What a nice experience we had and how nice it is to find people that are genuinely nice. The phone service is very important of course, but the people behind the service makes the world of a difference! Were very happy with our plans, and were very happy with our experience and I hope that other stores follow the way they treat their customers, truly helpful with our questions and the patience to explain things. Definitely recommend them!

In my experience, They had problems with basic switches from other provider to Verizon it took 2hours to figure it out and was not done right after all. But they are very friendly and nice thats why I put 4 stars.

I went to the store to purchase a screen saver and case for my iPhone 12 mini. Eric helped me. He was the best. He answered all my questions - he was very knowledgeable about all the products. I didn’t feel pressured about buying things I didn’t want. Great experience. I will definitely return. Hopefully, he will be working that day!

I was an AT&T user for years. I was with AT&T when it was Cingular. The past year or so I kept having issues with AT&T. Broken promises, extra data charges, and service that kept going in and out. I was tired of it, and started doing my research on what other companies are out there. Verizon became my favorite after research and talking to Elizabeth. I was a bit nervous walking into a store because I had so many questions, and I didn’t want to seem stupid or a bother to anyone. Elizabeth was very patient and understanding with my 100 questions. After all of my questions, I started looking at the phones Elizabeth suggested. While I was looking around at phones, another customer walked in. Since Elizabeth was the only representative available, she helped him with a big smile on her face while still taking care of me. That shows that she truly cares about her customers, and that kind of customer service isn’t found ANYWHERES anymore. I’m writing so much about the customer service because this was the second Verizon store I walked into, and the first one was unbearable and I wasn’t able to talk to anyone because everyone was chit chatting, so I’m glad another store was able to take care of me. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable, and I was impressed with the friendliness I received from her. I am now a Verizon customer, and I have had zero issues. Elizabeth reassured me that if I did have any issues, I could contact her with questions. Thank you, Verizon!

Kodi was fantastic to work with; he brought the energy, was fun and helpful and above all was honest and upfront with everything. The staff helped out and were friendly the moment I walked in. I visited AT&T previously and after walking into Verizon I knew this was where I wanted to get my next phone.

Purchased phones from TCC wireless and paid for taxes in cash, only to find out later that the money was “refunded” and charged to my account. Now I owe Verizon Wireless $300 for taxes that was paid upfront in store.
