Great place! Great and modern haircuts. Both my son (7) and I (... more than 7) get our haircut here regularly. I especially appreciate how Magic not only takes the time to make sure that my hair is cut well, but also trims my eyebrows and shaves stray hairs from my neck and temples to make sure the cut looks clean. I always walk out with my hair styled and looking great. The rest of the staff is great as well.Magic is always courteous and changes the TV channel if what is on is not age appropriate for my son. Something that I really appreciate.It is small things like these that keep us coming back every time.

Since I’ve moved to New Orleans I’ve hopped from barbershop to barbershop, looking for the right guy. LET ME SAVE YOU ALL SOME TIME by saying Magic aka “The Magic Man” is by far the best there is. Magic is a busy man, but he squeezed me in between appointments and got me in and out of there quick with a fade and a beard line up. Not only did I leave Legend Barbershop looking fresher than some ripe produce, with a line up straighter than a single file line, but this place is also significantly more affordable than some of the shops in the city limits that overcharge on an average haircut because they provide you with a complementary beverage.Bottom line, go see Magic. You won’t regret it.

Im not used to paying $35 for a haircut and a beard trim, but I do know that thats a good price for the quality cut I got. service is always fast and good, and I feel like they actually listen to what I ask for.

I have been searching for a barbershop to bring my 16 year old son to for the longest time as he wants his haircut a particular way. It has been difficult finding a barber that can cut his hair the exact way that he wants it. Magic did a great job with my sons cut. It was awesome to see my son walk out of the barbershop for the first time in a long time with a smile on his face. He likes his haircut and told me that he wants to continue to go back to Legend Barbershop and wants Magic to cut his hair. Great place never had a problem always right on time with the appointments and everything is great love magic he cuts hair the way it supposed to be cut I would definitely recommend this place theyre out of this world and thats in a good way definitely go there if you need a good haircut and great service

They take you by appointment only is never a crowd and you must wear your face mask and they do an excellent job on my grandsons hair

Best barbershop in town, crisp and clean cuts every time. Been coming here for a year and i leave satisfied every single time. Beard game is on point. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a barber to trust with your fade.

I’ve always had a good experience here. The wait is long, and they are often understaffed, but quality cuts take time and don’t come cheap. I’ve waited up to two hours for a cut before but always walk away satisfied. That’s part of barbershop culture. Be prepared to stay a while. That said, their attention to detail, quality and cleanliness is unparalleled for the price.

Although the barbers are talented, you may find yourself waiting for 20 minutes while NOBODY is getting a haircut. Seriously, the people cutting hair here have no sense of urgency in taking customers. They regularly walk out and go smoke then spend another 15 minutes on their phones before taking a customer, even if ten people are waiting. No respect for customers here, cant come back to support this behavior.

These guys know what they are doing. I had very long hair and went in today to get it all chopped off. I was very anxious about it but every haircut before me walked out of the door looking like a million bucks. I asked for a pretty difficult cut when it was my turn but they nailed it and I have gotten compliments all day. Will definitely be returning.

You can see the pride that is taken in the shop. Very clean shop and the barbers are kind and talented. I was taken care of by Brian and I must admit this is one of the best haircuts I had in a very long time. The attention to detail on my line up and beard was amazing. They do amazing work. I usually cut my own hair but went to them for my wedding cut. They did such a great job that I just might stop cutting it myself and stick with them.

Brought my son in during a busy time. We waited patiently while all of the other patrons were seen. Finally, after all of the other patrons were done, and after about 45 minutes of waiting, a barber finally acknowledged us and said it would be just a few more minutes. Meanwhile the barbers were outside smoking cigarettes, taking their breaks (which I understood). We waited another 10 minutes and 2 more patrons walked in and were seated in a barber chair RIGHT AWAY!!! They seemed to be friends of the barbers, it was obvious. I was furious. My son and I left. As we were walking out, the barber was still sitting outside enjoying his cigarette, he didnt care. Save your money and bypass this place. They only serve people that are their friends. (I only left one star because I was forced to.)

The shop is very clean and updated. The barbers are all professional and I was given a great haircut. Very precise and particular and used a razor upon finishing the cut. I will definitely return to this shop.

Great barber but they will make you wait for them to smoke a cigarette instead of taking care of the customer and setting aside a designated smoke break. Not good.

I cut my own hair and been cutting it for years. But my wife was upset with the mess I leave behind so I went to a couple of barbers before I went to Legend. They cut my hair alright but i noticed my lining was crooked at times and not natural. Then i stopped by at Legend and Im glad I did. Magic is a beast with the clippers and also the other barbers. I know good haircuts when I see them their fades and lining are on point. magic is prolly the best that ever cut my head. The way my head faded from the lineing and how sharp the hooks were. They are very perciced always looking at the mirrors and always making sure your linging is even and natural. Go check them out Im telling ya u will not be dissapointed.

Horrible customer service i called before i came here they said they can give me a hair cut and when i got there both barbers said no they closed at 7pm it was 6:30. I also told them i was out of town and they completely ignored me i recommend you not to go here.
