.I decided to try Dr. Dental on the recommendation of a friend who liked them. I found one near me in Methuen and tried out their new patient special.The office is staffed by a very young group of people, who turn out to be much more advanced in methodology than my old dentist. Also much nicer.The real test came when I went to have the crowns done. Lot of time in the chair, but again, they were much more attentive to my needs when I needed a break. Even the material I had to bite on wasnt as disgusting making me drool less.(Had a very bad experience at previous dentist who left me unattended while I was drooling so I gagged and had to take the form stuff out so I wouldnt choke. Then they used the same form and eventually when the crown came in .. surprise, it didnt fit)Turns out the best thing that happened to me was the old dentist not working with me on price!Its Dr. Dental for me from here on.

The total experience was pain free supported by a patient informative doctor who was reassuring and totally confidentThe assistant was also reassuring and pleasant to talk to. He reinforced the post procedure requirements I needed to follow and was very patient to re review anything I didnt understand.Highly recommend Dr Dental.

I love it here. the staff here is always so kind, understanding, helpful, & answer any questions you have. I never have a problem rescheduling my appointments, always a nice place to be while getting your pearly whites worked on, & they have a good taste in music as well to help with relaxation. Pleasant and efficient. I was in and out for my check up in 20 minutes.

The people working here seemed nice my only complaint is the lack of cleanliness. The first thing I noticed were the floors they looked like they havent been cleaned in years. Then I walk in the room and there was dirt and little bit of what looked like blood smeared on the wall. The worst part was the chair or the station where they do all the dental work, it was unbelievably disgusting. There was dried up bodily fluids and dirt on the sides of the seating area, there were parts of that station that was black from how dirty it was. I asked one of the dental assistants there when was the last time they cleaned the place and she said Its been a long time since they have cleaned the area. WHAT!!! Thats truly disgusting .I was honestly amazed by what she said. that is the last time I well ever go there and honestly, this place should be reported. this is a health and safety issue. children and pregnant women that come here for a teeth cleaning can easily catch something and get sick.

As usual, I was greeted with warm smiles from the entire office staff when I arrived to have some cavities filled. When I was taken in to the treatment area staff members confirmed for me the location of the cavities being filled. Both the Doctor and the Technician worked dutifully and painlessly to get the procedure done efficiently. About 10 or 15 minutes later I was ready to go to the front desk to book my next appointment. A friendly, knowledgeable staff make Dr. Dental one of my favorite Professional Care Providers. Im already looking forward to my next visit! Thank you.

I love this office in methuen. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I used to always be uncomfortable at the dentist until I met Dr. Thakkar. He is so nice and gentle. He makes you feel comfortable and not ashamed. He made me a beautiful denture for my top teeth that looks so real and gets plenty of compliments. (See photo below)Also the women at the front desk are so attentive and helpful. Kristyn is always going out of her way to accommodate my needs. Also, Ashley is so informative and helped me figure out a way to get a loan to help cover my out of pocket expenses. I recommend this office to anyone who has ever been nervous about the dentist

I have been going to Dr. Dental, Methuen, for several years now. The staff is exceptionally friendly and the Dr. that is there now is so gentle. They use the ultrasonic tool to clean teeth and depending on the dentist, it can be uncomfortable. But the dentist now at Dr. Dental is very gentle and I feel comfortable and at ease when I go. I also feel comfortable taking my kids here because the tool is a little scary because of the noise and kids are not used to it. But my kids do very well because of the staff at Dr. Dental. I love going here.

This office is outstanding. I would recommend it to everyone who wants a nice job done are their teeth:) The doctor and all assistants are very kind in there and acknowledge you right when you step in, very fast service.

Horrible Experience with long waits.UpdateJust received a call from the manager of this Dr dental. His name was Chris. Really nice guy cleared up the situation and helped me out a lot. Just goes to show that they do care about their patients.Just had a follow up appointment and it was a night and day difference. Would gladly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Hala is very nice, friendly Dr. I love her😊.But the receptionist PETER is rude, unprofessional.I cancelled and reschedule by text my appointment yesterday because my brother in law was in emergency. Got call from receptionist( Peter) unhappy voice treating me they cannot make any more schedule for me in the future. Because reply to there text messages “reschedule “ I wish I can download it here. I was upset listening his voicemail. I never encounter receptionist like him.Most receptionist are nice, friendly and professional no matter how frustrated you are, you should remain professional don’t push your clients away and treating them, You can’t make anymore future appointment for he/she Big NO!Don’t do that to other clients please...

Some of the worst staff and extremely rude employees work there. After taking 1 hour take me in, they insisted that I was there for a route canal and wouldn’t extract my tooth, even know they told me over the phone, “yes our specialist can pull your tooth, just have to take a look at it.” Well apparently not!!! Bunch of scammers trying force people into expensive procedures. I highly advise going else where!

Dr Thakkar, Cathie, Ariel and Denise did an excellent job. Dr Thakkar is very gentle. It was a wonderful experience having my cleaning and filling done today at Dr Dental.

To me going to Dr. Dental is more like home. Not everyone can say that but Dr. Dental experience is 1 of kind. Respect,trust but most important listing and care for the patient is and should be first priority. Bilingual staff, great schedule. Payments and copay as well comfortable to each person ah dont forget payments plans 😉 not only that they are located in the methuen plaza, u have market basket, 1 store, rite aid pharmacy, super cuts ah Donkin donuts. So check them out they are my 1 and only Dentist. 🙋‍♀️🙆‍♀️

Terrible experience. Stay away.Had appt scheduled for 9:30am, I called them at 8am to confirm and has been told to come in at 9am if I want. Assuming that they can take me in earlier at 8:50 I walked through the door. Girls at the front desk did acknowledge that I have arrived.I sat in the lobby and waited. At 9:36am I walked out after telling them to cancel my appointment.36 minutes of NOTHING !Place is cold, looks dirty and beat up. Water fountain doesnt work and doesnt have out of order sign, however there is a water cooler. Still, makes one feel like an idiot trying to press them buttons on non working water fountain in front of 5 people.I am glad that I didnt experience their services, the front door experience was enough to leave and never come back.Waste of time.(P.S.) Change your work hours in Google Maps please. They are Incorrect.
