I have been with Agency for years and John Chappetta, John (Main- Metairie)s gone out of his way to make sure everything was right I suggest anybody looking for insurance to look up Josh a para youll take good care of you .

The worse agency ever. They kicked me out of my policy for own a rebuild title after taking my money for 6 months, they make me sing a paper saying that I waned to leave my policy. Then after that. They charge me 120 after I pay 500 for the month. They sent me the collection.not about the money but I will deal with this with BBB.
