Do not let the manager Donna cut a mans hair. I sat down told her that i just wanted a trim, nothings off the top. She grabbed the clippers and carelessly just started shaving my hair. The fade was way to high and crooked. Then she took the scissors and began to try and fade it. She rushed to finish and completely ruined my hair. Nightmare...I asked her to just stop! She definitely does not have a care in the world about professionalism. Her remark was this is how everyone is getting there hair cut. I laughed and said maybe for a teenager.Horrible experience! She needs to retire and throw in the towel or leave the cutting to the other girls. She seemed not to have a care in the world about me saying it looked bad. I was shocked she asked me to pay. I will be asking for my money back.

I really wish I could rate a 0, worst experience EVER!!! After growing my hair out for the past 2 years, I wanted it cut so I could donate it, cut to my shoulders with long layers. When I tried explaining this to the hairdresser, Janet, she immediate seemed agitated at my request of me wanting to save my hair as she put it. I should have just got up and left and then I wouldnt have to walk around with hacked up layers, except on the left side of my head, she missed that area. My left side is shorter in the front and then it gets longer as you go back with what looks like a hole on the side of my head. I immediately called the store first thing the next morning after seeing the results of my hair cut as I got ready for work. Christina apologized to me and said that she would let Donna, the manager, know and that she would call me back. By the way thanks Christina for actually apologizing to me because the manager didnt even do that! Donna did promptly call me back, but was very unsympathetic when talking with me. She couldnt understand why I wouldnt want to come back in and have it fixed being that one side would only need to be trimmed, as she said, and not have to cut it shorter. It should have been done right the FIRST TIME!! After I got home from work and my daughter, whom also got her hair cut, took a bath and brushed her wet hair out we realized that her hair is ALSO shorter on one side, thank goodness her hair isnt as hacked up like mine is, but still!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE, unless you want your hair to be hacked up!!!

They never answered the phone...or they picked it up, hung it up. Just said screw it and sticking with Paris Parker. Thats what I get for trying to save a buck.

Two of us went. I give it 5 stars. My companion gave them a 3 so averages into a 4. My haircut was quick and easy. It looked good. My partner, her stylist was short (in attitude) and acted as if it was troublesome to ask her to do something. She was somewhat rude to her. Her cut wasnt the best. She wont go back there.

Consistent on level of service. Sometimes longer waits. Good management. Easy parking. Au contrary of most of the business in the area they manage to keep their staff. Its nice to have your hair handled by someone you already trust.

I wasn’t sure what to expect for my post quarantine hair cut, but I have long hair that normally requires a good hour to get all of the layers done. Instead of explaining anything to me, the stylist started spraying me with a water bottle. I asked if I could get it washed and she said they couldn’t do that. So she cut a little bit- maybe 10 minutes- and claimed I was done. WHAT? It was $17.50 and I left. I’ll never go back there. Angry that she didn’t tell me the limitations before she did that. Is that a rule for salons? No hair washing? Won’t be back regardless.

I was happy to finally get my ‘quarantine haircut’ as businesses begin to reopen.I was not so happy when my quick, simple men’s haircut was ~$18 before tip.What’s more frustrating is that this location does NOT have any visible haircut pricing on the wall. What are they trying to hide??Great Clips would have given me the same haircut for $15.I’m switching.

I am a physician and called for an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and waited outside for over one hour past my appointment time. No walk ins were allowed. I left after I noticed several others who arrived well after me were called in. If you can’t keep an appointment DON’T MAKE IT. That’s our office rule and we have walk ins too. I realize it was busy but a well organized business knows how to manage client’s time—- these people were very unprofessional. In addition, most of the staff were NOT wearing face coverings or gloves when I walked in or when they came outside to call customers in. I did not see any cleaning or wiping down of the chairs between customers. These are standard practices that were not being followed. You wonder how many more “shortcuts” they were using. I would rate them a 0 for professionalism and cleanliness if I could .I was a regular customer but I will never go there again.

The waits are rather nice here. Ive never sat for more than 39 minutes, even when there were many before me. There is a hairdresser there that I I always go to. She is one of the few barbers Ive ever found that give me the hair cut that I want. And she does a good job every time. She also has a really good attitude and is great to conversate with.

During my shampoo the lady kept splashing my face with water and shoving shampoo in my ears. Then I was charged $25 for a blow dry and my hair was still wet when I left. Cost me almost $50! I did get a good haircut so I will go back for the cut only. Nothing else!

It sucked.. They had one person cutting hair. I waited for 35 minutes and left.

Definitely not worth the price but I guess if you have short hair it could be. Wash and round brush blow dry only (no cut) $35 for 20mins. At least my hair came out semi nice or I would demand my money back. Although I definitely got some split ends from this experience!

What an awful experience I had. I brought my mom to get her haircut. There was a sign out saying no blow dry or style. What?! Do you not have blow dryers? I can see them at your station. Do you not know how to style? That doesnt give me much confidence in your ability to cut hair. I should have left right after walking in. But stuck.it out and what a disappointment. I had to bring her back home to dry and style her hair. I think visiting a salon you should feel good when you leave. That was NOT the case at this facility.

Get better service than any high priced saloni have tried in the past

I always have a pleasant experience when I go to get my hair cut. The people are so nice. I like to have Donna cut my hair. She is gentle and always cuts my hair perfectly. She loves what she does and makes it an enjoyable experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else or let anyone besides Donna cut my hair.

I went to Dona at this location for years, she is very good at what she does, rarely you cant find a hairdresser who understands exactly what it is you trying to achieve with your hair. And every time I tried a new look or color she has always been spot on. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for reliable, highly skilled, understanding and fun hairdresser.

Do not come here for haircuts. Not if they were the last barber on earth. The place is a wreck. They do a terrible job cutting hair. Their online check in doesn’t work. They are slow. I’ve been to tons of Supercuts and Greatclips and this is by far the worst.

Waited for over 25 minutes to get my eyebrows waxed by a woman who didnt say a word to me besides, close your eyes. She neglected to wax a few stray hairs and I pointed them out, and she agreed to continue waxing-except after that there were still stray hairs that hadnt been waxed and needed to be. I then decided to call it a day and not give her a tip and once she noticed that, she slammed her hand on the counter in front of me and let out a woof of air. I swiftly left deciding I will never come back, only to feel on my fax excess wax that she neglected to clean off. Waste of $12 completely. I went home and finished my eyebrows myself.

Once a month they have a free haircut for anybody that signs up for it. Youll find the ad on Craigslist under free. Its usually three days and miss Karen gives the times that are open.

My whole family goes for cuts at this location stylist are wonderful and get us in and out in a timely manner with our busy schedules thank you!

I cant stop crying, there is almost nothing left to make a decent shape from my hair. Not that I expected much from supercuts, I literally thought nobody with over a week experience can mess it up this way.

Lady at the station right behind the cash register on the left gave me a really great haircut last week. If I lived in town she would be my hair stylist.

My daughter is four years old and we both get our haircut at the store all the time ..its very kid friendly and the wait is never too long.. everyone that works there is very polite .
