Mr. Carter proved to be an eccentric genius with a wide array of wit and humor at his disposal. I came in with the ‘rona hair, walked out with a clean, fresh cut. I needed a high and tight haircut and he was able to provide the best I’ve ever had. I have a weird shaped skull so usually barbers struggle with short hairstyles because I don’t fit their mold. Mr. Carter did it with ease.
