Kristin did an amazing job on my hair! She was fast and efficient AND the cut looks great. Plus, she was friendly, professional, and great to talk to. I would definitely recommend her.

Whole cut took 5mins. I thought great but After I came back home I realized they missed multiple spots. Lady didn’t even ask how I wanted the back of my neck. Horrible

Dont waste your time trying to use their mobile app to save time! I was able to check-in more than 90min prior to a 1:30pm spot for color and cut. When I arrived, I was told that they do not color hair on Sundays as a policy. I showed her that there is no such info online and their app allowed me to schedule it but the girl just repeated the same nonsense in a monotone voice and asked if my husband wanted a haircut as well! No apology, no courtesy, no asking if I want to reschedule. I told her a cut would not be necessary either and left. There were the hairdressers sitting and reading (kudos for reading but still), no customers. I guess Supercuts would rather turning customers away instead of doing a simple job because it is Sunday. Never again, my first and last time at your store...

Always quick friendly service. My sons hair is always cut like he wants it, price is competitive, and we rarely wait more than 10 minutes to get a cut. Also is convenient to get to and theyre open late enough to go after work.

The older lady has to be told repeatedly how you want ur cut. Then she cuts it the way she wants making it necessary to get her to cut different after she “finished”. Today fod terrible job on little boys bangs do tomorrow will go to another to get his cut corrected. Never go back to Airline location

Pathetic.. tried to go 45min before closing but they, “weren’t taking anymore clients today”... what’s the point of posting hours of operation if you aren’t going to abide by them. Business must be great if they can just turn it away like that.. I suggest finding somewhere else to go

With this visit, Supercuts is 10 for 10 with a 5 star rating. Did not know this location existed. Been here for about a year in the former GNC location. Arrived at 2pm and was seated right away. My stylist (Kristin) did an excellent job!

I go there to get my eyebrows waxed. The blonde lady that just went on maternity leave is really good at it..she understood what a clean up meant. Didnt do my eyebrows thin. Cant wait till she comes back. Wish I knew her name!

The only place I go after spending six months trying to find a good stylist. Tiffany is the ONLY person I trust with my hair, and the rest of the stylists are great as well. Tiffany took a wreck and has transformed it into a masterpiece.

I had an absolute horrible day and I thought things we were starting to look up. I drove 30 minutes to the super cuts by the rouses on airline and w ghb en I arrived at 5:40pm they informed me that they have already closed out the register and would not cut my hair. I literally have a mop on my head and couldnt stand to live with it one more day but what do you know .. I had to. The woman that refused to cut my hair is actually the same woman that royally screwed my hair once before and had to have someone else fix it. Wiupdnt reco.end going at all.
