This Office Depot store was well stocked and is much larger inside than it looks from the outside.It was very quiet when I visited but the few staff were chatting between themselves and did not seem interested in helping me find what I needed.There were some good ‘end of school year’ discounts available which I was grateful for and I left with far more than I had planned to purchase when I went in.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Slow and worst customer service ever!

Horrible customer service. I dropped off 35 characters about no bigger than a size of a coffee cup to be laminated but it cut and they said it will take 48 hours when u was initially told 24 hours. I should have been told it would take longer. They dont answer the phone until after ring 80. Then have the audacity to have an attitude when you want your products. Still have not received my stuff as a teacher starting her summer year this is ridiculous.

Was told by a told by store employee at the print and bindery counter that I couldnt have 2 cook books spiral bound because they are copyrighted material. They said its been that way for 2-1/2 years. I know for a fact they were lying. I bought a 2016 Jeep and had the operators manual spiral bound last September when I bought the vehicle in August. Stupid! Theyve forever lost my business.

Horrible customer service. Manager was standing around talking to no one and when I asked to be checked out she said she was with a customer who wasn’t even the guy she was talking too. She took forever to grab a desk and then just stood there by the front door while she yelled at the employees to check people out. I don’t think that people quite grasp the fact that retail is dying... we need to try harder to keep people in shops. Like your job, take care of the customer, how hard is that? Obviously too hard so, sorry office max, AMAZON it will be.

Absolutely terrible experience. I walked into the store passing 3 employees who did even acknowledge my presence. After walking around for 15 minutes, without anyone offering any assistance and not finding what I was looking for, I left and had to pass the same 3 employees in the process. Once again, no one acknowledged my existence. The ironic thing was that the song playing over the speaker system was singing, “I hope you find what you’re looking for.” I hope so too, just not here.

Good products at a good price

I just love office supply stores. This location is well stocked and employees always acknowledge you and offer help. Prices are fair and when an item is on sale the savings are substantial. Plenty of parking. The only negative is the slow moving check out lanes especially during back to school season..

I usually come here for all my copies and scans, new staff in copy area, very unfriendly and one man refused to service me until a white man walked up and assisted him instead, then the one that did assisted me dropped my change about 11 inches from my hair because he didn’t want to touch my hand ig.... I will not be back, racism is a disease I don’t want to catch.

I accomplished what I needed but would never go back. The associates were not friendly and did not care about my dignity and privacy! 0 stars!

Was waited on by Kale, very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and was able to get the stamp that I needed in about 15 minutes.

Im not a fan of this store, to put it mildly. To have 15 pages printed and get a pack of notecards, my total came out to more than $20. Part of this expense was due to them charging more per print for assisting/printing behind the counter, as only one self-serve printer was working at the time, being used at some length by another customer with a very large job.I would love to patronize local brick and mortar office supply stores, but I was disappointed by both the service and cost of this location.

I went to buy some colored ink cartridges for my Canon printer. Office Depot had their brand with the same colors of ink I was looking for & $20 less! I will give it a try & review again.

If you know what you want, and where it is the store, its great. If you need help, good look finding an employee to assist you.

Very nice to work with. Staff in printing department not knowledgable on machines. Needed to replace ink cartridges, but said it was my device. However, when you plug it in to both printers and both computers and cant get it to print any of my 20 docs. Is it the device?

This was a very pleasant visit . The the was well organized for it to be school shopping time. Some of the employees even walked me through the stores to find certain items.
