So the call in service PROMPTS are horrible YOU CAN NEVER GET THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT!! WHEN YOU DO SPEAK SOME ONE ALL THEY DO IS APOLOGIZE NEVER,NEVER RESOLVING ANYTHING !! WHOS RUNNING THIS COMPANY?
Worst customer service I have ever experienced..! They give themselves a 4.5 review but Google is less than a single star.No support for hearing impaired..!Cant get old service disconnected and new address connected.Website is convoluted and antiquated..!You wont get paid last bill till I receive customer service..!
The customer service representatives are poorly trained! One gave me wrong information on the installation of my internet, and there was no way to resolve my issue. I spoke to 7 representatives, supervisors included and nothing changed. My problem still goes unresolved. I am not accommodated in any way. Poor service. Will definitely not recommend AT&T to anyone.
Only have 1 star cause I had to. Wanted to say how HORRIBLE At&Ts communication and customer service is. After 4 attempts direct tv and internet service still not installed. Most frustrating part is Im not sure why.
