I called Alana for an insurance quote because I felt my current policy with an online company was very high. I had been paying this exorbitant premium for a year. Alana gave me personal professional attention over the course of two days communicating everything Allstate offered. By the time she finished I had full coverage plus extras at a much lower price. She also offered me renters insurance without my asking. This was the what sealed the deal for me. I kept telling myself for three years I needed renters insurance but never got around to it. Started my policies last year with Alana which save me money by having both Home and Auto. I’ve renewed both policies since. Slight increase but expected due to market environment but still saving more than competitors and from previous carrier. With the auto is nice to get a refund with Drive Wise.

It was by mere accident that I contacted this agency believing it was the relative of a coworker. Months later I discovered thie agent was not whom I believed he was, true bizarre set of circumstances that must have simply been fate intervening in a much needed positive way, however by that time this agency had proven itself to be extremely informative, helpful, and prompt to respond to problems/ concerns that arose during the transition of moving multiple policies from one company to another. We had quite a few complicated circumstances that required time and effort to work through and this agency stayed the course with a positive, welcoming attitude throughout . They seem to be an entire package-- a well formed group that each play a vital part of the team to make sure their customers are receiving 100% of the services they are paying for. They are not honest agents, I never approve even sign life insurance they just charge me. They are cheating people, especially Jennifer, never believe them,, and they said we are canceled your life I ay but NO AWAY we can return your money. Never go there guys,, I ll try get my money..I hope!!!
