HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience i give my visit an overall 5/10 customer service was horrible even though LA they are not required to refund me it was still an horrible visit i won’t be going ever again. I can still see my nail tips and the person who did my nails was Inattentiveness, disregarding my concerns, and unprofessional.

Ive been visiting Hannah for more than 4 years and my nails are perfect every time. Im picky with nail shapes and overall nail care- she delivers each appointment. The only nail tech I use in the city.

She NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER DISAPPOINTS.. and may I say I am a picky person and God knows I can talk lol. She listens and gives you exactly what you want . After just leaving a place where the employees were extremely rude, this place was a dream. Kay IMMEDIATELY helped us as soon as we walked in the door. We were seated and our feet put in water within 30 seconds of entering the door! 😍
